Sorry no pictures, but ordered a 10.00 chicken salad that lasted 4 days, yes it was that big. The only issue I had is it was a bit watery so u have to blot dry the salad if u want to eat it the next day. Oh I had their chilli cheese fries again enough to satisfy your craving for a couple of days!!! Spicy

I Love Tams Burgers, one of my favorite places to grab a Burger and Chili Cheese Fries. They have a Great Family Pack that includes Fried Zucchini or Onion Rings or Both included in the price. The soda is always so good here, it taste like soda is suppose to taste. They also have Horchata etc, Free refills, you don't have to go to the counter and ask. This location is always clean and the staff is great, very friendly. The prices have gone up a little since the last time I was here but it was still worth it. My family and I really enjoyed our meal.

The fries they give you with a large combo put any fast food franchise to shame and their burgers were just AWESOME. It just gives you that roots Mom and Pop style burger joint. Good food for a reasonable price. LOVE their fries. The taste delicious and Tam's always gives you more than enough that you can share one order. Favorite meal is the California Classic Burger combo. Good burger joint with a decent variety of different menu options. Everything I have gotten from here has been pretty good. They're fries a nicely seasoned with a good crunch. I recommend the chicken salad, or the chili cheese fries with pastrami if you come with a big appetite and want to be full. The colossal burger is good too.

Never disappointed! Meals are cooked to order so the line can take a little extra time but WELL WORTH the wait!! Asada fries were loaded with all the fixings, nacho cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole. Burger specials rotate and are great deals, family packs available to. Inside is small but there are places to enjoy the food.

Wow oh wow! I hardly eat at casual burger places much, but today I drove by Tam’s in Azusa, and I have to say- I was pretty impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered a burger and fries, pretty good. I also enjoyed the green Huevos Rancheros, and it was really good! The sauce is not spicy, it’s flavorful, and the carne (pork meat) was very tender, cooked well! Adorned with 3 eggs on top, and served with rice and beans. Plenty to satisfy large appetites! We shared everything! I highly recommend Tam’s for breakfast too, not just the regular burger spot 😋 -Patricia C.

The chili Verde burrito is the best thing on their menu in my opinion but I'm just a fatty for a burrito so take my opinion as it is. However the workers really memorize all customers it seems cause when I come in with my fiance they noted a few times that it's been a while since we came or something along those lines. They never miss with their chili cheese fries or the chili Verde fries. And my fiance is obsessed with the breakfast burritos. Despite the name I've never actually tried their burgers lol but I hear they're fantastic

For sure there's no doubt about it the zucchini fries are the best in the west I've gone there several times just to buy zucchini fries this time I wanted to try the chicken tenders that they advertised and I was disappointed it was tough the chicken was not as tender is supposed to be I had to come home and re-cook it didn't want to waste my money but all in all is a good place to go to eat

Fyi no phone orders. Pick up or drive thru only. Dining room is closed and no bathroom. Guess they're still flexing COVID rules. Came in for a bacon cheeseburger and chili cheese dog. Food was great however, why would you wrap a chili cheese hotdog with paper? When unwrapped all the cheese gets stuck to the paper and has to be scrapped off. Annoying. Other than that food and service was great.

There food is pretty good with the exception of there chicken strips, they look good but are really dry. Other then that the chicken salad the chicken has like cajun spices on it so its not like the normal chicken salad you'd order anywhere else. Everything else I've tried here over the past 4 years is pretty good.

Most know Tams has really good food, but personally i think its really how you get treated and how often they get skimppy on the how much they give you (leaving lots of space in your chili cheese fries box!!!). This location does a pretty good job in keeping the serving amount the same. The service is pretty quick and little to no screw ups on orders.

Great fast food burger joint. The fries are delicious, the burgers are big and their grilled chicken salad.... So good! I'd stay away from their chicken strips though, they are pretty tough, but other than that their food is pretty good. The biscuits and gravy are one of the best in town, their hash browns aren't up to my taste, but they are plentiful. Most portions are plentiful from here, my family always has left overs. It is a convenient quick stop for some grub.

Great spot, portions were quite generous for the what you pay. We ordered their burger and fries and the burger was alright but they gave me a whole bag of fries. Thier Asada Fries was also very generously portioned. Seating was limited but staff was friendly and available.

Recently moved into west covina and have been looking for a burger place with the right price. and honesgly have tried three places until i came to Tams and wow. Not only are the burgers delicious but the fries and onions and zucchinis are amazing! The family pack is 4 burgers and drinks and fries and you get an appetizer for FREE! Its great. The burritos are larger then most burritos but some times they will give me a small burrito. I always order delivery so I can tell how big the burrito is by how heavy the bag is and the actual size and weight of the burrito when it's in my hand. The burrito is the only reasonably priced item everything else is expensive but the salsa is good and is authentic both red and green. The burritos are about the size of a chipotle burrito just a little smaller but they are more dense and feel like if you hit some one with it you could leave a bruise or atleast a mark or kill a small bird.unlike a chipotle burrito that would just fall apart in your hand. The quality of the food is good too and tastes home made.

Food was good, they give you a lot for the money you pay. Highly recommend this place. They have a variety on their menu that can more than likely make everyone happy. Only thing though, make sure you go to the bathroom before you go. They don't have any public restrooms.

I've been going to Tams for as long as they've been there and they used to be great every item used to be great I went there tonight got the chicken strip meal which is supposed to come with four chicken strips had three chicken strips about half the size of my palm the fries were super soggy over salted and cost way too much. I will not be going to Tam's anymore go back that you just kill a bunch of people and killed a bunch of great restaurant and drive-thrus that I now will not go to because they doubled their price their food quality has gone down a lot and they're half their menu has disappeared.

Every tams location has different recipes for certain items. The quesadilla here was not the worst I've had, but still not as good as their Rancho Cucamonga location. Area isn't the nicest and only about a 1/3 of the dining room has re-opened. I think this is the only tams that hasn't fully opened since covid (over 3 years now).

Not sure why tams is so popular,. I mean it's okay, theirs nothing extraordinary about thier food. My kids love the fries. But what really got under my skin was we had ordered a big order. If you like servers with bad attitude and a long wait for not so good food then this is the place for you. Manager working this morning, July 4th 2019 was in a bad mood and obnoxious. I'm guessing she probably hates her minimum wage job...or resents having to work on the 4th.

I ate at this place for the first time today and it was good. My mother in law and I were on our way home from the place and she ended up not feeling good and threw up the food on the side of the road due to the food but sitting well with her. This place is horrible. I was just passing through town to grab a quick burger and I couldn't believe how bad the food was. Burger was overcooked had the tiniest patty I've ever seen chicken was so bad I had to spit it out. The oil seemed old and the chicken was chewy. It feels really insulting and disrespectful just to walk in you have to ask for everything pay extra for everything you get a tiny children soda cup you tip them and they still give you attitude for no reason. Nothing is up to par or even average "good" even the jalapenos I asked for seemed old. There was even some health concerns there, there were literally two children sleeping on the floor one right next to the cashier. I couldn't believe how terrible this place was I left my food halfway tossed it in the trash, then they told me I can't even wash my hands even though there was a restroom right there they had blocked it off. I left and will never come back again. Lots of rude signs posted all over the place, do not use this door, no bathroom allowed, all condiments extra, etc. It just feels so unwelcoming and even half the dining room is closed off with giant signs basically saying don't eat here, take it home. I hope this place gets shut down, it's extremely rude and unwelcoming and food is horrible.

Ordered an avacado burger and asada fries. The avacado burgers buns were soggy and it seemed like they added so much dressing to the burger. They were generous on the avacado which was awesome. The fries was something i never seen before. There was so much going on. I had to dig for the fries and scoop all of the topping off. Only to find so little fries at the bottom drenched in a soup it seemed. They werent good at all. It was so expensive for what, nasty food. Never again going here. Trust me, there are better asada fries anywhere else.

I am giving Tams 1 star because of their lack of customer service! I have been to this location several times and they have continued to make mistakes! For some reason they can't seem to get an order right! I called and spoke to the manager just to be told that it was our fault she did not take into consideration that it could be her employee! All I get is bring it back! If I lived 5 minutes away I would! I usually always check my order before I leave the drive-thru, but this time I did not until we got home. Of course it was wrong! I'm done with them! I would rather pay more money for far better service. On top of good food, customer service is everything! That is what makes people come back! I am not the only person to complain. They need to work on better training skills for the staff!

Recently the food has been bad. I gave it another try today but was disappointed yet again. Ordered a chili cheese dog which is 7 dollars just by itself. I got a rock of a bread with the wiener that was overcooked and it looked like it was just microwaved all together and served that way. Idk how the person who served it was okay with giving it like that to me. Since it was a Togo order I didn’t bother to go back and return it but will not be coming here again. $7 dollars wasted. Disappointed not sure what has changed here recently. I will make the drive to Chris Burgers in La Puente next time as they never disappoint.

I ordered and paid for my food at 1:45 pm in the drive thru... After patiently waiting until 1:55 pm and not seeing the employee again, I knocked on the window to get their attention. The employee finally opened the window and asked my to pay another $12... Probably the car behind me. I told her I already paid and she disappeared again. Finally after about 2 minutes I knocked on the window again and cancelled my order. They refused to give me a full refund and "could not" refund the taxes even though I received NOTHING from the restaurant. Absolutely terrible experience, and as a first time customer, it sucks that I did not get to try Tam's and will probably never try again thanks to the terrible staff and management of the Azusa location. I drove around the block to the in n out and had my food within 6 minutes of getting there.

NEVER AGAIN! They almost KILLED ME. I ordered a Coke Zero very clear. I saw my receipt and asked the Lady at the togo window, Is this Coke Zero because I ordered a Coke Zero im diabetic. She said yes. It was a hot day, I took one big sip and that single big sip lead me to 366 blood sugars by the time I woke up from an unexpected nap. I had to use my insulin and have been eating nothing but protein and water since 7/7/24, it's 7/19/24 today. I finally feel a little better today to post this, because my vision was blurry since. I watch all my food I eat and drink. I ordered the combo because my husband asked for a grilled cheese and fries to take home I thought ok I want a coke zero might as well get the combo. 400-700 blood sugars can take you into a SUGAR COMA and possibly death. Please if you are diabetic, DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING HERE DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. Thank goodness I had insulin at home or I would have a hospital bill to present to Tams Burgers. I have been getting food from Tams for years, but as of this moment, Tams almost killed me. Karma to you guys.

They dont let you swap fries out for onion rings which was weird. ok When I got the food it looked like it was sitting around and just kept hot. I'm taking back 3 stars for 3 reasons. 1 they upped the price of their 1/4 from a fantastic $1.49 +tax, to a ridiculous amount, a little over $3. I went there 2 times since they changed the price 1st time had paid the extra for the burger... SO NOT WORTH IT! So, 6 months went again (5-17-19) was so excited they had a club sandwich with sourdough option yum! Came with zucchini, onion rings, fries and a drink. My friend got the burger. Got home, opened it up... Dude where's the meat?! 1 VERY thin slice of turkey, folded to look like more, on 1 side of the sandwich, I thought it was supposed to have ham, nasty fake cheese, and a slice of over cooked sat too long bacon... Ample amount of lettuce tho, the fries were not cooked all the way the onion rings had NO flavor (unless u count the taste of freezer, I don't). And my friends burger was under done. The customer service tho? Dude at the window was freaking stellar! The chick on the intercom needs some customer service training. I'll NOT b going back.

So bad, the zucchini is raw and taste old. The hamburger are not fresh at all. I would never go back to this place and is so expensive

I used to come here all the time. Decided to go ordered a family pack of burgers which the drive thru lady said was 37.99 ordered a small chili cheese frie a chicken salad and order of zucchini . The total was around 73 dollars already really overpriced. I noticed when I got home they charged 44 dollars for the family meal instead of 37 .99 but on top of that my total was 90 dollars instead of 73. I called to find out why was talk to very rude then told they charged a 4 percent fee for using a debit. They scammed me because no where is that listed that they do that and I did not approve that charge. Paid 90 dollars for mediocre food . I will be calling my bank tomorrow for a chargeback as well as never going back. They are rude and I guess their customers don’t matter

I don't know if they were in a bad mood or what but I just got some chili cheese fries and colossal burger the burger was fine tasted like the last bit of pastrami was used not really mad about the but they gave me some old fries that are so hard to chew it's the point where I want to run a charge back, the amount of cheese is insane can't even taste the other things not sure what happened but I've never experienced this here but today man I hope it's a one off thing.

We come here all the time once either Saturday or Sunday. Then we eat here maybe every two weeks during the week so minimum 6 times a month we tip the ladies everytime. They have made mistakes plenty of times, my husband literally had just said when we drove off "shes nice but they always mess up our orders". I called maybe a year ago they forgot to give me something they insisted they did then they wanted me to go get it now or they wouldn't give it to me. Today we went ordered bacon and eggs combo and added extra bacon. 2 pieces 16 dollars for this I'm including picture of what we got. We went to starbucks ran some errands at 830 we finally sat to eat . I'm serving us, I notice there is only 4 bacon strips 3 and 1/2 I think. I tell my husband look he watched me untie bag take bag out then container open the container for the first time. We both look and He said " See! see I told you they always mess up", I said, "did they charge us",they charged us, we survived it's just the point that we are being charged. This is. the 7/8th time being charged for extra bacon or a side and pieces are missing. I started calling it took me over 20 minutes to get through then someone answered stayed quite hung up 3 times. Finally I get through to someone and I tell then she instantly says how many did you want because I know they put extra bacon I said there was only the 4, she says hold on. She gets back on the phone and says see we know for a fast the cook said he put it in there and one of the girls looked in the box and said there was 2 extra pieces. I told her okay well obviously you don't care about your customers or what I have to say We come here a lot and I know for a fact you guys all know who we are. I never complain and why would I lie about this? The whole reason why I'm calling is just to let you guys know that it happened, which is ridiculous to be charged for something and then not get it. And then be told you're a liar. I have no reason to lie.I would not waste my breath. Or time to call. If I was being dishonest and I'm the customer and you're basically telling me screw you.We got your money and the bacon you paid for. I won't give my business to them anymore. Her response was yah idk what to tell you we put it. I instantly tool a picture I planned on showing them during the week when we go back. But nope we like it hear we share the bacon and eggs since it's pricey I think we get 2 sometimes the side of 8. My husband said 2 extra pieces of. Bacon she repeated it. We are always charged different like I said we don't make a big deal we tip the girls anywhere from 3 dollars to 10. We are always polite please, thank you etc. I'm now a ex customer

I waited at the drive thru for five minutes saying "hello?" "Hello?" Over and over. I decided that maybe it's broken or not working. I go up to the front. I'm waving for about 2 minutes, they have this fake mirror glass so you "can't see inside" but i could see people walking around in there ignoring me. Someone finally opens it, and i explain that i had been there for almost 10 minutes already. Keep in mind there's no one in front of me, no one behind me. They told me i had to go all the way around and order at the speaker because I wasn't close enough (my car was less than a foot away from the speaker) . I said well i just tried and it's not working in not going to pull out onto a busy street (if you know the area you know the street is dangerous) again just for this to happen again and play this like a game just for someone come ahead of me first when I'm already here. And she's like oh well, I don't know what the tell you. I left! How ridiculous. Saved myself the effort since they have a B health rating now anyways. Always been loyal not anymore
