It was my first time at this location, and it was perfect. The food was wonderful, the store was clean, and they had two televisions, and my baseball game was on. Service very friendly.

Ridiculous that they won't let kids add vegetables to their sandwich. Do regular sandwiches get a discount if they don't want vegetables? Had to pay $11 for my son's small combo because he wanted tomatoes and pickles.

5 employees and only a few customers. While none were helping customers, they were just standing around talking. All tables were dirty. I had to wipe the table and chairs clean before sitting down. Floor was covered in crumbs and chips.

Felt like getting a sub today, and well, I always get the Italian and it was yummy. I smothered it with the Captain Sorensen’s Datil Pepper Hot Sauce and it was delicious. I just wish that they gave thicker pickles, since the ones they give are sliced so thin. My boyfriend got the sweet and spicy meatballs and he liked it, but the ratio was a bit off, since there was too much bread. Overall, it was pretty yummy.

I love firehouse, it’s one of my favorite places and definitely my favorite sandwich place the problem is recently you all of a sudden can’t order any brownies or chocolate chip cookies and there are only four options for chips. Where are the Mrs Vickie’s BBQ and Baked Lays BBQ? All of our favorite things BFF a have suddenly become unavailable and I don’t understand why. Chocolate chip cookies are the most well loved cookie and they only have oatmeal or celebration cookies now and now brownies! You guys needs to order supplies and update the delivery apps with these options and make all the chop options available on the apps too. Makes no sense to have 10 different chip types in store and four of the worst available to select on uber eats and door dash.

When they get the orders right, its great!! 😊 But last couple of times to go, they are rushing orders. We get home to everything being wrong on the sandwiches and missing items. Bummer. Going to start checking before we pull away.

If i could give zero stars a million times i would. I went in and ordered a Cajun chicken small extra onion. This is what they gave me and i took the picture at the register. I asked for the manager a young boy stated he was the manager and told me it was the guy first day ( it was 4 boys behind the counter in the sandwich area not to mention the ingredients on the menu in the wall) and he also said “ i don’t know what to tell you” i stated that if it is an employee first day then he should be trained. They were rude the recipe said the cashier name was V. No one else had issues with their sandwich i honestly believe they were being racist and thought it was funny. I have been to this location many times and had NEVER experienced THIS!!!!

This location is absolutely terrible, workers Standing around not helping at all. The dining area is always gross with chairs everywhere and crumbs.The food was not worth the outrageous price for 2 subs. Soggy and assembled awful. This location has been going downhill as the months go by. Desperately needs new employees. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Just left and holy shhh tonight was unprofessional and a tad racist in my opinion… Found it weird that the manager kept cutting off everyone from talking to a customer and threatened to call the police on her doing absolutely nothing but standing there 😧. Shoutout to the hero dad (I think) for intervening because his daughter kept escalating the situation. She was so smugly and arrogantly cutting that girl off as she tried to get everyone to understand her concerns. Might be time to put firehouse subs on ice because it could’ve easily been me. It’s not unknown that this location messes up orders so why be arrogant and dismissive? Customer service is key and hanging up the phone on someone more than once would’ve justified a more physical reaction that they should be grateful didn’t happen.

Mind-blown experience witnessed tonight 11/12/25. Unsanitary, unprofessional and a covert racist location, it’s sad to see what it has become. I expected more out of the staff honestly but we are in stranger times. I had already placed my order with my family when I overheard a conflict going on between the alleged managers (Kaylee and Taylor from what I could see on their name tags) and a customer that disclosed that they intentionally messed up her order and went so far as to brag about hanging up the phone on her. She stood there for several hours attempting to get the location’s owner information to report the incident but it seems they feel emboldened to do such unprofessional acts because their store owner or similar encouraged it; which is strange to me, because all she was requesting was a manager to speak with. It was honestly hard to witness as the volleyed between one another encouraging each other to ignore her while smirking, but she kept her composure. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. The two managers on duty who just so happened to be white, continue to act like she didn’t exist and could have resolve the issue by simply answering “the manager will be here in the morning.” However, to see them yell in front of myself and other customers as we dined in, at other staff members, to not answer the young lady’s valid questions was absurd. What I noticed as well is that everyone was greeted with “welcome to firehouse subs” but they did not do that to the young lady despite not knowing what she was there for. The likelihood of me returning to this location is slim to none. Do better.

Very dissatisfied with my order placed at this location. They got my order wrong. I did a minimal customized order to one of their sandwiches (no jalapeno, add onion) non of that was done. Also did not get my pickle spear and was given the wrong chips

I did not even order food at this place walked in the door and was met with rude and irritated employees. I ask for a meatball sub employee stated very rude we are out. I then stated you’ll have a great evening and walked out. These employees were rude and obviously did not have any customer service training .

3/18/2021 I tried calling to place an order from 4pm until 5:30, no one would answer the phone. I arrived there in person to find six people working behind the counter. When one of them finally came to the counter to take my order I asked if their phones were working as I had been trying to call for 1 1/2 hours. He ignored the question and said I'm sorry you couldn't get through can I take your order. I said it wasn't because I could not get through the phone rang and rang you all did not answer. I ordered a kids grilled cheese, a club on a sub and a firehouse salad with grilled chicken. once I got home my grand daughter went to eat her grilled cheese and basically the bread was toasted but the butter and cheese were just slapped on there, not even the butter melted. I have pictures I would love to show the manager or owner. The salad had no cucumbers or peppers in it as the menu states it does and as for the chicken (ha) its safer to say I got a tossed salad. The club sub was excellent as that is what I always get and I was not disappointed in it. I go here several times a month, what is happening that the service and quality of food are going downhill? Not at all happy with Firehouse Subs in Burleson!
