This is one of my favorite taco case's. The product that they put out is always satisfactory. The tacos are full and they don't skimp on the cheese , the tortillas for the burritos always come out warm and they fill it in a way that does not make a mess , where you have stuff dripping out all over . I am a fan of taco casa... but there are other locations that do not have the same level of commitment when delivering your order the way you want it .

If I recall from my youth spent working fast food taco bell and if I remember we were trained to take the order and we had 30 seconds or less to get the order completed and being handed to the customer. Your staff can take 5 or more minutes to get a taco and tostada. This is very sad how the customers time is not valued. I also witnessed a mess up on a order from the drive through she came in. Explained what was wrong. At first your 2 front person's stopped and took , close to 6 or so minutes to agree to remake just the Wrong item. Which is horrible customer service she should have been given the option to have the complete order remade other wise her food would be old. In my opinion get a good manager that is actively working with training, coaching and stepping in an taken control of issues so your staff can continue to work effectively and with minimum impact to all. Plus the two male line workers were joking their jaw and just barely focusing on the order and if they were given more effort and speed they might cut down on the one line both indoor and drive through. The food is great and some of the order takers I have interacted with arenice enough just no speed and little effort and rarely have I seen stay that were giving fast effort with the goal of helping get us in and out as quick as they can Good luck

I have been going to this Taco Casa just over 10 years. The quality control is amazing. The same people have worked there, for the most part, over the time I have gone. It is nice seeing familiar (masked) faces. Meal portions are always the same. A meal that fills you once is for sure to fill you again in the same way, and won't leave you disappointed on the days you need it. The menu is simple, and any ingredient can be switched or interchanged to make you a perfect order. Sure, the menu doesn't have a lot of selections, but they also do not have "special buy it now before its gone" options. What you see is what you get. I like that about a food place. Consistency is key, and this place is exactly that.

I go to this location quite often. They aren't the fastest at getting your food out but the staff is very very kind and the owners are great. I had an issue with my food and I was unable to reach them by phone, so I emailed the owners of that location and they got back to me quickly and were very apologetic and were so kind about fixing the mistake. Staff is great and food always tastes good. They could work on the time spent in the drive thru, but I don't mind waiting a bit longer for a yummy meal! 5 stars from me

I came to visit this place before work. Great food and customer service. The young hispanic man that prepared my food was very nice and had made me laughing, even made sure my super burritos was stuffed everytime. Today's experience definitely made my day. Leaving a 5 star ⭐

I frequent this location usual 1-3 times a week. Not only is the food consistently fresh but properly prepared. I also can't say enough about their friendly staff, especially Jennifer & Bernice who works the drive thru. We made an instant connection and I look forward to see her smiling face and always upbeat personality. Enjoy seeing Ms Bernice at the drive thru and my food is always made just to my liking by Jennifer. These 2 ladies are sometimes the highlight of my day.

Ok, at first I thought, nearly $5 for one taco? Let me just say, that was the best nearly 5$ Taco I've had. I got the Super Taco which is a corn tortilla and the shell was so crunchy. It was overloaded with the meat, cheese, and other toppings which were so good. I highly recommend Taco Casa to anyone.

I love Burleson Taco Casa! They have great service and are never stingy with ANY of their toppings - cheese, meat, lettuce, sauce, etc. This makes a big difference to customers in comparison to other local fast food

The owner or top manager was on site and ran into an issue with a register that one of the employees caused. He was very patient and polite in handling the situation with both myself and his staff. We ate there, and as we were eating, we witnessed him taking care of several tasks and engaging with his customers.

Was greeted immediately by a friendly employee man. Got 2 super burritos for 10.50. not bad price as they are big stuffed burritos. They were delicious 😋. Buy them as often as possible due to Bidenomics can't afford them as much as we would like to.

Taco Casa is the only fast food that I eat. You can eat at any TC and the food is good, well prepared, and they are consistent from store to store. They don't sell chicken because, even though it would make them more profitable, they care about the customer's health and don't take cross contamination risks that other fast food companies do. When I need good, healthy food fast. There's only one place to go.

Everytime I walk through the door at Taco Casa in Burleson I am greeted like family by manager Amando and his staff. The food is always hot,fresh and delicious. I have recommended this restaurant to friends and family and I will continue to frequent this establishment. Good customer service is hard to come by in this day and age. Keep up the good work guys!

I just want to say thank you to the smaller woman with arm tattoos and dark short hair at the drive through window for being so patient and kind when I changed my order last minute. Listen the menu is like the size of my bladder. But they give you enough cheese to make an entire pan of enchiladas on your own on each item. The food is a bit pricier than other places but at least you won’t get diarrhea. There you go! Honest opinions. Get the chilada. Thank me later

TACO CASA TUESDAY! I love their tacos! Actually, they have good food all around. It is a drive-through restaurant mainly, but they also have seating inside. I've never eaten inside. However, so my review will be based on their takeout service, which is, I think, fantastic. They usually get your orders right. They're quick and their food is decorated generously with toppings. Since we're talking tacos, tostadas, and things of that nature, that's important when you order Mexican food in a drive-through fast food. Also, they have other things that they offer like burritos or super burritos. Nachos or super nachos, I like to order the super nachos because all the toppings come separately from the chips; you build them when you get home. It comes with a container of cheese, which is like a cup size? I think it comes with sour cream, jalapenos (if you want them), tomatoes, shredded cheese, refried beans, and ground taco beef, which is not greasy at all. It's really quite tasty and good. I don't really eat a whole lot of the beef, but I like to get that so I can share with my husband. I'll eat the beans, he'll eat the meat, and the other stuff we share. And their chips are never stale. They are always fresh and very delicious. Taco Casa is also one of the only places you can go on Christmas Day or Thanksgiving Day after you've had a big meal. And you've watched football all day long. You might be a little hungry. And you can always drive there to get you some taco snacks. I'll warn you though their line is long and wraps around their building. Because they are the only place in town open period not that I agree with being open on those holiday days because I don't. I think the employees should get a break too. But I have gone there on Christmas Day because we were hungry. And didn't want leftovers, so I'm guilty. As charged! So I would recommend this to my friends and family. Because I enjoy it on Tuesdays. Wednesdays, Thursdays, any day of the week. It's delicious and if you haven't been there. Try it out. You'll like it! 😁

Have about 15 people belated hear all the same time We all had the taco craving The manager was very professional and the crew of eight churned them tacos out They did that like a well oiled machine. everybody had a certain task to perform And they got to it. Best nachos ever! Im a super picky eater, and when I want nachos I just want meat and cheese. Needless to say this Taco Casa location hit right on target. It was so good, I came 2 days in a row! I told the person taking my order, I had to come back to order the same thing. Their kind and efficient customer service was just what I needed on a hot summer day, without even getting out of my car. I pulled up to the window to pay, and was gonna ask the price to add a drink, when the young lady said: "You're eligible for a free drink!" Wow! What a God thing, I told her, I was just about to ask to add that on. This place and their staff blessed me today! I pray the Lord blesses the fruit of their hands for each person who works here. I like coming to this Taco casa because the food is pretty good and it seems pretty fresh. They always load the tacos up with plenty of fixings. However, the wait in the drive-thru is pretty horrible sometimes just to get some tacos or burritos.

I love this Taco Casa most of the time but tonight I came by and the shells are different. Why? The taco shell is the amazing part and it was weird. Please don’t change your shells. I also want to note that I usually visit this location after work so around 11 pm and the guys in there are always working hard.

I love the food only 4 stars because I feel the corporate could up the menu a little bit, service is great especially considering how extremely busy it often is up there. This is the first time in a few years I've been to Taco Casa, and my first time at this location. The drive thru was the busiest. There enough vehicles in line that it stretched to the road, so I decided to go inside. That was a good move. The young lady - working - the counter quickly moved to the available register as soon as she noticed the senior wasn't going to get out of the way fast enough. Not that I'm blaming the senior, I'm just praising the awareness the young lady had to quickly take my order. She did a fabulous job.

It is ok, but staff was loud and obnoxious and the man taking my order could barely hear me because of the idiot behind him shouting out my order to the cooks, as well as the disgusting over weight guy running some sort of power tool, I believe he was blending up some refried beans in a huge vat. That was really a loud and disagreeable noise that seemed to last forever. Food was average compared to other taco Casas I have visited.

Don’t wait until you are hungry to show up. Get there 25-45 minutes before you are hungry and things will work out perfect seeing as that’s how long it takes to get through the drive thru. On the plus side, the food has always been spot on. I’d go a lot more often if they could shave some time off of how long it takes to get through the process of getting your food

Love the new place but the new employees need some extra training. If I had not been watching and had them change my order twice it would have been wrong. We usually love taco casa. Unfortunately, this time our food took forever to get and then it was cold. The tacos were really greasy and broken.

I order the guacamole it tastes so nasty. I ask if I can get my refund they told me no because I open it already. Then I order cheese and it had a hair in it. Ordered a large sweet tea ($1.99) and 2 bean burritos ($5.38), but when I asked for extra red sauce, they tried to charge me a dollar for it. Making the total pricing (plus tax) go from 7.98 to around 9.98… the Taco Casa we go to by home is better because they *don’t* charge for extra red sauce. The guy at the window was nice though!

This really saddens me to rate Taco Casa so low. I love all the ones that I have been to before. I don’t know if it is just this franchise or if they all are going to shrink their value. I stopped going to the other fast food taco places because the food was worth it. This has to be the worst ran Taco Casa in DFW. They service in the drive thru is always super slow. They randomly close the lobby with no signs to let everyone know. Most of the employees act like they don't care, orders are always wrong.

Taco Casa is great! This location is terrible!! Made us wait in long drive thru line because they make each car wait several minutes at the station for ordering. Then got our very simple wrong, did not even ask if we wanted everything on the top….. who wants to assemble their meal while driving?? My fiancé and I went to Taco Casa after work and we ordered our food, the guy taking our order looks new and was speaking like he didn't care about being there he kept saying yeah like it was a problem for us to order. We pull to and our total is $20.04 we gave him $20.05. When we got our change it was $0.21. I don't have a problem with free money but he needs to get better at paying attention and get better with how he speaks to guests when taking their order. We live a minute away literally right down the street. My food was COLD my fiancé's food was cold, both of our drinks tasted like DIRTY DISH WATER. This has always been my favorite Taco Casa but things have really gone downhill. Drive thru is super slow today I went in and ordered to go. I was not given my drink until I asked for it my to go order was put on a tray and to top it off they unintentionally scammed money from me because I ordered a combo burrito with no sauce and extra cheese and when I got home and started eating I discovered it was nothing but a bean burrito with no sauce and extra cheese that they made me so I was given a cheaper burrito than what I paid for....yeah I know it's only maybe a 2 dollar difference but it's the principal of the thing

Then to add to the already poor customer service they forgot to give me all my order !! Wth Last trip there ! But sure hope corporate does something about their smoking policy ! did love taco casa i have been to plenty of them i stop here at least once a week and this one is the best! food is always on point , staff always friendly and fast never get my wrong order and it always loaded with my favorite item CHEESE! The man taking our order upfront. Was extremely rude and had rude remarks to every question instead of being helpful. Was asking about the menu and was rudely told to read the menu my self that it was obviously shown if I could read. The staff and management known he speaks this way to everyone coming in the door and seems acceptable. This is not ok to treat customers or a way to get customers to come back to your store.

Ordered a bean burrito on door dash and there was barely any food on it. It was order around 9:00 they don’t even close until 12 not sure if someone was mad or what, but learn how to make a burrito.

Removing my 5 stars. Quality of the food has slacked off. Tacos are so greasy that they are mushy by the time you get them home, that's after waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru. Not sure exactly how a bean burrito can be greasy, but they are. If you do go, make sure to go during lunch hours. The food during the evening is half the size. You'll get a bean burrito the size of a bueno party burrito. The lobby still looks like chicken express from 20 years ago, and the bathrooms are worst than a shady truck stop. Time for an upgrade.

The cashier is extremely sassy and doesn’t let anyone get a word in without rudely interrupting people and fails to communicate anything the kitchen staff so we had to wait extra long for our food to come out. One lady had been waiting an extended amount of time waiting for a taco and instead of apologizing to her for the delay he rudely tells her “well it’s super busy and we are short staffed” unacceptable Edit: I had to go back up to the counter after a few minutes of them not getting the rest of my order. The cashier was once again dismissive and rude but the lady working the drive thru came over and handled business and she made sure they got the rest of my order out the hard tacos were unfortunately cold at this point but the soft were hot and tasty she was very nice and apologetic and was the perfect picture of customer service.

8 tacos didn't accept my coupons and gave me zero hot sauces ! $38

Never coming to this particular location ever again. Everyone in my family including myself got sick within 12 hours of eating it. Something had to of been expired or sat out too long.

I bought a gal of tea st over 5$ and its so old I cant drink any of it. I got a taco salad that was delicious but the tea really upsets me. After a long day I just wanted a nice glass of tea. I will go to chkn express next time. Their tea never 😞 disappoints

On top of that, he talked badly about me right in front of me, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected like that. Customer service is important, and this kind of behavior makes people not want to come back. I hope management addresses this issue and works on improving how customers are treated.

They are sooo slow The order on ticket was wrong so I had them take it back to fix it. They came back, and order was so messed up. I ordered 5 items, they brought 3 items, 2 of which I didn't even order. The line is so backed up, but not because of this, they haven't even collected money or brought out food to anyone else. I'm in their new line 2. Now they brought out food to the truck behind me and asked me to move to a parking spot. Omg, brought my order back, third time and still wrong with an extra item. Manager came out, let's see if 4th times the charm.crazy.they weren't even busy when I pulled up.

Went through the deive thru around 1030pm at the new location that they just moved into. We live in Haslet and we're on our way home. When we got home my super burrito was left out of our order and my taco salad hardly had any lettuce. We frequent this location alot back when we lived there and go still often because we play cards over that direction. Also, I tried to call and the call would not go through. I'm very disappointed with our visit and I was so looking forward to my food.
