I had a pretty young girl I think her name maybe was Christine, however I of course had no idea what flavor to get because I like all of them and wanted something chocolate and blah blah blah anyways she was nice and I forgot about I can try samples but I don't ever ask for samples... She was kind enough to tell me her favorites when I asked and then also let me try one of the new flavors out of her own kindness which was the apple crisp It was good but being that time of the month I wanted some chocolate :-) :-) So I told her I couldn't choose between two of them and she said I'll do both we can do that, which one do you want more of so long story short for an ice cream review let's just say I would never tip someone that I guess an ice cream parlor I never thought about it but I had to tip this girl plus I had the coupon buy one get one free so I was alone and told her can I get the waffle and a bowl So it doesn't spill everywhere and she mentioned of course the waffle cone bowls instead lol and put them in a bag for me Sweet as can be she actually acted like she cared to be there and was super nice and not like most people that are just nonchalant, monotone, so she is the reason I gave a five star and her tip.

Great location and service!! I was able to try several flavors before choosing the perfect one! Nice shaded outdoor seating area too!!

Ice cream tastes really icy and isn’t as smooth and creamy as I’d like. It’s still cold and sweet, so I’ll eat it. The flavor of the deep dish apple pie was really nice and had actual chunks of pie crust which was a nice bonus.

I got butter pecan and butter cake, they both tasted like plain vanilla. I tasted my boyfriend’s New York cheesecake which tasted like plain vanilla as well. Not sure what has happened but if we wanted vanilla ice cream we wouldn’t come to spend $15 for it.

I just stopped by to get my mom a birthday cake and the woman working was so rude that I did not even buy anything! I used to work here years ago and know how it can get but I did not deserve that service. Her attitude should be addressed being as it’s costing the store money. Hopefully I’ll get better service at the Macon Road store, here I come!

Came here yesterday for a little treat with my partner. We bought ourselves two ice creams and then noticed the “FREE doggie sundaes everyday, everytime” sign. We asked for one for our dog and they charged $1.30?? I thought it said free? $1.30 for a tiny little scoop of whatever ice cream they give and the smallest dog treat I’ve seen. I have no issue paying for it if it wasn’t advertised as free, but it was. I thought maybe they aren’t a participating location (as it says in the fine print of the sign), however then they wouldn’t have the sign nor would they have the treats to make it. Just go to Starbucks to get a free pup cup. Also to the woman in the picture, I’m not going to say for sure, because I had my back turned and was looking at my partner, but after asking for the dog ice cream, the lady serving me said okay but then I noticed you had said something to her before she came back and run me up for it.

Very subpar ice cream (it tastes worse than quite a few of store brand ones!) with a lot of sugar! the butter pecan flavor is terrible! also too expensive for very small scoops

First and last visit. No bananas so we got two milkshakes for almost $20.00. They were terrible. Customer service needs some help as well.

I just came from buster's after ordering online. There were three people working in there no gloves anywhere and then they tried to tell me that this is not the store that I ordered at. I asked what was the street address to this location he didn't know it. Then I showed him my receipt he said oh I can just make it for you. No one had any gloves on in there at all

Dear Bruster Ice Cream Management, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience at your Whittlesly location. As a loyal customer who has visited this location many times over the past 8 years, I feel compelled to share my concerns about the customer service I received. On October 21, 2024 at 5:39 PM, I visited your store and encountered an issue with employee rudeness. This is particularly disappointing as it follows a similar experience I had with another employee some time ago, which had caused me to take a break from visiting your establishment. During my visit, I simply asked if there was a good amount of pecans and caramel in the white turtle flavor. I understand that the content may vary depending on when the batch was made, as other employees have explained to me in the past. Usually, staff members have been happy to check and provide an honest answer. However, the employee I interacted with responded with a dismissive attitude, stating, "It's always the same amount." This response was not only unhelpful but also inaccurate based on my previous experiences. When I asked her to check, she acted as though I was making an unreasonable request. I believe that providing good customer service, including answering questions politely and with a smile, is essential in the food service industry. It doesn't require much effort to be courteous and helpful to customers. I would like to recommend that you consider providing additional customer service training to your employees. This could help ensure that all customers have a positive experience when visiting your store. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration. I have enjoyed your ice cream for many years and would like to continue doing so, but the quality of customer interactions is as important to me as the quality of your product. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I brought in my coupons for my free Italian ice for our kids. A new manager was working. First of all we waited for 5 minutes for anyone to come to the window. Secondly when the lady came to the window she didn’t even smile. She frowned and didn’t smile. It almost seemed like we were inconveniencing her for even coming to the store. We had a coupon for free Italian ice but used one per paying adult. She wouldn’t let us use the coupons because there was only one of me. She rudely told me I needed to read the coupons because they were very specific in the rules. We came in the week before and the employee let my kids use the coupon and have a free Italian ice cream.
