I went to pick up a Didi order. Two families started throwing punches. I went to separate them, and they threw my bike. The police were there and didn't do anything. But it was hilarious because they were drunk. They couldn't even stand up. It was a circus.

I ordered the pancita (a type of pork belly) because they claim it's the best of the best, but no... The flavor, although well-seasoned, lacked seasoning. My family preferred the set meal, although I can't be picky about the price; at a market, you can find something similar at a better price and tastier. The waiter, although attentive, forgot a meal, and we had to ask him for things repeatedly.

The amount of food you're served is appropriate, enough, not too much, not too little; it looks clean, so that's already a good start. I ordered chilaquiles, they weren't bad, but they could have been better for the price, I understand they focus on pancita. The attention you receive from the waitress it's ok but I think they could improve, he forgot my coffee so I had to tell him. The menu is on the window, so you can't have an individual one, it's a weird idea that can work, but not for the people with glasses, it makes difficult to see. Nothing new, you can give it a try if you really like pancita, pozole and birria, but, in my opinion, there are better places.

The food is decent, I'd say; the "fresh" drinks are made with Tang powder; the coffee is very good; and the truth is that the service from the guys outside on the terrace is quite slow and sometimes they don't write down your order.

This is the second time the same bad experience has happened at the same establishment, but now it's worse. I ordered a set meal again because I love the stews they have, but for the second time, the rice came out so nauseatingly hot it was either overcooked or reheated that we couldn't eat it with just the sauce. But aside from the rice, which looked like nauseating chococrispies, the rest was fine...

We returned after the pandemic, and everything is more mechanized. I imagine it's because they have more branches and want everything to taste the same in every location. Unfortunately, some of the dishes I loved no longer taste the same—not bad, just different. And as usual, it's very busy, so the service is slow. It's not pet-friendly. 🐕
