Had the chicken fajitas and a Mexican coke. Was absolutely delicious, serving size was perfect.
Green Chicken Enchiladas with an Egg on top.. I walk in and they know what I want.. It's the greatest food in the area for 50 miles.. Alma's is my second home..
Delicious food, great staff & owners!
They have fried fish on Fridays and it's very good 👍

Alma’s Mexican Restaurant was absolutely delicious! The food was full of flavor, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Both our waiter and the owner were so kind and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
The food was great. Service and atmosphere was friendly. Reminded me of the diners we went to when I was young, Will definitely be back.
Amazing food! Great people! Love this place! Went there today around 3:00 and got their special! My waitress was amazing, I never had to ask for anything!
Staff was very friendly. Place has a home kind of feeling to it. Food is amazing and always fresh and homemade. Highly recommended. If you're in the area or having to drive by which seems to be the case , stop by and you won't be disappointed.
It's good, it's not the most inexpressive of places but considering it's more convenient than driving back into town. I also prefer the food compared to many other places. Great family runs it 👏👍
This place has the best restaurant menudo I’ve ever had. It beats any place in the bigger cities like El Paso, Midland/Odessa and San Antonio. It’s a bit on the spicier side but it’s delicious. Definitely recommend
If life finds you stuck in the big city of Coyanosa then make it a point to stop in at Alma's. I eat there almost everyday for lunch and I don't have any complaints. Its a small place and gets busy during lunch but that's because it's good.
The food is good I love it there that's my tias restaurant and they make good food

Good food, good service. Good price. Overall just a good place to eat.
Just some of the best Tex-Mex food in all of far west Texas. Alma's is in the the small farming village of Coyanosa on Texas Hwy 1776-way off the beaten track. Go early or the oil field workers will beat you to the tables.
Pretty good food and generous portions enough to get you through the day.
It's a very good restaurants for the mini small town that's here but food it's great and great staff
Almas Mexican Restaurant came as a recommendation to me from a coworker. I was visiting the area for work and we decided to get lunch here. Service was great! The staff know the locals and the regulars. They were so fun and pleasant to be with! The food was served hot and freshly prepared! I had the Al pastor torta. I felt it lacked a little flavor, but it wasn’t bad either. The fries were yummy! They had the right crispness to them with the perfect amount of salt. If I were in the area again, I’d visit again and try something different.

About as good as it gets for authentic Mexican food in the area. The couple who runs the place are really nice.
This is a good place to grab a bite. Prob the only reasonable place to have food. Menu offers a good variety of options to pick from. Cat fish and shrimps are the two options for sea food. It gets crowded past 1130 am so if you are looking for a quick service, definitely get there well before that and keep the tables smaller.
People in the area dont have much choice, it is one of the two or three places that can be driven to within 15-20 miles for many oilfield worker. Lunch time wait can be more than an hour, try calling in your order. Food tastes great. A note for vegetarians, they use same fryer for meat (bacon) and tortilla chips. This place is only open from breakfast to lunch, no dinner.

Food was good, but it took way too long for a plate of huevos rancheros.
Good Mexican food. Very convenient if you are working or passing through this area as there are few options around.
I'm working in a facility just 5 miles down the road. I go here about 3 to 5 times a week. It's ok. I usually get a breakfast meal for lunch. The enchiladas are good. No serious complaints other than the waitresses aren't attentive at times.

The lady who we were ordering from was SO RUDE, she said she MIGHT be able to bring chips and salsa.. once she finally did she dropped it on the table to fast and in a hurry that salsa plopped out onto the table. We also waited 45 minutes for two orders of quesadillas, also when the older woman working their which is who owns the place I believe, walked by I asked her for some more chips considering we got only a handful to begin with, she looked at us then looked at our empty cups and kept walking. I WILL NEVER think about going there again. Very disappointed.
Rude staff. Waitress avoided our table completely. Wouldnt refill our salsa after we asked or our drinks. We even asked the owner lady and she didnt say a word to us. Will NEVER be back. Wouldnt recommended this place unless maybe you speak their language.
