Fast service,good efficient employees. There's usually a bum sleeping by the door or on the sidewalk.... everything is fine except for the paper/cardboard bowls they use. The rice sticks all over the bowl also the bowl leeches a cardboard flavor into the food if you let it sit. I don't know if they use the cardboard for the soup still but that's a really stupid corporate idea. The first and last time I had it the soup had paper taste to it.

It’s my second time coming here, but this time I had good experience. The lady at the cashier was professional and the food was hot and fresh. I ordered the Hanabi mix plate. It’s fire! Big props to the cooks because everything was on point. The dining area was good enough for me to sit down and eat. I came for the food and the food was fire so it gets 5 stars!

The wife and I flew in from out of state for an event, knowing that at some point we would make our way to Yoshinoya! It was on our list of 'places to eat' while we were in town! I've always liked the food, and used to eat here all the time back in the day! Food is always fresh and quick to order. Prices are reasonable and the portions are filling! If we had a Yoshinoya back home, I would absolutely make it a staple of my weekly meals!

I've always liked the food, and used to eat here all the time back in the day! Food is always fresh and quick to order. Prices are reasonable and the portions are filling! If we had a Yoshinoya back home, I would absolutely make it a staple of my weekly meals!

Very inexpensive food. I used to eat Yoshinoya bowls as a kid. I think it was one of the first sort of Chain Rice bowl restaurants. I remember the advertisements growing up: "Glad to know ya Yoshinoya"... I still like to eat here. Great option for those who want a quick bite to eat, relatively healthy, and VERY reasonable price.

It good place to go for fast and reasonable beef bowl. If just beef bowl it cheap but if u order other thing then it gets pricey... the staff her is very curtious and friendly.

This is good tasty Japanese style fast food.I was waiting for the next door repair store and I wanted to grab some food while waiting. Fast service and good food.I''ll be back soon for more!

We love their food, it's very tasty and seems quite fresh. We normally do a takeaway from here, and it's convenient for its parking spaces outside. We've rarely seen anyone eating in the restaurant, it has more of a fast food vibes than a sit in restaurant. The staff there is very often a little unfriendly though, a smile goes a very long way guys with your customers. I promise.

Larry is the best at giving laidback, accurate service. We ate here in February and will continue to come to this location every time. See you soon Larry, I should be there on this Friday around 10:30 am for another large beef bowl with extra juice (broth) LOL.

I received a birthday coupon for a free bowl, however, if I want to use it I am required to print the coupon and bring it to the store? I don’t understand. Since technology is so advanced, What happened to being paperless and saving the trees? This store won’t allow me to just show the coupon and have them scan it from my cell, I have to print it. What a waste of trees and waste of a coupon, I don’t own a printer & I haven’t received a coupon that was actually required to get printed in order to get used since like the year 2001’, ...15+ years ago. Get with the times. Save the trees. Other than that, I love the staff, the employees here are always nice and provide great customer service.

Chicken was freshly cooked so the taste was delicious. I just wished the old style of sauces. Ever since they changed to powder Yoshinoya hasn't been the same. Make sure chicken is fresh.

Service is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Most workers here are apathetic, most of the time. Ocassionally you will encounter a happy worker that would bother with the boiler-plate greeting. However, food is good to exact Yoshinoya USA quality.

Closes prior to the posted hours. The store and Google hours indicates it should be open till 1100 PM, however they were already closed when I arrived at 1010 PM. This happened on Wednesday May 4 2022. I did not give the store a 1 star because I have been here before and everything was good. I request the store update their hours so patrons can know to visit another location prior to arriving.

I don't know why but I find the Japanese food here disappointing. The teriyaki sauce does not seem very Teriyaki flavored. I won't be back anytime soon

Bad food AND bad atmosphere. Customer service sucks! That girl didn’t even look at me while I was ordering. Food always turns up burnt or just plain mest up as well most of the time.I don’t even know why I keep coming back. I wanted the hot hanabi beef and I got regular beef. Not surprised… Also I’m paying for sides of teriyaki that are smaller in size now AND not even filled up all the way. Mountain Dew was also water…gross. I’m done with this place.

Horrible service. Employee had earphones on, and on top of it all she didn’t wash her hands after charging my mom. Had a nasty attitude after asking her if she washed her hands, since she went to the back to make our food. she said, she did and obviously she didn’t because I watched her. Disgusting. Don’t waste your time going.

Horrible customer service, the employees didn't acknowledge us multiple times. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Nothing was wiped down, cleaned, or sanitized. We had to wipe down our own table and seats. There were only 2 other customers in there so I don't see how they wouldn't have time to clean. They were not busy. DO NOT EAT HERE🙅‍♀️

Management or corporate needs to pay attention to the store, once I step-in I noticed a strong smell coming from the bathroom sewer, I told the cashier and they just simple said "I am just a cashier " So today is me telling you, tomorrow is gonna be health department. Not to mention tables were all dirty, no one wipe them down between uses Who know how the kitchen looks like.

Beef on the beef bowl is always bland on this place. Don't know why .... Request meat juice on the rice was always ignored. Last night were my second visit on the same place.

We tried the new Tokyo Fried Chicken and it was not good. It was very overcooked and very dry. I also ordered my bowl with upon noodles and got white rice instead .

So bad…… the beef is suuuuper hard. I ordered with udon, and the udon was literally dried/old udon (the type that you can barely chew - and if you do, it will stick in your teeth - as if it has been out for hours). I wanna say the whole thing is barely edible 😰

The worst service ever! We ordered through the app a few times and twice they have delivered to the wrong address through DoorDash. I am very disappointed at both companies because twice they had said they would deliver food and they would give a $10 gift card for the inconvenience, however they kept canceling the order and we never got our food. We tried reaching out to corporate yoshinoya and have left 3 messages with no assistance. 😡😤

Great space, very clean. And lovely workers! Great customer service. Alejandra helped me out Recently went back a few months ago. Placed a big order of 13 plates and the cook wasn't pleased and was cursing and nagging.

A while ago, I promised myself to never come back again to this location. And here I was again. Disappointed again. Very small portions. Employees with attitude. Empty. Dirty. Anyways. Now. For sure. I will never be back. I still love Yoshinoya though

I asked if they had beef or chicken teriyaki and the cashiers answer was " it's called chicken teriyaki for a reason" I didn't feel like arguing so I let it be.The girl on the register has the worst attitude. She had a look on her face like she hates her job. The food was not that great got a chicken teriyaki bowl and chicken was mostly skin or fat. I won't be coming back.

Whatever you do,,, don't go to This location....I've been to a lot of different locations and this location is the worst.. if you order double chicken and pay More, they're going to give you regular size And the sauce is watery each time ....either the employees don't know what they're doing or the Owner of this location is cutting back And making you pay

Went to this location on a Friday morning, wanted to order a large bowl with Xtra meat, the guy behind the counter was rude . He acted like I didn't know what I was talking about didn't even greet me as a customer. So I just said forget it and walked out.

I ordered two large bowls and both came with such sad portions of meat. Both had less meat than when I order regular bowls from other locations - almost two bites each. I also ordered one of them with vegetables which they didn't include (which could have helped fill the bowl with such little protein).

We ordered our food and tried to dine-in because we are from out of town and had a long drive to our hotel. They didn't have any beef so we ordered chicken instead. Got it food and sat down to eat, we were them told that we had 5 mins to eat and leave. They kicked us out because they were closing. Why wasn't it communicated to us before we paid for the food? We would have chosen somewhere else to eat. I am in service industry and would NEVER do this to any guest. Was not happy.

This is by far the worst Yoshinoya I have ever been too. The Guy that took my order was rude didn’t greet or say a word. The seats and table are obviously not cleaned thoroughly the orange seats were very nasty with stains and let’s not talk about the restroom OMG it’s was disgusting 🤢 PLEASE CLEAN THE RESTROOMS!!
