I paid 30$ to have this pizza delivered. I ask for it well done and clearly it’s not but I really don’t think it would’ve mattered. This pizza tastes horrible. Absolutely no flavor what so ever and barely any sauce on the pizza. The crust was terrible and I can’t believe I wasted my money on this crap!

DO NOT GO HERE! I don’t know how they’re passing inspections. This pizza hut is DISGUSTING. No hair nets, no gloves, the kitchen looked a mess, and the workers smelled like body odor and weed. There was a short black curled hair on my pizza. I threw the whole thing away, that is just disgusting and not okay. I about threw up. It looked like a pubic hair. The worker took, I kid you not, 5 minutes checking my food in front of me. He was very slow and I think he was on something. And they charge for ranch.. it’s not even good ranch. My bad for wanting something to dip my food in to make it edible. The “boneless wings” were tiny and literally hard. Please save yourself the money and do NOT go to this biohazardous Pizza Hut.

Worst Pizza Hut pizza I have had/tasted ever! Pizza was dry with barely any sauce. It was as if the crust (hand tossed) was baked before the toppings were added. There were huge bubbles in 6 of the slices. When I picked up a slice not fully cut, the crust from that slice along with some dough under the slice completely came off like pre-cut cardboard. I was going to drive and take it back but it was too much traffic (Christmas Eve), so we just threw it away. The person who made that pizza should be let go. Probably wasn't too happy about working on Christmas Eve. The cashier did open the box to show me the pizza but there wasn't much lighting to see the pizza with lid half open. Also the male cashier (Richard on the receipt) just stared and hovered over the payment device as if he was going to see what tip amount I was going to choose. I was glad I chose No Tip! Won't ever be ordering from that Pizza Hut again....i promise!

11-22-25 10:20pm I ordered a 5 topping pizza from them. Went home took a bite And it tasted like cardboard. I called the store ask can I bring it back, they said yes. I come back and the 2 guys on that shift say they couldn't give me a refund.. so I left the pizza there. Worst pizza I've ever had. Never going there again

Order for delivery 40 minutes before close…. we called at 12 bc our pizza never arrived and then they proceed to tell me they don’t have delivery drivers and only do orders through doordash. Then tried to blame us for not coming to pick up oue order…. WHEN IT WAS FOR DELIVERY!!! should’ve read the reviews before we ordered! never again!!!!!!

This place is always so slow. They give an estimated time and NEVER have the pizza ready. The employees act like you are an inconvenience to them. I watched Management walk away from the counter and point to the employees in the back instead of assisting a paying customer who walked in the door. Definitely needs an overhaul.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and it has string things on the sides and bottom. I took the pizza back to be remade and the guy there said that it was “cheese” why would cheese be on the bottom of the pizza? Then second pizza had the same problem.

We will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again!!! We called to check on the status of our delivery and they put my husband on hold for over half hour . Was not able to speak with a live person at the store. Our pizza is now 1 hour late and still on hold! As one of the previous reviewers I would not have even given them a one. Very bad customer service (NO customer service)

I’m at the age now, where I leave reviews. I am not going to go back-and-forth with any service staff. My hope is that this franchise owner realizes the staff at this location is overwhelmed, understaffed or highly unprofessional I am not sure which. I literally just left. I walked in and attempted to place an order after waiting for about 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I could see that the staff was a bit busy as they were moving a mile a minute in an attempt to input orders. So, understandably, I did not mind waiting. However, it is when I was finally acknowledged that I was told they would “put my order in, but they really didn’t feel like doing it.” We all get overwhelmed, and we all do things that we don’t feel like doing. However, to tell a paying customer that while huffing and puffing and aggressively pushing buttons when I literally just walked into the place of business in which you work is unacceptable. I told him to not even worry about it as at that point I did not want to spend my money there. The two other gentlemen that were behind me and began to question if orders could be placed walked out a few minutes later as well. I am assuming they were refused service as well. So much for getting it in 30! Please do better

Don’t come here an hour before they close and waste ur time driving here, bc the employees close this location an hour early and lock the doors and stare at you while ur trying to open the locked door. I’ve never seen a restaurant close an hour before close? You can watch them through the glass window cleaning and getting ready to go home while ur trying to go inside. Truly inconsiderate and just horrible. Lazy workers all of them need to be held accountable. 4 workers inside and they are closing early. Will never be back this is my 2nd visit here the first time the lady with a missing hand was just horribly rude and miserable. Horrible experiences everytime.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would!!! We ordered a big dinner box combo at 8 pm. Our food did not arrive until 9pm. It was supposed to have CHEESE sticks, 2 pan pizzas, 6 traditional wings, and a 2 liter. The only correct part of our order was the wings and 2liter. I then spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service trying to have my order fixed, just for them to keep hanging up on me. So I drove to the store where I was informed that the big dinner box deal was no longer a thing (was not notified when placing the order) and when I asked if they could remake my pizza (they gave me THIN CRUST), I was told that the only crust they had was thin, they were out of everything else and they could not make my missing cheese sticks (THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR) because they didn’t have any. So when I asked the worker if he could just substitute something for them and remake the pizzas he had an attitude and was very rude!!! I will NOT be ordering from another Pizza Hut EVER again. I’ve never been treated so terribly in my entire life and I WORK in food service.

Stay far away from this location. The cashier was not only unfriendly but downright racist. My boyfriend went to pick up the pizza, he told her my name, she said it would be 10 minutes even though the app showed it had been ready for a few minutes. Then 3 times after that she called him Pablo and he kept telling her that was not even his name and told her my name which was on the order. The third time she realized that my pizza had been ready the whole time and was in the warmer, gave him the pizza. When he brought it home, the pizza looked good but that was the most disgusting set of breadsticks I have ever tasted. They looked burnt and mostly unseasoned, and the taste of cinnamon was absolutely overpowering. I have never not eaten my whole breadsticks order but I could not even stomach one. Plus they were oddly sticky. The pepperoni pizza also tasted of cinnamon.

I placed an order online for delivery. The food arrived and the food was totally not presentable AT ALL. I took photos to submit to cooperate because I will not let this go. So I had to get out of my bed and drive to the location for my order to be fixed correctly and the staff on duty was completely unapologetic and nonchalant about this issue. I will make sure to post this picture and tag the location this is not the first time this has occurred and been brought up. Nothing is never done, if you don’t like your job then quit simple. Contacted cooperate with this because why pay for a delivery service and you still have to leave to go back to the store for the order being messed up. That location needs another staff those that take their job seriously. Jenny is the staff member name. Then on top of that while in the store waiting on my order, jenny gave out the wrong pizza to another guest and they brought it back in after noticing it wasn’t their order, jenny then opened the pizza again and decided to just place the pizza in the warmer for it’s correct owner whenever they arrive. Instead of just making it fresh after been opened numerous of times causing cross contamination I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. The entire staff needs to be fired!

I received this over cooked pizza from Pizza Hut and when I called to inform them and maybe get a replacement the manager Michaela refused and said she had cut the pizza her self and it looked fine and it wouldn’t make a difference if she made me a new one it would come out the same. And to my surprise 2 hours later another manager came to my door to replace said pizzas she was very nice and apologetic. So this one star review is for Michaela and her unsatisfactory customer service because she was rude and extremely unprofessional.
