Today, after more than 36 years, I returned with my partner, who is celiac and lactose-allergic, to what was once known as Pizzeria Vesuvio, now Lo Storico di Cremona! We went for lunch and then figured out a possibility for New Year's Eve dinner! We both had an octopus and potato appetizer! For our main course, I had a sliced ​​Angus steak, and my partner had a mixed fried fish cooked with rice flour! All with French fries, a mixed grill of vegetables, and a gluten-free focaccia as an alternative to bread! First-rate quality with fresh fish and a first-rate sliced ​​steak! Excellent service from someone who has been working in the restaurant for more than 40 years! We met the owner, who is also celiac, and she explained the menu as a preview of New Year's Eve! I must say, I had already booked even before knowing the details! A place that deserves a 5-star review and that I will return on other occasions! Thank you so much, see you soon!

We contacted this restaurant to organize a lunch for 33 people. The owner was immediately available to welcome us from the first phone call, and we discussed possible food and drink options. They offer pizza (excellent in flavor and dough) as well as meat and fish-based first and second courses. We agreed on a pizza-based menu with a drink and dessert, as well as a first course with the same prices and coffee. We also offered the option of choosing à la carte, given the large number of diners. At the end of the meal, everyone was satisfied with the service, the food, and the final price.

Great food, great ambiance and super friendly staff. The pizza was huge and very tasty. The atmosphere was chill and very relaxing. We even stayed a nit after the closing time and they were completely okay with it and were kind till the end! In comparison with the value offered and how tatsy the food was, the price was affordable. Also clean restrooms are available and heating was perfect!

During our trip to Cremona, my mother and I dined out for four evenings. Three of them were at Lo Storico. That was not our initial intention, but the food was so wonderful, and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that each night we both voted to come back. The owner is lovely and the pesto gnocchi is divine!! And don’t miss dessert! It is sublime!! It feels like a family place, but they made these tourists feel completely at home.
