Went on a Tuesday night around 8pm. Food was done quick, hot food, and tasted good. Service was great. Dulce even checked up on everyone inside while everyone was eating like a restaurant. My wife forgot her purse there and we went back Wednesday morning and Dulce was there. She immediately was happy to see my wife remembered her from night before and gave my wife her purse. Thank you Dulce for the great customer service and saving my wife's purse for us to come back and get. Completely made our week. Waba grill give this worker a raise as she definitely deserves it. Thank you again Dulce!!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. Kyler and the night crew continue to impress and they fully deserve the high score and stars they have. Always friendly and fast. This locations customer service is leagues above other places. I was always a fan of the food. But the atmosphere and the visit make it well worthwhile. 10/10 every time.

I usually request a waba bowl with veggies on the side with a drink and 10 dumplings cause I'm a sucker for dumplings and it never misses my mood I'm always craving it and it always slaps

My husband took me for lunch & I tried the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Bowl with Veggies. It was fantastic. Jaylene and all the crew were great. Clean indoor seating & friendly service. Thank you for a great lunch

This location their food is always fresh, place is always cleaned and service is pretty good. Only reason for the 4 stars is often times they don't put enough meats/protein for what you are paying for other than that good spot for Waba!

I've been wanting to go to this place. Finally had the chance and ordered a chicken bowl with avocado. Got home and realized they forgot my avocado. Super disappointed since I've been craving this meal for a while. Oh, and the cashier could have been a lot friendlier.

First and last time I'll be eating here. Thought I'd try something 'different'. Though the food isn't bad, the value of what you get vs what you pay, isn't so great. Nothing like spending $30 for $10 (if that) worth of product.

This place is a nightmare. Hardly anyone speaks English and they don't know what the prices are for extra items half the time. Messed up orders 3 times I went and the store is just dirty over all. Really difficult to communicate with the cashiers as they barely speak English. Managers need to stop hiring on their cousins or family members if they can't even communicate with the general public.

These ppl did not want to be there. I showed up more than an hour before close. No cashier. After 5 min I finally someone came. Rushed my order. Got it wrong and blamed me. Had to pay extra for the veg I asked for. I did, Then didn't offer me any sauces. I had to ask. I felt uncomfortable so I just left. Didn't notice I didnt get a fork, greens onions, or jalapenos (never got asked or offered just my food tossed to me) Never coming here again. P.s. As I was walking out I heard that they didn't do the next customer's order right either.

I visited this WaBa Grill around 7:30 PM and was extremely disappointed by the service. The cashier, Jeanet, was unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. When my husband and I asked for more information about the family meals, she simply pointed at empty containers without offering any explanation of what the meals actually included. When I decided to switch my order to chicken plates, she responded with a clear attitude. I asked to speak with a manager to address the situation, but she claimed they had already left for the night. To make matters worse, when I asked for their closing time, she told me they closed in 30 minutes (at 8:00 PM), even though the store signage and website state they close at 9:00 PM. My husband called the store shortly after we left, and she then correctly stated over the phone that they close at 9:00 PM. The blatant dishonesty about store hours and the lack of basic customer service was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, as it was a very frustrating experience.
