Opinions de Di Bianco Cremona
We came here for an aperitivo and everything was perfect: excellent appetizers, especially the pizza, which was delicious, and the baked potatoes were fantastic, plus excellent, friendly service! I came back the next day for coffee and pastries, and again, I'd say it was excellent—the coffee, the mini Sacher torte I tried, and the service!
A huge thank you to Pasticceria Di Bianco in Cremona for choosing to accept Bitcoin. A young but high-quality business, which has decided to take a concrete step towards the future. Tonight I'm tasting their pistachio panettone and nougat, purchased in sats... simply exceptional. It's beautiful to see how Italian artisan excellence can meet innovation without losing authenticity. Supporting those who adopt Bitcoin means rewarding those who have the courage to truly innovate. Congratulations to Pasticceria Di Bianco: keep it up, we're with you. ⚡🍰
A very welcoming and modern atmosphere, with very helpful staff. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. I've visited the place both privately and for work, and both times I had a great time. A strategic and well-stocked location. Quick checkout without lines, excellent service, and spectacular pastries!! Highly recommended.
Elegant pastry shop that doesn't disappoint, offering exquisite products and exquisite creations. The impressive display of products in the window display and the meticulous design of the room below are noteworthy. The prices are also reasonable, considering the offerings. The owner is friendly, as all top-notch cafes demand. The counter staff, on the other hand, is dynamic, polite, efficient, youthful, and (unfortunately) a bit aloof (Roby especially), although perhaps it's the clientele—who tend to be classy and anything but homey—who expect such unfriendly service.
In coppia, abbiamo preso dei pasticcini per festeggiare una ricorrenza; buonissimi, delicati, consigliati soprattutto i macarons. Prezzi nella media.
Ottimo locale in pieno centro a Cremona.
A beautiful, centrally located place with plenty of seating (several tables outside, a small room downstairs, and stools next to the counter). A wide selection of drinks, pastries, croissants, and cakes. But that's where my positive review ends... Here are the negatives. The staff is rude and somewhat arrogant, the cakes are overly sweet, and the menu can only be viewed via QR code (you can turn a blind eye to the latter, but not the other two). This morning, a colleague and I, being in the area, went there for breakfast. The two employees at the counter—a man and a woman—were both quite rude: the woman struggled to say hello, while the man repeatedly responded strangely. When I asked if a cake contained alcohol (a legitimate question, I'd say), he rolled his eyes and gave a confused answer, when a simple no would have sufficed. Not to mention the fact that to show us that the order was via QR code, he started touching my phone without even asking. Which was quite rude. And even when he came to take our order at the table, he did so hastily and without a shred of courtesy. Secondly, the cake I ordered—a Sachertorte—was incredibly sweet, and the jam took away all the flavor of the chocolate. I don't recommend it. Finally, the price was too high and the portions were too small.
I think this is the best breakfast you'll find in Cremona. The selection of pastries is wide and varied, both in terms of dough and toppings. Kudos in particular for the croissant, beautifully crisp and airy. It's a shame about the Veneziana, which should have had cream inside as well to balance it out. The pear and almond brioche, however, was a pleasant discovery: sweet and light. I think they could have done a better job with the outdoor tables, since the basement setting is refined and very pleasing to the eye. The staff, however, I found inattentive and lacking in cohesion in their service. Regardless of these criticisms, which certainly lower my rating of the experience, I already can't wait to return to this pastry shop to try the mini pastries and single portions.
I had breakfast yesterday at this centrally located restaurant in Cremona. The reviews from other customers are surprising, although everyone has their own experience and their own valid and unquestionable evaluation criteria. Fast service and a pleasant breakfast. I didn't give it 5 stars because the bathrooms were genuinely dirty.
Nice place good cakes and good coffee
It is a wonderful bakery with inside and outside seating.
The place is welcoming, thanks in part to the courtesy and friendliness of the staff, always ready to recommend and suggest their excellent specialties, produced in their in-house pastry shop. The inside dining room is comfortable, although in my opinion it's a bit dark, and the furnishings don't allow for full use of the space. An outdoor patio isn't currently planned, but I've been assured it will soon be available. The pastries are good quality, as is the ice cream. I'd never tasted the kind made with added salt, and I was thrilled. The display of pastries on the counter is irresistible, showcasing their colors and shapes, and it's impossible to resist the temptation to try at least one. Surely, over time, the service organization will resolve some small flaws, but I also think they didn't expect such a success. I recommend it. UNFORTUNATELY, TABLE SERVICE HAS NOT IMPROVED. I'M OVERWHELMED ON MARKET DAYS (LAST SATURDAY THERE WAS A 40-MINUTE WAIT AND MANY PEOPLE WALKED OFF, WHILE I WANTED TO SEE HOW IT ENDED) AND ON OTHER DAYS YOU HAVE TO HOPE THEY COME OUT. BEWARE, THERE ARE Plenty of bars and customers are quick to move on, even if the quality is good. I'M TAKING A STAR OFF.
É già la seconda volta che vengo a fare colazione e nonostante ti vedono passano avanti e tu devi entrare a chiamarli per prendere l’ordine. Bevande e cibo ottimo organizzazione un po’ scarsa. Per qu…
It's a shame because it's centrally located, but a pastry shop/cafe with a clogged bathroom and a non-functioning sink is unacceptable. The service was okay, the waiter was helpful and fast, but for a lemon tea, receiving a chipped cup and a transparent lemon slice... no way.
One girl was nice. But the owner or the manager—I'm not sure which—was rude. She was probably the one who asked us to pay in advance. And I realized that hadn't happened to the others. She was either racist or xenophobic. My experience at this bar wasn't positive. The brioche had very little cream and wasn't very tasty.
The staff is rude, abrupt, and impolite. The waitress is irritated and irritating, complaining to customers. A €1.90 macchiato and a glass of water cost €0.70... are you kidding? The croissants and brioches are delicious.
We stopped for an aperitivo where we had 2 good spritzes and 3 bad ones. The name is apt because they served them in a glass of water with hard focaccia and cold pizza and a plate of salami without any art or part. In the end, the manager replied that he had run out of glasses and had just made the focaccia. Anyway, it's a modest place, definitely better for a pastry shop.
Staff are rude, never smile, do not greet you when entering, and make you overall feel like a nuisance to them. Terrible service. Overpriced. Go elsewhere, there are far better places in Cremona
We were treated rudely. We were served by a girl with an Eastern accent, who was brusque and rude. She took my coffee away and gave it to another customer without even asking permission. Customers deserve politeness, and it requires no effort. Never again.
The croissants are exceptional, nothing to complain about, but the service is terrible!!! The staff needs to be reconsidered!!! We sat down for breakfast and after a whopping 15 minutes the waiter still hadn't stopped to take our order, so I ordered via QR code and after another 20 minutes, breakfast finally arrived!! It should be noted that we had requested lemon with tea, but obviously it didn't arrive!!!! Lots of people sit down and then, annoyed, leave because the wait is so long!! The staff is unhelpful, it's a shame they're in a nice location but the service is poor.
