Excelentes los alimentos, vasto, el servicio muy bueno siempre!
Delicious food, very friendly service, excellent attention, and a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere: 10 out of 10! *RECOMMENDED*✅️💯
Breakfast with a traditional flavor and a pleasant place with plenty of parking, 👍🏻👍🏻
It's a good place for breakfast, the breakfasts are well served and tasty, sometimes they take a while to serve you coffee but in general the service is good, being outdoors and requiring coolers this makes the food cool down very quickly, the prices are reasonable and the billing process, despite not being automatic and being done via WhatsApp, is fast.
A good breakfast to enjoy the country style in the city of Culiacán. Everything we ate had good flavor and a good amount of food. Today's coffee is good. They can serve you three full cups, let's say it's the refill. They also have special dishes for children. The chicharrón with green sauce was scrambled with two types of chicharrón (one of the ones sold at Sabritas and the ones with meat). They still had good flavor. The bread was good and freshly baked. Service needs to improve; they're not attentive, and you have to wait around for coffee or tortillas, as well as the check. The place is large and definitely pleasant. It feels fresh.
I've visited twice. I'd never been before because I didn't really know what it was or what it looked like inside. The parking lot is spacious, and I liked the facilities, as the building is made up of different sections and materials. The staff is attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The menu features dishes with different regional combinations, and the names of the dishes are clearly listed. Both times I've eaten there, I've ordered café de la olla (Mexican-style coffee). It's good; they serve it with milk, and it has a hint of anise. It's definitely a great place for breakfast, whether you're alone or with family.
I forgot the name of my dish, but it was Liver with Onions, and it came with nopales and vegetables, beans, and a gordita. EVERYTHING DELICIOUS! The liver was very tender, the salt was just right, and the onions were crispy (which I prefer). The nopalitos were also crispy and fresh. Lastly, that gordita took me to heaven, with a delicious hint of butter. My mouth waters just thinking about the taste. I've visited Pascola several times and have always been satisfied. Access to the restaurant is quick and easy, and there's ample parking.
Great breakfast
Everything you order is delicious. You can't miss the birria on Saturday. You'll love the mole pascola, with its sweet, yet not overpowering flavor, whether you order it with egg, in enchiladas, or on its own! The sides are also exquisite; the Mexican-style potatoes and rajas con crema are my favorites. The refried beans and chipotle green beans are also delicious. The service is excellent, and the deer dance show is something that highlights Sinaloa culture. Aaaah, and if you're craving the typical Sinaloa-style painted hen, you've found the perfect place.
It's a restaurant with regional dishes and very flavorful seasoning, highly recommended. The café de olla (Mexican-style coffee) has a very subtle hint of another ingredient in its preparation, which enhances its overall taste. The place has a fresh, family-friendly atmosphere and handcrafted decor in keeping with the Pascola dance. The prices are reasonable. Congratulations!
The atmosphere and service here are very good, but the seasoning and flavor of the food are mediocre. I ordered a combination called kuino, which included pork rinds in green sauce, beans, nopales, and chips. The green sauce on the pork rinds and the nopales had an unpleasantly acidic flavor. The price is a little higher than average.
The food tasted okay, and the restaurant concept is interesting, but the big drawback is the service, especially from one overweight waiter who was reluctant from the start. Apparently, the 20% tip wasn't enough for him, as he ignored us when we thanked him, both when paying the bill and when we left. Personally, I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.
Add up the individual prices and see if the total works out. It's embarrassing when you're totaling a group's bill; they charge you a tip on the total without itemizing it, and on top of that, you have to leave a tip on top of a tip. I suggest checking the bills at the end. It's a shame that a restaurant like this engages in dishonest practices. 👎
