The Torchy’s is Burleson, Texas is superb - every aspect: cleanliness, friendliness, expediency, and great quality of food. This is one of my mom’s favorite lunch places because of its across the board excellence. The manager, Matt, clearly fosters that environment because of all the times we’ve been there, the employees seem genuinely happy as well as all of the other aforementioned qualities. I especially appreciate Matt when he helped my mom and me with an online to-go order that we had messed up, but he disregarded that and got our food to us quickly with consideration for my mom, who’s not the most tech savvy. I seldom give online reviews, but this restaurant, staff, and manager deserve the praise, and I sincerely hope they’re awarded in a meaningful way. If you’re reading this n the hopes of making a decision, you won’t regret dining here or going to the bar back catching a sporting event or two, for it seems to be a local favorite for watching a game.

We always enjoy eating at Torchy’s Burleson. This place is hands down, the best! The food always tastes do good. Their staff are always polite and helpful. Kudos to their supervisor, Terrence for doing a great job keeping this place awesome. If you haven’t tried Torchy’s, go check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Vibes as soon as you walk in the door! You are greeted with joy and excitement. Staff continues to be very courteous and Sweet even when just asking for simplest of items like a cup for Ice, I fully intended of having to fill up my self and they did it for me. Very very thoughtful. The Manager Matthew very gracious to his Staff while there, and to guests.. Very sweet to us. And above and beyond! A gentleman indeed.

Service was really good and the food tasted really fresh and yum!! Also the manager, Matthew, was very helpful and patient in explaining all the sauces and menu as it was my first time. Never would have expected this to be his first month in management. Prices are fair for the portions, definitely coming back.

The location is what I will start with. It is in the perfect location bc I can stop by before I go to HEB. The food, wonderful 😌. I’m a creature of habit so i usually stick with the Bushfire and/or jerk chicken tacos. If you like hot sauce, try the Bushfire. My guy gets the Baja shrimp, which is very good. We were there this past Friday night so we also got a drink a piece. I tried the TITO Cherry 🍒 limeade. It was very nice and hit the spot. Now if you like churros, get some! They were soooooo good! Torchy’s is good. 😊 I’m glad they have one in Burelson 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Very decent taco place, I was here more on the breakfast side of things, so that's what I got. The breakfast burrito is huge, you were warned. The breakfast tacos were delicious and the perfect amount of ingredients, the salsas they have are delicious and unique. Would absolutely recommend.

Don’t order for delivery off their website if you want a drink with it. 3 times in a row, I have ordered food and fountain drinks and each time they do not send the drink. At first, you think it is because the delivery driver forgot, but no. Actually, the store does not put the drinks with the order, and does not mention them on the ticket on the bag, so there is no way for the driver to know about them. This issue has been brought to the manager’s attention already and continues to be a problem. They just say “sorry, have a refund on the drinks”. Which is a nice sentiment but does not fix the fact that I still don’t have a drink with my food and you WILL not fix a problem that you have been made aware of.

I've been wanting to try this place and finally did on a Sunday early lunch. The staff were great, and this place got packed really fast, and there is a bar. The fried avocado was a different twist for a taco, the dip with the chips was great, but the other taco I tried was not good at all, I forgot the name but it had a shredded beef, strips of fat and a bland flavor. My husband had the same and he didn't enjoy it either. The kids got the breakfast taco and said it was ok, didn't like the egg consistency. I feel like this was a fast food version of American tacos (tots were good of course!) but it wasn't what we were thinking it would be. Plenty of people like it though, tons of taco options, just not the place for us.

Foul smell when walking in was not ideal. We ate outside. Kiosks to order are not user friendly. The staff was very nice. Food was very good. In my opinion, management is trying to cut cost with sub-par technology (kiosk) and cutting staff. Been coming here for years, and it made me not want to come back.

Our food was very good-queso and chips, trailer park trashy taco, brushfire taco, and a tipsy chick taco. The staff was very friendly. The restaraunt stunk as soon as you walk in the door. The self-check kiosk did not work properly. The money being saved for non customer service interaction should at least be used on cleanliness of the restaraunt.

Go anywhere else!!! The tables inside were filthy and since they have self checkout kiosks, you'd think they could get someone to clean the tables. If you want to sit inside you'd better be prepared to clean off your own table or be ok sitting in someone else's garbage. These are probably the worst tacos my wife and I have ever had. We each ordered a fajita taco, a side, and chips & queso. Queso was the only good part of the meal. Our fajita meats were reheated meat that wasn't even warm enough to melt the shredded cheese on the taco. The tortillas that the tacos were served on were cold to the touch. They couldn't even bother to warm up the tortillas in the microwave before serving these lame excuses for tacos. Spent $40 on dinner and got nothing but disappointment. Save your money and go anywhere but here!!

If you want overpriced slop, this is the place to go! I ordered the Big Tipsy Bowl and a Chicken Burrito. I walked to the counter and placed my order. I expected the food to be hot and fresh but it wasn't. The food looks nothing like what's being advertised. They gave me what looked like and tasted like day old, cut up chicken tenders in the Big Tipsy Bowl. There's nothing big about this bowl.Im very disgusted with the food quality I was given, I wouldn't even serve this trash to my dog and to think I paid 26 dollars for this crap. This was my first and last coming here. If you've never been to this crummy place, save your money and go else where. The food is pathetic.

$45 for 5 tacos and a queso. This was their special. Def not how it looked in the picture. My tortilla was stale and everything was cold. I ordered online and had to wait in store for them to finish so it’s not like it sat there.
