Went here with a friend and just got some slices and garlic knots. Our order albeit in this visit was a simple order was ready fast and the gentleman at the counter was polite, the establishment was clean and offers inside and outsude seating with a seperate Ice cream counter for those sweltering days. In our opinion A+ looking forward to ordering here again soon! Perhaps with some ice cream for dessert :)

I have tried a lot of sweet willies menu and it's all been excellent fish frys are awesome, subs very good, pizza awesome service awesome, I just tried there veal parmigiana dinner outstanding I rate it right up there with D'Raymons even better plenty of food half the price the owners always seem to be there they are a very nice couple awesome family spot this place is a hidden gem on sand creek rd I'm so glad I tried this place I highly recommend it and get this they also serve soft ice cream I will be back again and again and again can't wait to try the eggplant parmigiana service is outstanding. On a neighbors recommendation, tonight was the first time we ordered from Sweet Willy's. This was the best pizza we've had in years! I asked for thin, crisp crust and actually got it. We will be ordering from Sweet Willy's from now on!

Food is absolutely amazing!!! I got a cheese steak sub with the works it was loaded with steak onions peppers and mushrooms and cheese on top!! And it was very filling!! Would definitely get it again!!! We also got a bacon cheese burger sub it tasted just like a cheese burger oh and definitely get Russian dressing on the side it taste just like a big mack!! Potato skins mm they were loaded with cheese and bacon and sour cream on the side I've never had potato skin like that before everything we got tonight was just hands down amazing!! I got a Chicken Parm Torpedo and the special that day (lunch for the next) that I ordered was Hot Open Face Roast Beef dinner with fries. I got a slice of Chicken Bacon Ranch while I waited. The pizza was delicious and my chicken parm sub was perfect! The sauce was slightly sweet (which I like), the chicken was crispy, and it was loaded with melted cheese. All their employees are very accommodating, go out of their way, and are very friendly. One of the best places to eat and relax. If you haven't tried eating there, you don't know what your missing.

Got the fish fry special, It was fantastic. A nice big fresh pieces of fish over flowing the delicious roll. Coleslaw was also good. I asked for crispy French fries and they came out perfect. I would go back and try the pizza which looked very good. Give them a try for a local business instead of those big chains.

Best pizza in Albany. Sandwiches are also great, made with quality bread and ingredients. Appetizers like chicken tenders are fried and seasoned well, with a variety of sauces.

Would try them again. My fiance thought the crust was too doughy. I thought it was good enough. The staff was friendly. The shop was clean and tidy. There weren't many dine-in customers but a consistent number of by-the-slice customers coming in.

Me and a friend stopped there for an ice cream we were on a lone ride and were hot and people are nice i have not had the pizza in a few years but thay have hard ice cream to so go and get some we did by.

A fine pizza place with nothing special exactly.... mayn flavors of iced coffee, pretty waitresses and pizza that was fine and not stand out.

They expanded their menu, not just a Pizzeria, they sell, fish & chips , breaded shrimp, ice cream Galore, Everything. Good quick meal, and desserts.

Food was great. They just messed up and gave me blue cheese when I requested ranch with my boneless wings. But other than that it was great. People are very pleasant ☺

I have ordered food from Willy's a few time. Ist was speghetti and meatballs, WOW! I couldn't believe how much I got and the meatballs were great too. Next time I got their Meatball Sub, I think it weighed 5lbs! It was Huge and very good. The wings were a good size, not the small ones, so there was a lot of meat on them. For these reasons I gave them 4 Stars. They are very family oriented and friendly people. Would I recommend Sweet Willy's? Absolutely!

The office just moved and we were looking for a place with authentic quality pizza. Well, Sweet Willy's is that and more. This place has everything from pizza, calzones and strombolis to wings, subs and wraps. Their salads are well portioned and delicious. Highly recommended. And they prices are very fair considering you get a good amount of food for the price you paid!

Generally, I think Sweet Willy's has the best pizza. Not tonight .... I didn't mind waiting 45 minutes for my small cheese pizza, but when I got it home it was seriously overdone with burnt spots all over the top. Tasted pretty much like cardboard! When I called at an hour and half mark I was told it was probably on the way but they couldn’t confirm it. I live 3 miles if that from the restaurant - it shouldn’t have taken a half hour to get here. So disappointed

They need to ensure their drivers know the area. I live a street or two from this shop, ordered delivery as we have a newborn and pickup isn't viable because of this. We order food their driver (with a blue ford) didn't type in the full address and relied on Googles default, so he got sent to guilderland over 15 min from my address and well outside this shops delivery zone. Which would take him another 15 min to bring my food from there to the correct address,which it would had been cold by the time he got here. Their drivers need to know the area there is an ontario street in nearly every town I'm the capital district as an example why typing the full address is vital. This driver needs a new job or someone to properly train them as they are apparently unable to type a full address or locate one about a street or two down from their work location. We order from here regularly too. Sorry but when your driver drives nearly 20 min outside the delivery zone to a different town they need training or a new job. Because of this we didn't get our food nearly 2 hrs after we ordered. Was there on August 30th 2018 just before closing and my cousin jokingly asked if he would get a deal on the cold slices of pizza cause they would be throwing them out anyway and we paid over $2 per slice and that's fine but the kid working there was so rude I told h I'm my cousin had cancer and had months to live and he was only joking around and he was still rude if you worked for me you would be FIRED but on a better note there food is good!

Seemed clean and that was about it. Stopped by after a tour of UA on a HOT day. Some how 2 slices of pizza, a sub, and 2 drinks was almost $20!!!!! Ok that's fine as long as it tastes good....well nope. Pizza was dry as a bone. Chicken on the pizza was so dry it was flaking. Plain cheese pizza was dry too. Sub was mediocre at best. TONS of shredded lettuce. Pretty much the whole sandwhich was lettuce. 90% of the meat was on 1/2 the sandwich. Part that pissed me off the most was when a "local" came in and got a deal on the same slices I got!!! Such BS!! Also had a conservative "news" channel on which I thought was inappropriate but whatever. It made us feel uncomfortable and we discarded the rest of the food bc it was nasty and left.

We ordered based on the menu directly from their google page, $26.99 for 30 wings , 17.99 for a L pizza. The guy on phone didn’t tell us the price at all after we ordered so we completely had no clue it’s gonna be 75 dollars for 30 wings+ 1 pizza. How many people get tricked like this? I took pics of the wings but dk how to upload , the tiniest wings we ever had, leg part is a bit bigger than a thumb and it taste not good ( dk if it’s the sauce or oil) you gotta at least tell people how much after they order if you REALLY decide to keep the old menu price on the current google page ! We ordered they told us 15 to 20 mins, we get there. They then tell us they backed up and at least another 20 mins. The food was not good the pizza or the mozzarella sticks definitely would never go there again.

Called to order food for Friday dinner. I live less than 5 minutes from Willys and even explained to the order taker exactly where I am located. Over am hour later I received a call from the driver asking where on Oxford St was my residence located. I told him I dont live on that street at all and I explained to him that if he had been riding around with my dinner and it wasn't hot that I wouldn't want it. He assured me that he was just now leaving the shop and the pizza was fresh out of the oven. 3 minutes later he delivered me less than warm food. Usually a great place but maybe need a map of local area or GPS.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience this time around. I called in my order, meatball parm and an order of onion rings, to place for delivery at 622. I was quoted 45 minutes which was fine by me. I waited until 730 to call back to check the status. The driver finally got the food delivered to me around 745. This is not acceptable. I would like to have some kind of compensation for my inconvenience for the next time I order. Usually their right on time or even 10-15 minutes early. Only positive from this is the food was amazing and delicious just as I had last remembered.

Love their pizza, been ordering for a while. Just tried to order delivery and was told that my residence was too far for delivery? I got pizza delivered from here two weeks ago. Kind of ridiculous, probably won’t be ordering again at least for a while
