Owner is amazing and food is even better!!! I had made an order at another store confusing the two and when i called to cancel he told me to come to his restaurant and that I wouldn’t regret it, and so i took him up on his word. All i can say is that the man did not disappoint. Me and my family loved it and constantly ordered pizza here only!!! I highly recommend this place and meeting the amazing man running it !!!

Another smashing dine in experience here at NY Joes Crowley. We ordered cheese and pepperoni pizza along with grilled chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a meatball sub. The pizza here is always is a welcome step up from "pizza" as most pizza is always the same. But the pizza here always blows me away. This time though the pizza was for the kids of course they destroyed it. I had the chicken Alfredo which was absolutely delectable. The chicken is always on point, tender, bursting with flavor and plenty of it. The Alfredo sauce is creamy, just the right amount of buttery with a light hint of sweetness and garlic. The meatball sub he made last so it would be hot and ready since it was to go. He visited our table multiple times during our meal making sure we wanted for nothing. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thanks for always making our visits here special.

** Updated Review** Went again tonight with my daughter. Again the food was really good (Had the Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken) . The service is absolutely fantastic!! So super nice, working his tail off to make everyone happy We will return again and again. Thank you so much for a super nice mother - daughter evening ! 10 ☆ ! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Decided to come here for a last day of school lunch with my Daughter and Grandson. The place was empty, but to be honest, the location is not great for visibility and the decor could use a little sprucing up ... however, the service was fantastic ! I wish I'd gotten our servers name to mention, but he was really friendly, helpful and fast (he gave his name but my grandma brain didn't retain it). We ordered mozzarella sticks, sodas, and a Large meat lover's pizza ... the cheese sticks were good, basic, but good. The pizza was absolutely out of this world! The pricing was on par with other independantly owned places and worth every penny. I haven't had pizza that good since 2000 when I visited a place in Paramus, NJ. We will be back for sure and I really hope more folks hear about and visit this place. They deserve the accolades and the business.

This place is amazing. We were the only ones in the dining room but still was awesome. The waiter was so wonderful and he is very courteous and personable. The food was amazing!!! I brought my chicken Alfredo home and my daughter even loved it! Will definitely be here again!

Mom and I tried a different restaurant for chow tonight. Our first time here. Love the old school Italian theme of the restaurant. They have a giant screen with projection tv in the adjoining dining area. We were in the mood for a pie. Got the meat lovers. We added onions and jalapeños. We both also had a simple side salad. I had a couple of ice cold Dos Equis which always taste great with pie. The beer was nice and cold and the pizza was really good. I know my wife would really like it as it was what I would call light marinara sauce. The young man serving is is named Colby. He’s also the owner. Very polite young man with fantastic customer service. Always a pleasure meeting owner/operators who take pride in their products and service to customers. Their location makes it easy to miss as it’s on the second row of business on the corner of Crowley Road and 1187. Basically right behind the Golden Chick and Lisa’s. The price was very reasonable and the Dos Equis tasted even better when I saw on the bill that they were only three dollars each. An 18 inch meat lovers pizza with two add on’s, two tossed salads, and two Dos Equis for $35.69. Come on, what a deal. Thank you Colby, we will definitely be back.

We were a little unsure when we first walked in because they did not look like they were open. We were greeted and told we could pick a spot to sit. We only saw one waiter the entire time and he was going back and forth nonstop to serve customers and answer the phones. The food was absolutely delicious and services was great. We look forward to returning soon.

We had an order placed online to-go, showed up a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready, no big deal. There was a sign out front in the dining room that they were understaffed and would be right out, totally understandable the staff was out promptly as stated to grab the order, so good service. The quality of the food was not bad, the sauce was watery but had a good flavor, however the portions were small and while the pasta was hot, everything else from the bread to the side of meatballs we ordered was ice cold and parts of the bread itself was undercooked, that said the flavor and texture of the food was good even the bread that wasn't undercooked which why I say the quality was overall not bad. The dining room itself was empty and dark. Running an understaffed restaurant is a difficult challenge and while I wouldn't return while the place is understaffed if they were running a full staff I feel they would be worth a return trip.

Whose dumb idea was it to charge take-out customers a dollar for Parmesan cheese and/or peppers? If I would have known that when I paid, I would have left no tip. For the record, I love Joe’s - I have lived all over the metroplex and have been to 5 different Joe’s locations - none of them have ever charged for cheese or peppers. I’ll never come back. Instead, I will drive 5 miles out of my way to the I-35 location. You just lost a customer over a buck.

Owner is a jerk to the delivery drivers. I will never buy a pizza again from him. It’s too bad because the pizza is usually good, but not worth being talked down to like I was

Pizza tastes like the cardboard box it came in, when I came the owner was arguing with a customer about a togo box for their leftover pizza. Inside was desolate. Do not come here.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this business. The owner was extremely rude when I asked a simple question, and their attitude made me feel unwelcome. On top of that, I noticed they did not seem to follow proper hygiene practices while handling food, which raised serious concerns for me. I do not feel comfortable returning and would not recommend this place to others.

Tried picking up my order. NO ONE came to help. I saw orders sitting out so I found mine and took it. One of the employees came and SNATCHED the order from me. Then told me I could wait and to go back to the front. My friend went in to get the order and he basically said that that’s not how this place is ran. My friend told him that I misunderstood then and his response was “Misunderstood what?” Then would not give us the order. Very CLASSLESS, very passive aggressive, and VERY BAD BUISNESS. Ordered online. Picked up order and when I got home part of the order was missing. Called to let them know and owner answered. After I told him what was wrong he immediately went into a rage, He swore up and down he put it in himself, and accused me of eating it!. Very strange interaction. I was being calm at first I just wanted to get my calzone but he kept ranting and raving how he cant be giving away food to everyone and being very rude. Really got under my skin. We went back and forth and he would not resolve the issue. Overall the food is excellent, we have always received great service but this was a very bad experience and will not be going back!
