Great experience. Food was fast, everything was correct and the woman at the drive thru (the name Julia was on the receipt) was super nice. Her smiling face and great customer service isn't something you experience often. We enjoyed our quick visit.

Usual sonic experience, fast, friendly, but fries were over salted... inedible really.

Im not a lover of fast food but I like Sonic. 1st reason, because they have HOT DOGS! Secondly, they have damn good milkshakes. Both things take me back to the late 1950's early 60's when things were a little different. Anyone remember the waitress used to roller skate out to your car and hang the tray on your window? Well I do and maybe if we took time to slow down a bit and enjoy our time with each other maybe we would all be better off. We would be able to enjoy sitting in our family car as we visit and wait for a good meal instead of sitting in another damn long line of cars in another drive-thru sweating our you know whats off in 100 degree plus weather just to scream our order into a microphone to an unknown person who could care less whether we were there or not! Thank You for letting me get on my Soap Box!

Usually service is very good, but they have given me the wrong order the padt couple of times. They do fix it which is why the 4 starts, but would have been 5 if they would get the order right the first time.

Don't always get my order correct when I ask for the simplest things most of the time but today they had fast service! So they got those stars

Had a little difficulty ordering as the speaker was not working very good! All in all the service was great and the cookie dough blizzard and hot fudge sunday hit the spot!

They ran out of orange juice.

We received the wrong order. Didn't notice till we left. Carhopper was not friendly.

This location has progressively gotten slower and slower. I ordered 4 drinks and it took a good 15-20 minutes after I checked in to get my order.

Friendly service, though slow. The reason for the lower rating: ordered 2 burgers with no onions. They asked if I wanted cheese. I said No Thanks You. When I got to my hotel room I had 2 burgers wrapped so tightly they were badly scrunched, both with cheese and one with extra onions. How about some attention to detail, people.

These jerks closed early as flip, stopped taking orders, saw us in the window confused, and did not bother to acknowledge us. After one employee saw us she chuckled. I had to get off and knock on the window to see what was going on. They told me they were closed and I explained that they had an entire line in the drive through. Buddy panicked and said that they'd notice eventually. Completely unacceptable...

I asked my wife to order me a small chocolate chunk brownie blast and as she gets home I dig into it and not one chunk of brownie. Just nothing but chocolate chip in it. I called the store and they said for me to go back to get another one. For what, so they can spit in it this time. No TY.

Had the ultimate worst experience ever they were out of slushy mix they were out of a lot of other things the food was cold was put together very poorly was charged $2 for two cups of cheese that barely even had anything in them the customer service was atrocious the CarHop tried to get me to pay for my food before bringing my food even outside was told that's the way they do things when I know for a fact that is not the Sonic way of doing things in the Sonic standard then when I called to try and make a complaint with the manager the person was very rude was trying to rush me on the phone did not show any empathy or care or concern about what they had did wrong did not offer a solution or anything would highly not recommend this restaurant

Wouldn’t bother everytime I’ve been food is trash. They let the meat sit in heating trays for hours. Everything is sloppy on burger. They don’t mix drinks right either. Fries as well taste stale from sitting around for hours.

There was this tall dude with tattoos that really made my experience at this sonic very unpleasant. He was extremely rude and gave me trouble just because I pulled up back at the window asked for more sauce because they put one sauce in the bag.

I figured since my order took so long that it would of been fresh. Well that is a joke. My fries were cold, didnt get country gravy with chicken strip meal. I hope that place can get some training since now it's less one customer.
