OMG … I am glad I don’t live close to Brewster… I would be 400 pounds. Their Cotton Candy Explosion ice cream is the best ice cream I have ever had … and I have had a LOT … I am 61 years old. The kids working were friendly. The first cone I had was not too full of ice cream but I was pleasantly surprised when the second cone I got the next day was way more. Y’all may want to work on consistency ! THANKS FOR BEING GREAT

The best ice cream in the area. My husband and I have been coming here for years. Graham Central Station is the best flavor they have. They should make it a permanent flavor so it's available all the time. We would probably come even more often.

One of our favorite spots to go for a treat! The ice cream is absolutely delicious and the staff is friendly. They let you try any ice cream you want before you make a purchase. There are also themed ice cream for different holidays/seasons. Definitely recommend you check this place out.

We went for the first time today. It happened to be waffle Wednesday and the cones we're much larger than we were expecting. Even the kids cone had more ice cream than our little one could eat before it started melting. Everyone enjoyed the flavors and the sunset as we sat at the tables an enjoyed our snack.

Nice little location with friendly service. They do have some later hours which makes it a good place to go when you get that sugary craving. There's a little bit of outdoor seating as well. I'd recommend the Graham Central Station if they are serving it up that day.

Bought an ice cream cake last night right before closing. Was supposed to be chocolate on chocolate. Got home and it was yellow cake with cookies and cream ice cream. Took it back this morning to try and exchange it. Without hesitation, the young man working apologized and gave me the option of a refund or another cake. He also stated that if for some strange reason the replacement was not correct to bring it back and he would make it right. I appreciate him for taking care of me and representing quality service! First time back in several years and they didn't disappoint. We ordered a sundae, 2 scoop waffle bowl and they gave my dog a pup cup for free. They offer dairy free options now which is a necessity for me. The staff was super nice and offered a free tasting on different flavors before we ordered.

My husband called and asked if they could do a nightmare before Christmas theme birthday cake. The decorator had never done one before, but said she would try.. y’all, I mean just look at how beautiful this cake is!! This lady (I don’t know her name) went above and beyond, and surpassed expectations! I am in LOVE at how amazingly beautiful this cake is, and I truly hated having to cut into it. bonus points for how wonderful it tastes as well! 10/10 would recommend for any and all future cake/ice cream needs! 😍

I had a pretty young girl I think her name maybe was Christine, however I of course had no idea what flavor to get because I like all of them and wanted something chocolate and blah blah blah anyways she was nice and I forgot about I can try samples but I don't ever ask for samples... She was kind enough to tell me her favorites when I asked and then also let me try one of the new flavors out of her own kindness which was the apple crisp It was good but being that time of the month I wanted some chocolate :-) :-) So I told her I couldn't choose between two of them and she said I'll do both we can do that, which one do you want more of so long story short for an ice cream review let's just say I would never tip someone that I guess an ice cream parlor I never thought about it but I had to tip this girl plus I had the coupon buy one get one free so I was alone and told her can I get the waffle and a bowl So it doesn't spill everywhere and she mentioned of course the waffle cone bowls instead lol and put them in a bag for me Sweet as can be she actually acted like she cared to be there and was super nice and not like most people that are just nonchalant, monotone, so she is the reason I gave a five star and her tip.

We haven't had Bruster's in awhile. We ordered sundaes and it was more whip cream than ice cream. But if that's how you like it then you are good. The staff was nice and ice cream was ready pretty quickly.

First nice day in awhile. Passed by Bruster's which wasn't to busy. So we turned around and went back and got a turtle Sunday and cookie dough in a waffle cone. Staff was congenital and the ice cream was great, so much better than fast food ice cream. No drive through so you do have to stand in line but who wants to drive and try and eat ice cream?

We had brain freeze, waffle cone chocolate chip cookie dough , blast with crunch and m and m s . They are good 👍.

Double chocolate chunk is a hit or miss. Some days it’ll be plenty of chunks in there which is amazing, perfect. BUT somedays there is barely any to the point were I have to asked if they for real put chocolate chunks in it. Other than that, it’ll be perfect.

Ice cream tastes really icy and isn’t as smooth and creamy as I’d like. It’s still cold and sweet, so I’ll eat it. The flavor of the deep dish apple pie was really nice and had actual chunks of pie crust which was a nice bonus.

There is nothing more annoying than getting out of the house for some ice cream, only to find out they gave you the wrong flavor.

The employees were unpleasant, the ice cream was okay, and the price was outrageous. Furthermore, the five star rating, submitted by Ed Miller, is a little biased; Mr. Miller is the owner.

First time trying this place and it will be the last. By the time it got to me my ice cream and whipped cream were pretty much liquid. I expect some melting, after all I ordered a hot fudge brownie but this was ridiculous. And two little tiny scoops of ice cream for what it costs was too much. Very disappointing.

So all of us was craving ice cream; excited and ready eat, so the $6 waffle bowl was stale (very chewy)! I hate the fact of spending over $31 but the bowl and brownies were so wrong! Overall the ice cream was good, just had to throw away the 2 brownies and waffle bowl.😔😢

I got off of work late this evening and after running a few errands, I decided to drive about 5 miles out of my way just to get my favorite Brusters (cake batter) ice cream. I arrived at 8:56 pm on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 just about 4 minutes prior to closing time. I came to the window and the young lady came to the window very slowly with a very disgruntled and frustrated look and asked me "how many I help you? " in a very rude and irritated manner. I asked for my cake batter ice cream and then paid $4.20 for it. The young lady, then handed me my ice cream and stuck a spoon in it quickly as if she wanted me gone right away which I understand that she was probably ready to get off work and go home. However, I noticed that the gentleman (last customer) right after me was given his ice cream with lid on top and then neatly placed into a Brusters bag. I patiently waited after she was done with him and nicely asked if I could please get a lid and a bag for my Ice cream since I am driving, she sighed loudly and just handed me a Brusters bag and a clear lid that had a long string of her hair on it and pretty much left me to do it myself without offering help. I didn't even get a chance to bring the hair on my lid to her attention because she immediately shut the window right in my face before I walked off then she IMMEDIATELY turned off ALL of the lights outside where I was standing at before I could even place all of my items in my bag and walk away to my car. I am active duty Navy and I just wanted some ice cream from one of my favorite places but after being treated so rudely and less than a person who was obviously unworthy of 2 minutes of her time, I was very disgusted and felt very stupid because I spent my hard earned money at that location. I didn't catch her name but she was a somewhat heavy set caucasian young lady with long brown hair,wearing a hat. We went in around 8pm last night to get an ice cream cake. Never having been to a Brusters I figured I'd give it a shot. When I asked if they had any Becca(not sure how she spells it) was rude in here response. She asked what kind with an attitude and when asked what kind they had available she simply turned around and waved her arm across the freezing instead of answering a simple question. I immediately left after informing her that her attitude was unacceptable. I will never return to a brusters if that's the type of customer service they offer.

I got butter pecan and butter cake, they both tasted like plain vanilla. I tasted my boyfriend’s New York cheesecake which tasted like plain vanilla as well. Not sure what has happened but if we wanted vanilla ice cream we wouldn’t come to spend $15 for it.

I used to work here years ago and know how it can get but I did not deserve that service. Her attitude should be addressed being as it’s costing the store money. Hopefully I’ll get better service at the Macon Road store, here I come!

Came here yesterday for a little treat with my partner. We bought ourselves two ice creams and then noticed the “FREE doggie sundaes everyday, everytime” sign. We asked for one for our dog and they charged $1.30?? I thought it said free? $1.30 for a tiny little scoop of whatever ice cream they give and the smallest dog treat I’ve seen. I have no issue paying for it if it wasn’t advertised as free, but it was. I thought maybe they aren’t a participating location (as it says in the fine print of the sign), however then they wouldn’t have the sign nor would they have the treats to make it. Just go to Starbucks to get a free pup cup. Also to the woman in the picture, I’m not going to say for sure, because I had my back turned and was looking at my partner, but after asking for the dog ice cream, the lady serving me said okay but then I noticed you had said something to her before she came back and run me up for it.

Very dissapointed after looking online and seeing the numerous flavors we get there and there are about 12 flavors and i asked if they would have any of the other flavors we were interested in and i was told we havent made those flavors in the 3 years i have worked here so they only have the normal ice cream flavors that you can get at any other ice cream place also got the puppy cups and it was a small dallop of ice cream with a half a bone in it i can go to dairy queen and get better ice cream better flavors and an actually amount of ice cream for cheaper will not be checking this place out ever again

I go there and on the counter was a sign saying, will be back in a minute gone to the restroom. I stood there 29 minutes. they musta had to drive to Atlanta to use the bathroom. Finally I left and went to McDonald's.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I have always ordered a chocolate shake with only chocolate icecream and milk. they refused to make the shake with chocolate icecream. if there is a policy on why y’all cannot make it with chocolate icecream please let me know. I’m sorry but i can taste the difference between chocolate icecream and vanilla icecream with chocolate syrup.

Myself, my significant other, and my children just visted Bruster’s today around 1:20 p.m. We each told the female staff member on duty at the time our orders and went to the side picnic table on the left of the building (which were visible from inside the establishment thanks to the multiple windows surrounding the building). I should mention as a side note, that at no time were we told that we must stay at the ordering window for our ice cream and we were also the only customers there. By the time we were instructed that our ice cream was ready they were all melted to the point where I felt the need to request a refund or for them to be remade. I was told that only two out of the four could be remade and that it’s food so that she didn’t know what more she could do besides give me her manager’s number. I then asked, "what exactly would I do with her managers number?”, she responded with she didn’t know while also stating (multiple times), “people normally stay at the window after ordering”. That is when I responded that “at no time did you tell one of us to stay at the window and you watched and allowed us to walk away from the front window”. We do not know how long our treats were exposed to the elements before she instructed another worker to let us know that our treats were ready. At the end, she became increasingly condescending as she seemed to be in a hurry to get us out of the way by stating, that there was nothing more that she can do for us, while immediately asking after that statement, “what more can I do for you? “ .... as there were new customers were approaching. That was by far the most disrespectful service I have ever received from that store and I am a very regular customer.

Just treated our children to Bruster’s... The ice cream was soooo meltly that you had to scarf your ice cream down and still couldn’t eat it without it being total soup dripping out of your cone. I went to the counter and tried to tell the girls that I think something may be wrong with the freezers. The teenagers inside tried to make up an excuse that it’s hot outside. Yes, it is, but I replied that we are from FL where the ice cream at our Bruster’s didn’t melt like that. Mid-sentence the blonde girl just turned and walked away from me. Someone needs to teach her about the importance of good customer service and proper manners. You would think the manager would want to know and take a look at the freezers.

I just came from buster's after ordering online. There were three people working in there no gloves anywhere and then they tried to tell me that this is not the store that I ordered at. I asked what was the street address to this location he didn't know it. Then I showed him my receipt he said oh I can just make it for you. No one had any gloves on in there at all

As a loyal customer who has visited this location many times over the past 8 years, I feel compelled to share my concerns about the customer service I received. On October 21, 2024 at 5:39 PM, I visited your store and encountered an issue with employee rudeness. This is particularly disappointing as it follows a similar experience I had with another employee some time ago, which had caused me to take a break from visiting your establishment. During my visit, I simply asked if there was a good amount of pecans and caramel in the white turtle flavor. I understand that the content may vary depending on when the batch was made, as other employees have explained to me in the past. Usually, staff members have been happy to check and provide an honest answer. However, the employee I interacted with responded with a dismissive attitude, stating, "It's always the same amount." This response was not only unhelpful but also inaccurate based on my previous experiences. When I asked her to check, she acted as though I was making an unreasonable request. I believe that providing good customer service, including answering questions politely and with a smile, is essential in the food service industry. It doesn't require much effort to be courteous and helpful to customers. I would like to recommend that you consider providing additional customer service training to your employees. This could help ensure that all customers have a positive experience when visiting your store. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration. I have enjoyed your ice cream for many years and would like to continue doing so, but the quality of customer interactions is as important to me as the quality of your product. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I brought in my coupons for my free Italian ice for our kids. A new manager was working. First of all we waited for 5 minutes for anyone to come to the window. Secondly when the lady came to the window she didn’t even smile. She frowned and didn’t smile. It almost seemed like we were inconveniencing her for even coming to the store. We had a coupon for free Italian ice but used one per paying adult. She wouldn’t let us use the coupons because there was only one of me. She rudely told me I needed to read the coupons because they were very specific in the rules. We came in the week before and the employee let my kids use the coupon and have a free Italian ice cream.
