We ate there for dinner. Opening hours start at 7:00 PM. The waitresses were very kind and helpful. This was my first time here, and I don't know if it's always like this, but I found the chicken very salty. Clean bathrooms. Child seats available. GREAT beer! Ample parking

The service isn't the best. It's all young, inexperienced guys (they bring you the food but not the cutlery), and they're also a bit rude. The food isn't bad, but some of the chickens are completely meaningless. The gluttonous with bacon and cheddar, for example, is nothing more than a regular chicken with two cubes of bacon and some already solidified cheese placed on a specific spot on the chicken's skin. If you don't eat the skin (which isn't the case for me) or if you bite into another piece of chicken, it's as if you didn't eat it at all. It's a shame you pay for these ingredients. The concept behind some of the dishes should be reconsidered. The prices are low, the place isn't much (big and with a lot of seating, like a chain restaurant), but overall it deserves a passing grade.

Very good food, nothing to complain about. The service sucks. One waitress served me like I was a dog, throwing my plate on the table. You should fire someone who doesn't know how to treat customers. You need to hire more polite staff who know how to show respect. People like her should be fired. This magnificent waitress is called Vera Giancola (you suck).

Potato cooked in engine oil. The photo doesn't do it justice, but it was absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself for bringing this stuff to the homes of people who pay with their hard-earned money!

The place itself is beautiful, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff is very sullen and unfriendly, (sadly), which is a shame, considering that service is such an important part of the experience. It's strange behavior, especially considering that the staff should be there to make customers feel at home and provide excellent service. "If I were the employer, I'd leave them at home." My family and I were disappointed. The staff needs to be more professional and kind, and there should be no room for rudeness in customer service. I hope this negative experience of mine can help to focus more attention on improving service in the future, for those who sit down to enjoy a pleasant dinner.

I ordered three takeout roosters, one of which came with vegetables. The vegetable portion was embarrassing, insignificant, absurd. A spoonful of vegetables that looked like they'd been chewed by a dog. The rooster was tiny, the meat dry, and the potatoes dry. The other rooster in the city, in the Cremona Po area, was much better. I hadn't been there in a while, and I'll never go back. Not recommended.

Bad service. We have used this restaurant when we came for holidays but the food was terrible and cold. Service was even worst they were rude and manager should not work in the food industry at all !!!

I strongly advise against eating here. Fried food can cause stomach ache and diarrhea. I ordered fried dumplings, and they weren't cooked properly. Also, be careful with the mixed trio, so that there aren't any missing pieces compared to the number on your order (e.g., chicken wings).
