Food is great and comes out fast. Their chips and salsa are the best in jonco.
One of our favorite places to eat! The food is always great! The service is exceptional!!!
The food is amazing!! My family has been going here for years and they never disappoint!!
We LOVE Antonio’s! Food is always good and it never takes a long time to get seated or served. Everyone is always really nice and patient with the little ones who swear they’re independent.
I had a great late lunch experience at Antonio's today on 9/4 I came in with my husband around 4pm and our server was attentive and we were seated and served promptly ! The chips and salsa is so perfect, the chips are warm and the salsa has a good consistency with a slight heat. I ordered the Nachos Ricos which was so GOOD ! Each chip was covered and smothered , these nachos are the kind without liquid cheese and I really like them this way 😋 my husband had the El Supper which is a large sampler of the enchiladas plus a crispy taco as well as rice and beans, you Def cannot beat that ! My favorite enchiladas are the chicken and sour cream, and the cheese with queso sauce ! 10/10 recommend this place for your next meal ASAP
We recently visited here while on an excursion away from the Dfw metroplex. We all were craving Mexican food and nothing else ! This place came into view on our online search and it couldn’t have been any better timing ! The food was awesome! Big portions and good Tex-mex flavor ! The salsa was great tasting ! And the margaritas very nice flavor also ! Our party was very happy with this find ! We can’t wait to go back even if it is 90 min away !
I had the three cheese enchiladas plate with sour cream and onion sauce, rice, lettuce and tomato and grilled veggies with no jalapeño. It was delicious as always. I've been eating here for 22 years. Never disappointed, always stuffed to my gills. The,atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff has always been kind, fun, and shown great hospitality.
I was looking for a good Mexican breakfast spot. One of my favorite places was over an hour away so I was willing to try and find something closer. I'm glad I stumbled upon this place! I got the huevos rancheros and my wife ordered the enchiladas. The food was piping hot and on point. The salsa was fresh with not too much spice. The Chile con queso was creamy, smooth and delicious, with a generous portion for the price. I highly recommend giving this place a go if you're looking for some amazing food.

Eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants over the years, this place was below average. Food was bland .Reasonably priced. I guess you get what you pay for

I would normally have thought this to be a 3 star but with the great service & good chips & salsa, I’m giving them 4. We’d go back.

My family had my birthday party ay Antonios in their back room. It was a large party and we had only one server who did an excellent job keeping up with everything other than a couple of oversight…
First time going . Was so very recommended but nit was not what we expected. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce the cheese quest was clumsy. Chicken fried steak steak was nice big and fresh. The taco salad was weird but cute, they put the salad on the bottom w the bowl and meat on top. Also had the chimichanga was okay it was supposed to be ground beef but got steak will definitely try again just not the initial visit we were hoping for. We hadn't been out in a while
Queso not good, it's definitely canned cheese, salsa no flavor, beef enchiladas they weren't stingy with the meat but it was flavorless as well as the rice and beans. Staff is really friendly tho. So if you don't like spicy food then this is definitely the place to go.
I’ve in the area for 3 years. I keep seeing this restaurant pop up when we look for new restaurants to try near us. Tonight we decided to go. They sat us down and it wasn’t too busy, music is very low so it’s great to make conversation. When you are seated, they bring chips and salsa and your drinks quickly. The chips are great, not overly salty and don’t brake off. Salsa on the other hand…..let’s just say that pace has better flavor and that’s unfortunate to experience at a restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and so, so helpful from the time you walk in, to the time you walk out to pay up at the front. Anyway, back to the food. Our orders came to our table and my fiancé got the chimichanga which looked delicious! He said it was great also. Kids ordered chicken tenders and fries which are just the frozen kind you’d expect to find but they’re toddlers and ate them. The reason for the three stars is for my food. I paid $16 for a plate of food and I could only eat half. It was bland. The plate I ordered was Steak Guisado and there’s no way the salsa they used is made fresh in restaurant. Just tasted like they poured the salsa they bring with the chips and salsa and sautéed some veggies and called it a day. The meat…. I could just imagine what Gordon Ramsay would think just by looking at it. Paper thin and it took me forever to chew. It was hard to bite despite the fact that it was paper thin. It’s as if they scraped it off the walls of a deep freezer. I didn’t dare eat the veggies after one bite. Beans and rice are bland but went the worst. This is a place you come to order either a chimichanga or nachos, but not anything else.
I honestly have no idea how they have such high ratings, their food was horrible both times I tried it. My mom got us to go plates and the enchiladas were the worst I've had in my life so they agreed to give us half off if we gave them another try. The second time we went to the restaurant and it was no better. I definitely will not be back. I eat Mexican food ALL the time and never have I had such a horrible experience. Huge disappointment!!!!
Super fast, clean, generous portions, attentive, friendly, food is average. I purchased the Super meal so I could try a lot of different things. The beef enchilada and taco were stuffed so full of meet but the meat was not very flavorful. The cheese enchilada and taco were ok but I did not care for the chili sauce. I believe it has too much chili powder and I believe that was to blame for my first case of all night indigestion in years. I did like the sour cream sauce. The salsa was hot without being overpowering. The rice was gravely and tasteless, the beans were runny but tasted ok. I think I should have gotten Fajitas or one of the Monterey Jack cheese melty meals, they looked really good. I have driven by there so many times in the evenings and the smells coming out of there are amazing. Maybe there was too much of a build up of my expectations. That would possibly explain why I was a little underwhelmed.
Great staff! Good/huge drinks! But I gotta say, my salad was quite sad looking. Tasted ok but not much to it unfortunately

I'm convinced most of these reviews are from people who have never eaten real Mexican food. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly, but it was absolutely underwhelming. Bland and greasy. This was over $30 in food. My $9 margarita on the rocks was pre-mixed from a bottle like you buy at the store. Maybe this is the best the area has to offer, but its pretty bad.

The food we had was very tasteless, dry and had no seasoning. The meat in the fajitas and enchiladas we ordered was obviously precooked as it arrived at our table in less than three minutes after ordering. My fajitas had two small pieces of bell pepper and slivered onions which cooked up fast on the sizzling platter. On the positive side, the atmosphere and service were great but the food was bad. We will never go back.
