Dont waste your money on chips, they are no crispy and tasted exactly like they were made days before i purchased them, and not kept air tight. Absolute joke to charge $3 for a bag of tortilla chips that is days old.

Somehow one of the most unfriendly Chipotles I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind of rude (the work is hard, I get it, but life isn’t any easier for anyone else), and overall the place feels a bit abandoned. It’s okay if you’re in a hurry and nearby, but otherwise I’d avoid it

I come at least once a week to this location. The steak was not ready i waited. When it did bone the server gave me a tiny size portion from the back. When I asked her for a little more the manager charged my $6 for about 5 extra penal squares of steak. Was not told it was a double portion - which is was not the manager is arguing with me that it was. It was not even in the serving dishes. The manager did not even tell me that they were double charging me. As I frequent this store every eeek for my daughter I know the prices. The manager holding up a 7 person line instead of helping still telling me I got a double portion and it is an extra $6 that I was not informed. Finally they decided to make it over Such a waste of time energy good will. She should not be a manager

Not a fan. Ordered a salad bowl with steak, barely any greens at all and the sauce was so hot it was not edible. You could see the bottom of the bowl so little content. Tasted fresh, but definitely not worth the money. For the same price I could have went to Caliente and gotten an amazing salad packed with extras and meat. Such a bummer.....

this is the worst chipotle, i am very sorry that i live next to it and i have to come there often, the staff is very rude...they look at customers as if we are annoying them...if you ask to put something extra, then you are just an enemy for them, in all other chipotle that i have been to, the service was great, but not here! i am left in a very bad mood when i come here, there was a situation in my presence when a girl of about 10 years old asked for an extra salad, they put 3 leaves on her, her mother was waiting in the car, she saw this portion and came to ask why they did it like that, to which the employee was not happy, grabbed the plate and just threw the salad there and threw it back to the customer... 99% of the employees of this chipotle should be fired! I hope the manager of this branch will understand that you can’t work like this, otherwise you will lose customers!

Thats literally half a burrito!! The person making it was so stingy like they’re giving me gold nugs or something!! The last few times I ate chipotle I swear it just keeps getting worse!! The only reason I came here today is because Cava had a long line so I thought lets give chipotle a last try and this happens!! This is the last time to ever eat chipotle!! Definitely regret my decision coming here! So sad that a place that used to be so good is as low as going to a taco bell, employees used to have a great attitude now you can tell they just look sad and their attitude sucks! Goodbye chipotle forever!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I ask for chicken bowl u guys only serve me rice and beans I keep looking for the chicken and nothing this is not cheap im so disappointed of u chipotle🥺🥺🥺🥺

If I could score it less than this… I would. The red head heavier set gentlemen in there can’t wrap a burrito to save his life. To compensate for this he gives you tiny portions to make it easier. I witnessed him trying to wrap a larger burrito before my order and it took him a few minutes and multiple tortillas and it still wasn’t wrapped properly similarly to mine even despite the smaller portions on mine. His customer service was non existent. On top of all this he loaded up my girlfriend’s order with much larger portions which I really don’t think was a coincidence.

Charged me extra for guacamole on a veggie bowl. They were also serving old food that looked like it had been sitting for hours! I tried to pick what was some what decent. Even they chips were soggy and stale! Disappointed.

This chipotle served me a bowl with a screw in it, then when I went back to request a refund the manager was very unapologetic and made a comment that implied I was lying about it. We asked for a refund for both bowls and she only gave us a refund for the one bowl. Definitely a choking hazard and should’ve have been taken more seriously.

This is the worst Chipotle location. The food is consistently bland, meat is overcooked and it’s so dirty. Yuck! Unfortunately this is the only location that delivers local orders from the Chipotle app. We have had so many delivery issues too. Today we ordered 3 Mexican cokes and 0 arrived. The app AI chat refunded for only 1 coke. Ridiculous. Can’t call the restaurant. What a waste of money. Go to the Balboa Peninsula location- so much better. Can’t even compare

But looks me dead in the eye and says: “That’s the best we can do.” With a fake grin. No apology. No solution. Just attitude. The staff follow her lead — no hello, no smile, just bad vibes and smaller portions. I love Chipotle. But this location is depressing. This isn’t a restaurant. It’s a racket. The Chicken Cartel. And I’m the poor bastard they’ve singled out.

Ordered a bowl with rice, beans, steak, lettuce, fajita veggies, cheese and salsa. Only got rice, beans and cheese. I’ve never been so disappointed I was so excited for my food just to get screwed.
