We recently hosted a luncheon for about 65-70 people and had the best experience here. We met with Jasmine who helped us reserve the patio area and was patient and attentive talking us through a variety of food packages. She was incredibly helpful explaining everything and allowing us to make multiple changes throughout the process. The day of the luncheon she was prepared and organized everything and made it a seamless experience. Our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how much they enjoyed the atmosphere. The wait staff were so helpful and gracious. This was THE BEST experience we have ever had hosting a luncheon at a restaurant. The manager came out and asked us about our experience and was so hospitable. We will definitely continue to dine here and refer all our friends!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jasmine and her crew. On June 7, 2025, I was giving a girlfriend a surprise 70th birthday party for 15 people at the Fountain Valley location. I made the reservation 4 months before the event. 3 days before the event I went in to pay for the food with the manager Jasmine helping me. She was very professional, organized and attentive. I also confirmed my original reservation and she explained it will be ready at 3. However, and in a total panic, I called the restaurant 3 hours before the event realizing I needed the table and area at 2 because I and another person were arriving at 2 to set up the decorations and it needs to be set up by the time the birthday girl arrived. Jasmine totally understood and stated it will be done at 2. (She also knew and said that because it was not during their busy hours she was able to accommodate us) and she went into action. When I and another person arrived, everything was exactly like she said she would do except it had to be in another location of the restaurant. I was just happy she could do it so fast! The party was perfect. The food was all served at the same time and what was supposed to be cold was cold and what was supposed to be served hot was seeved hot. Jasmine and her crew assisted us the whole time while also giving everyone else in the restaurant excellent service also. (Like i had forgotten pens for a game we were playing and before I could hardly say anything she said, 'How many do you need?' and ran and got them. I cannot just cannot say enough. I want to apologize to Jasmine and the crew as I should have written this sooner. Time got away from me. To Stonefire Grill- You have a excellent employee that knows what excellent Customer Service is and what a great leader and example she is to her crew. Please reward all the crew and give Jasmine a raise!!

Was looking for a restaurant for lunch while our dog was at the VCA animal hospital nearby. We were pleasantly surprised at this place, first time here and enjoyed the salads. You order when you get there, go to the table and they have a tracker to find you, get your own plates and silverware as well as fountain drinks. The food came out quick and was delicious. Love the cauliflower with tahini, lemon dressing, and the salads were exceptional.

We arrived after 2:00 pm and there were only a handful of customers dining at the time. This is a restaurant where you order and pay first then seat yourself. This was our first time dining with Stonefire Grill so we were very slow and tentative asking many questions, despite this the cashier who greeted us and took our order was very patient and helpful answering our questions and making suggestions. The server who brought us our dinners was very eager and accommodating providing us with our requests promptly and making us feel right at home. The food well prepared and made with quality ingredients. The coleslaw was wonderful, not the usual sweet version but a much better tasting version that I loved. Reminded me of a recipe my mother used to make for us when we were growing up. The chicken and brisket were very delicious, I recommend the BBQ chicken and the tri-tip with their garlic sauce.

I love the breadsticks. Garlic chicken was very tender that it was falling off the bone. My wife loves the Asian salad, and the ribs were my least favorite as it was a little dry. Overall, my family loves coming here.

The meat and salmon were excellent. Pasta and salad are average and the share portion for three people is more than enough, we had loads of leftovers. Plenty of drinks selection. The ambiance was good and could do with an air condition as I felt slightly warm (door was open, so can’t be helped). Worth checking out definitely! Staff were okay, some were friendly enough.

Ordered takeout. Super busy and very crowded inside, for both take out and dine-in. I was unable to call ahead of time due to the volume of orders so I had to go in. The food was very tasty. This was our first time going to a Stonefire grill and we were not impressed. Large portions and quick service are a positive but the food is mediocre at best. The chicken was moist but lacked flavor and the bbq sauce was very much by the numbers. Mac n cheese was not good and tasted like boxed Mac n cheese. Service was okay but they messed up our order and had to replace our sandwich and also gave us a pasta dish for free so yay for leftovers? Reminds me of a Boston market but not in a good way. Skip this place.

We decided to try going in and sitting down for a birthday dinner tonight, we usually order takeout from here and it’s usually a hit so we figured we would sit down and explore the menu. We had no idea what kind of place this was, almost like fast food. Nobody greeted us and told us how it worked or seated us. As it was we finally found out you order food and drinks then seat yourself, serve your own drinks etc. they do serve your food to you at the table however it is nothing like a traditional sit down restaurant, you have to leave a tip before you even see your food which I do not like at all. We stood up front for five minutes waiting to be seated then I finally asked twice, “do we wait here” then finally the cashier let us know how it works here. $130 later we were on our way to find a table which was very small for a family of 4. Food delivery was not timed at all and we all received our meals at different times and there was not enough room on the table for all of our food. The food is tough to rate. My wife’s nachos were pretty good and served quickly. My daughter’s chicken was a few minutes later and was decent. My tri tip came next a few minutes later and the meat was good however the mashed potatoes and beans were maybe a 2 on a good day. Finally my other daughters Alfredo came about 15 minutes after the first meal and was flavorless and dry. I am being very nice rating the food at a 4. Overall I would probably order a family meal by takeout again but I would never sit in the restaurant again, it was uncomfortable and a bit confusing plus the large gaps between meals seemed very disorganized. For the price of the food I do not feel like it is a good value and left much to be desired. I was very disappointed with the whole experience since all of the past takeout orders were excellent and now my opinion of this place is down quite a bit and may not order again.

Highly overrated!! Food subpar at best. Fast casual restaurant, get your own silverware, drinks etc. Chicken ordered was overcooked, rubbery, cold, no flavor. Cheesecake on obviously frozen and de thawed. Never go back. You get better, fresher food and service at Taco Bell. Decor is very old, seats have gross stains on head rests, windows caked with grime. Felt like I was at a run down Diner. Save your money go to KFC instead.

Decided to spend $50 as a treat and order from the store. Picked up a salad that is at least a day old and smells rotten. Barbecued tri-tip had no barbecue sauce. Called the store to discuss and was told I’d be placed on a brief hole to speak with the manager. Waited five minutes and hung up. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.
