*An unforgettable dining experience!* I'm happy to share my experience at this branch, a place that has undoubtedly become my new favorite. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the restaurant's warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was simply delicious. I ordered the Cheesy Pops pepperoni pizza, and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was just right, and the cheese was melted to perfection. Every bite was an explosion of flavors and textures that left me wanting more. But what truly made my experience stand out was the staff. The Pizza Hut team was incredibly attentive and friendly. They served us with a smile and made sure everything was to our liking. Their kindness and willingness to answer our questions and make recommendations were truly impressive. The flavor is good, but the quality of the pizzas (at least at this location) has declined… the crust is very thin and the toppings are scarce. The employees are friendly, although they make you wait for your change. For the price of the pizzas, and considering the taste and quality, there are better options.

I have nothing against the establishment itself; it's very nice and well-made. However, the chain has lowered its standards considerably. The pizzas are small, and they're not cheap. When it comes to fast-food pizzas, they're the worst around. Domino's, Benedict, Papa John's, and Little Caesars are gaining ground on them.

The palace is fairly clean as is an established that was recently open other than that they need to take care of some other details like making sure that if they are going to offer different types of food other that pizza they might as well make sure to have spoons or forks etc... Another thing I've come here several times and the toilets are closed don't they supposed to have them open at fort hour as they open the place? And if you reach out to personal about this topics they look mad about it with service like this I rather visit a different place

Very bad service, I ordered through Didi Food, and the service was incomplete, and also when I ordered Hawaiian pizza, it didn't have pineapple and the edge of the ham was burnt.

I ordered a large pizza, they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, but I've been waiting for 40 minutes and they still haven't delivered my order. Very bad service, people keep passing by and passing by, and they do deliver. 5:11 pm and I still haven't received my order.

Bad experience. The girl who served me was fine; she explained the pizzas to me, and I ordered a personalized one. The preparation took a very long time. They delivered it to me with my name on it and sealed, but when I got home, we opened it and found only one pepperoni pizza inside. I hope to file a complaint at the restaurant soon and that there will be a resolution.

Terrible service at the counter and delivery is torture! After months of not ordering from this establishment, I had another terrible experience. I don't know how this branch is still open; it's ruining the franchise's reputation. The worst part is that customer service disclaims responsibility if you don't order through the app, online, or by phone; regardless of the channel, their product quality is deplorable!

I was hoping it would improve over time, but they're still doing a rubbish job compared to other locations. The pizza didn't even have enough base sauce. If you're going to dedicate yourself to being a pizza maker, at least do that job properly. I swear you don't need a master's degree.
