A delight for the palate, not only the coffee and cappuccino are truly excellent, but the pastries are also top-notch. The place is beautiful, with a historic style and still features a tasting room. It's definitely worth a try.

Excellent café. Quality cappuccino. Wide selection of croissants and pastries. Vegan croissants are a must-try! The outdoor seating area overlooking the station square is lovely, despite the traffic on the adjacent street.

Excellent product quality in a historic pastry shop in the city, but... I recommend better highlighting the price differences between the different pastries. I purchased a tray of 6 pastries, calculating that I would spend €8.40 (6 × €1.40). However, at the checkout, two "overpriced" pastries were reported, costing €2.20 each. Total: €10. Leaving aside the purely economic aspect, I found the staff's failure to report this to be unfair.

A place with a vintage feel. The decor remains the same as when it opened. The staff is friendly, but rushed. The space is small and a bit cramped. The pastries didn't seem fresh to me. The latte macchiato wasn't bad. Prices were too high.

Raramente faccio recensioni, soprattutto se in negativo, ma oggi purtroppo la faccio perché non mi sembra corretto che: 1 - i tempi di attesa - anche solo per bere un caffè - debbano sempre essere biblici, ma in effetti (come sottolineato da altri) si nota la poca organizzazione 2 - vengono favoriti i conoscenti 3 - oggi per 12 frittelle e 4 cioccolatini mi è stato presentato un conto (errato ovviamente) di € 38,50, al che ho dovuto chiedere se fossero sicuri che si trattasse della cifra corretta. È stato riconosciuto l'errore, ma le scuse mi sono state porte a fatica e con mille giustificazioni che erano evitabilissime. Trovo tutto ciò un gran peccato, perché si parla di un locale storico che ha un grande fascino, e i prodotti sono anche buoni, ma tutto ciò a mio avviso è rovinato da un servizio a dir poco pessimo ed imbarazzante, e non è la prima volta che succede. Lo dico con dispiacere, ma finché ci sarà questa gestione non credo che ci metterò più piede

Pessima educazione. Ordino tre pizzette e un’acqua. Mia madre si va a sedere mentre io aspetto alla cassa e pago. La signora alla cassa (presumo la titolare) mi dice “te le riscaldo e te lo porto al tavolo”. Vado a sedermi e dopo 10 minuti che aspetto , vado in cassa per chiedere se ancora ci volesse molto e loro in modo MOLTO SGARBATO mi dicono che prima si paga e poi si ordina (io avevo già pagato, ripeto) e ribadisco che lei mi aveva riferito che me le avrebbe portato al tavolo altrimenti io potevo tranquillamente prenderle da sole. Menzione al ragazzo vestito da cameriere..( scrivo vestito perché il cameriere vero non si comporta così).. mi rida’ i soldi con un “tenga” sempre in modo scortese e poco cordiale. Mai più. Il San Giorgio di gran lunga superiore.

MALEDUCATI. Domenica mattina, dopo un po’ di attesa ( che ci sta pure) ci ritroviamo davanti al bancone con circa 20 persone in coda dietro di noi. Saluto in maniera cortese e chiedo di poter ordinare. Alla mia richiesta non solo non mi viene ricambiato il saluto, ma i due baristi fingono di pulire bicchieri e spostare tazze non degnandosi neanche di alzare lo sguardo, volutamente. ( per buoni 3min) In tutto ció alla destra di un mio amico si fa avanti una signora che ordina e viene servita subito. Allorchè il mio amico cerca di richiamare nuovamente l’ attenzione chiedendo di essere serviti. Non ho capito esattamente che problemi hanno i due baristi, ma mi piacerebbe capirlo. Saluti.

Today, Sunday, I waited in the dining room for almost half an hour for the waiter to come and take my reservation. When he arrived, he took orders for two out of six tables, without bothering to respect the order in which they arrived. Obviously, the last ones to arrive were served first.... I had my breakfast today at another bar. Unfortunately, the disorganization is at its worst. It's not the first or even the second time I've waited this long, but today I've decided it will be my last, even though I'm sorry.

Extremely long wait times. The croissant is okay, brioche-like, but nothing exceptional. I asked for a double flavor of Nutella and pistachio, and it was a nightmare. The chocolate (which has nothing to do with chocolate) was horrible; it seemed like a cheap Nutella. The pistachio, on the other hand, tasted only like colored sugar. The dough is passable, but the cream fillings are of terrible quality; so much so that we couldn't even get halfway through the jumbo croissant. "Jumbo" is a big word: paying €10 for a croissant that's only the equivalent of two croissants combined is simply ridiculous. I get two regular ones and pay less than half. Going all the way to the station for an experience like that isn't nice. I'll never come back.
