Excellent place to get the well-known honey baked ham. You have to go to the side of the store to order their sandwiches. I got the Smoke Stacker sandwich. It had a lot of tasty honey baked ham on it. It was slathered with a good amount of bbq sauce. Had good cheese and some veggies. It was pretty filling and amazing in quality. Their included cookie was soft and chunky. The place was clean and proper. Lots of display of their other products. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Parking is decent. Didn't have a problem getting a spot. I can't wait to go back and try their other sandwiches.
I had no idea that it would be so crowded, but the line was around the block and then some on the day before Thanksgiving. And I was there at 8am. But the line moved pretty fast, and to be able to share the delicious Honeybaked ham at Thanksgiving makes it all worth it.
The food was delicious 😋 The service was excellent customer service, from the one that took my order at the register to the ones making the sandwich and everyone greeting as I walked in saying welcome and once they found out it was my birthday they ALL wished me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
Just HAD to come back again to get our favorite sandwiches! We are hopelessly addicted to the HBH sandwiches! The Tavern Club on Molasses bread for me and the Turkey Cranberry on Crossiant for my sister. We also love their delicious macaroni salad and their potatoe salad. All is very fresh and tasty! Their sandwiches are priced fairly and very reasonable. The quality and ingredients are top notched. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Culver City is very fortunately to have this HBH store so we could enjoy their delicious sandwiches! ********** HBH is great for sandwiches! My favorite is the Tavern Club -Slices of HBH, smoked turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoe with honey Dijon mustard & Mayo, and I also ask for onions & cucumbers on Molasses bread. Yummy! My sister's favorite is their Turkey & Cranberry sandwich on a French Roll. We also get a large container of their Potatoe Salad. We ended up having two meals with our sandwiches. For our desserts, my sister got their peanut butter cookies & I got their brownies. Everything is so delicious! They also have soups, salads, brownies, various cookies & various marshmallow bars. Going to try their soups the next time.

Location is nothing to brag about, but there’s parking & you can pick up donuts at the Winchell’s across the way while you’re there. Win win!

I visit this location on occasion for their sandwich counter. They have a great selection of produce, meats and fixings along with a variety of sides, with the bbq baked beans and cheesy potatoes topping my favorites. It's a great, quick stop for a delicious lunch and the counter is open until 5pm.

Popped in to honey baked ham on my lunch 10/10/2023. Normally I'm greeted as I walks in. Not this time. They all seem to be in disarray. The store is clean and my sandwich was delicious. Be sure to update to the new rewards system. Nick choose to be snappy when I asked what happened to the old points? He went on to explain then end his response with "it was corporates decision to do away with the previous point system SpotOn". As if I thought it would be up to the store to make the decision. Thank you to the courteous young lady who is new to the store. She looked to Nick for answers. I'm hoping it was just an off day for him. The days of spending a lot of time in lines here are over. There was a time when I stood in a short line with a reservation to pick up my ham for the holidays. The short line use to have a 30 minute wait to get your items. This year 2021 the line with and without a reservation is all of 5 minutes. The staff is efficient with getting your items and handling you your purchases. Thank you to management and staff for having a stress free pick up! 😊

Purchased a medium size ham ($100+) the day before Thanksgiving. Because things became so hectic on Thanksgiving day with the oven going out we didn’t realize that the ham had no glaze at all. Was thinking it was on the bottom but to our surprise and disappointment the ham is just regular, no honey baked at all. But wonder if anyone else had this experience. I have purchased hams from the store for years and this is a 1st with this experience.

Thank you Honey baked for messy up my Thanksgiving day. I ordered a ham and didn't check the bag which I should have. I found a smoked turkey instead of the ham. I know we get busy in the stores and are trying to get people out. Customer service is everything and this is very disappointing. I will make sure to check my orders from now on.

they are tricking people into buying the 9 lb ham after being in an extremely long line, the older people who have to go through a lot of trouble just to get there and wait in those lines aren’t told. I think its really messed up that the bussiness is coercing the customers with these tactics, its very disengenuis and greedy, especially during the holidays
They sold me a ham on June 24 that said best by June 25! Grifters this ham is old, what kind of business practice is this? I am very disappointed I guess we, the customers ALWAYS have to check EVERYTHING because businesses will cheat us!! So exhausting
Ordered on line and supposed to be delivered day before Thanksgiving. Got email in the afternoon delivery day that it won't be delivered till after Thanksgiving. Went to Glendale store and stood in line for over 2 hours. Finally got to the cashier and told her about my online order so I'm here to purchase. Informed the manager and came to me and told me to call corporate about my issue and if I want to purchase to get in line. Told her I was in line. Rude and inconsiderate. Shouldn't be dealing with the public. Worst customer service ever.

Half the menu is missing and replaced with lower quality alternatives. They got the order wrong even giving turkey when ordered ham. The portions are abysmal. The erased the rewards system so everybody needs to start from scratch. 2010s was a good decade for this place. Unfortunately honey baked ham Culver City in 2020s are just horrible. I wont be returning anymore. 5 stars down to 1. It breaks my heart. This place is fortunate to have a lot of older reviews because it’s become trash.
