I came here for Christmas eve and had a fantastic experience at this Jack in the Box! The employee in charge was absolutely fabulous—so professional and efficient. What really stood out was their great smile and positive energy, which made my whole day better. Great food, but even better service!
We don't eat fast food much but Jack in the Box has many things on the menu that are very good. I like that I can order a pile of regular cheeseburgers really cheap and just throw them at my teenagers. Always safe from stomach aches and they always get a smile. If you're swinging in and haven't had them before, be sure to test out there egg rolls. Really wonderful.
They take forever to get food out. Theres alway a line drive thru or inside. Understaffed and nobody makes an effort to help
Went here today and ordered two tacos and the grilled cheese sandwich. The grilled cheese sandwich only had one slice of cheese, probably will not order it again. 🫤
This specific Jack in the box has the worst sodas. They for sure have the machine set to dispense a very small amount of syrup. Every soda we’ve gotten over the last couple years has been crap. I can’t imagine that it would have been like this for this long without others complaining. Then I saw the yelp reviews about the drinks at this location.
I just got the strawberry milkshake but that was honestly just bad. Haven't been to a Jack in the Box before and will never be again.
Scam! Always check what they hand you. I ordered two 12-taco party packs, but later I found only 12 tacos in the bag. They wrapped it all up so I couldn't see the mistake at the drive-thru. Lesson learned. Be aware.
The shift leader made the "Jack experience" a crappy one. He needs an attitude adjustment and to be reminded to listen to the customer. A simple mistake he made could've been resolved easily. Instead wanted to be right until he realized he was in the wrong. I'll definitely make the drive to Cypress instead.

Lady making our food was taking order than went over to start making our food without washing her hands wasn't even wearing gloves. Just used her bare hands to touch everything. We asked if she washed her hands before touching our food. She was surprised an didn't know what to say we asked again an said finally said umm yeah I did. Not very convincing.
Pretty bad service, I will never comeback to this jack telling you I can’t heard you and after you repeat he said your beautiful accent got on my way. Plus confronting you on the window where you pick up your food. I was mad he gave me my order and until I was home I realized he didn’t even put all my work order completed. I have to come back and take my receipt and again confronting me again. I work for customer service rep and I will never done things like that, I know how to treat people. Nico it is in the wrong job. He needs to find something that doesn’t have to talk to people. Really bad service now I know why this place it is always empty. Niko get another job.
Why is it that the sign says the lobby opens at 6am but many times its after 6am and it's never open. Come on if it wont open at 6am then change the damn sign. Some people would like to eat breakfast
I always have to double check my bags after ordering through drive through because I kid you not they always forget something 1 person working at night cashier and cook makes no sense why is this place so understaffed !
God damn the drive thru is slow. I dont understand why. I was the only car there. Date 8/15/2025 time is currently 3:26pm. I kid you not this turned into a 20 minute drive thru session. What is going on here? Horrible. Stay away from this location guys
Please note the number of one-star reviews this place already has as well as my review history... In order of events: I pull up and ask for the Bacon Double Smashed Jack which was advertised for I think about $8.59, they said the total at the end would be $11-something and so I was confused but thought I would address it at the window. A woman with pink-orange-ish hair to the back tied back in a short bun wearing a shirt that said "I like my eggrolls with ranch," met me at the window and I brought up the discrepancy between the two prices. She said it should be the $11-something, so to keep things simple I told her I would be happy to loop through the drive-thru again to double-check. We confirmed the listing of the price I originally saw, but she said because of "the system," they couldn't offer it at the listed price. I conceded and said I'll just pay the higher price, they said okay. When I arrived at the window again, they said until they correct the listed price that they aren't going to sell the sandwich at all at any price. I said again clearly that I was fine with the higher price and I was just hungry. However they stood by not making the order they confirmed seconds ago with me. Based on her tone and demeanor, it felt like a punitive response, so I left.
VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. The place was empty and it took them almost 10 minutes just to come to the front counter to take my order. They looked at me multiple times during that 10 minutes as well and continued to ignore me. Then when they give me my food, they give me SMALL drinks when I had ordered AND PAID FOR large drinks. This stuff isn’t cheap enough for them to treat customers like that and for them to get the order sizes wrong! Do not go here!!!
Hours posted on the door state that the lobby opens at 6. I walked up at 6:08 and the doors were not unlocked. Staff is not visible behind the counter so you can't try to get anyone's attention. Someone (turned out to be the manager) unlocked the doors at 6:10 but said nothing about opening late. I basically followed her to the counter and was completely ignored. She picked up a clip board and was leaning on the counter behind the register while I stood there awkwardly until another group walked in and then she took my order but it felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there, something about her short and unwelcoming tone just made it seem standoffish in a way. When my order was ready she walked back up to the counter called my order number put it on the counter and walked away to speak with the employee who was working on orders in the back. I also know that the food you order never looks like the photo on the menu but the "Supreme Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich" was more bread than anything else. It was a thinly sliced piece of lunch meat on a fried eggs with a cheese slice and 2 straps of bacon cut into 4 pieces... maybe something that I would expect to find on the dollar value menu but 10.00 for a combo??? The best part of the food was the prepackaged bottle of OJ. Bottom line, don't waste your time or money by going here.
Was in drive thru for over 10 min and at window female employee was on her cell phone. She was facing away from the window and then abruptly walked away. Never acknowledged me. I’ve tried to call the store at the number in the window with no resolve. Number does not work. Reached out to online option. This place is horrible. Will never go here again. It’s not worth it with so many options around that area.
First, I had to wait a good deal of time to order. Then, when I ordered the worker acknowledged my food order. I ordered a shake, but she said that they didn't have shakes available. I was disappointed, but I ordered a coke instead. When I got to the window, she took my card and charged it. She then handed my my card, my coke, but no receipt. I was waiting for the food I ordered. After a couple of minutes of waiting, she looked at me and asked for payment for my food. I told her that I ha already paid. I told her I was still waiting for the order of roost fries that I had asked for, but she said that she only charged me for my coke. Which means they didn't make my food, and I would have to wait even longer. I was upset because I had just worked 8 hours, missed dinner, and was hungry, and this Jack in the Box in Azusa has repeatedly let me down. I let her know this an she said (get this), "You are welcome to go someplace else. We are very busy, and we only have two people here. We are overwhelmed." That was about the most pathetic excuse said in the most rude way possible. Here's a rule of doing business...if you can't handle fulfilling orders from your customers, you shouldn't be in business. It is NOT your customer's fault that you cannot hire enough people or train them to effectively execute orders on a shift. It is the management's fault. If you don't have enough staff, perhaps you might consider shutting down. In the end, I had to go to the Jack in the Box in Monrovia to get what I wanted. They managed to get my order for me quickly and accurately while managing to be polite & courteous in the process. Because of the lack of menu items available, the lack of attention while taking my order, and the extremely rude response when I complained, I will NEVER return to this particular Jack in the Box!
