Absolutely satisfied, the New York style was great and the cheese-stuffed crust was delicious. Will definitely order again!🙏

Order online ready when I got there. Small shop no real atmosphere but who cares: the garden pizza i ordered was delicious.

I’ve ordered delivery a few times recently and had no problems. My orders are correct, the pizzas are good, it arrives quickly, and the drivers are friendly. I wish it was a little cheaper, but prices are comparable to what you find elsewhere. Be sure to check the specials on their website for deals.

I was very impressed by the customer service from Nick, the cashier. My phone order was altered and he was adept at handling the situation to make sure I got my pizzas in a timely manner. This is the type of customer service that makes me feel good. When the topic of Papa John’s comes up in conversation, I will tell others about the experience I had at this location. The type of service I received goes a long way. It will give a good name to Papa John’s. Businesses reap what they sow. P.S. I liked the pizza, especially the crust.

Thanks Jose Been coming to this place for 2 years due to lunch specials under $15 for a minature pizza and drink and location from work. This is the only location that has specials advertise to the local schools and they will be busy :) Business will booming Small location but it works when hits $7/Gallon Thanks to Jose and the Team for their hard work. Great workers are hard to find we are all trying tomake it and the staff here always give a smile which I appreciate very much its only right customers return the favor. I always receive great customer service I am surprised at the low reviews consumers and companies are lucky workers are available after the Covid-19 Pandemic ! Deliveries are a perk considering traffic and gas.Simply change to walk ins only that will slow down the complaints regarding time, orders, temperature. Add time to the estimate because orders get backed up. Then have the nerve to be sticklers its fast food and pizza. What can I say cant please everybody

What can you say for a chain like this? The place is clean and the piZa is as expected. Staff is cool, but average pizza.

Tasty as every other Papa John's, but parking can be tight and you definitely have to double check your order.

I ordered two large, thick, THE WORKS pizzas for myself and my wife (it was Father's Day and I LOVE pizza). We had several slices for dinner; they were DELICIOUS. Reheated slices on Monday for my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just a minute in my microwave and each piece was as tasty as if it had just come from Papa John's oven. It's Monday as I write this, and we still have enough pizza left for three wonderful meals tomorrow (Tuesday).

Tastey pizza, staff tried to be friendly, but wasnt so natural. The atmosphere was normal aince it was at the petrol station, and their is not so much expectation from such type resturants. The food is the main thing which tastes very nice.

Papa John's pizza tastes constantly better than any other fast food pizza places. Easy online order and you can order through their website or app.

When they cook it well done, it gets as well done remark! #WordUp Tis the season for loving pizza and papa John's has the right price 4 huge pie!!

First time at this place , pizzas were ready pretty fast and employees were nice and friendly, my only problem is I ordered an extra large pizza with pineapple , Italian sausage and Canadian bacon , the toppings were just a little sprinkle of each not much just a lot of cheese and sauce and then I ordered another extra large pepperoni pizza but received a large . $42 I’m glad we had a salad at home

Lost pizzas, ordering from the phone versus through their app. NEVER order through the phone. Do not accept credit from this location. This time around for them giving my pizza away to someone else, John felt horribly, and was VERY kind and offer me a 2 liter. I’ll take it… especially when I’m spending time waiting for a pizza that already was given away. BUT thank you John, for real time action and for being cool for the errors behind the scenes.

Worst experience ever ordering pizza!! Giving 0 stars. I ordered online and my order never came. I got a notification that said that my order has been delivered. No phone call no pizza. 40 dollars gone. I call the store and ask if they had it and they claim there was no order. I then ask for a refund and they inform me they won't give me a refund and they would rather keep my money. So upset I will never order from Papa John's ever again and I will let everyone know that they are glad to take your money from you and give you terrible service. Going to be contacting HR this is criminal I would like to see this store shut down.

The cashier named Karen takes your money and your order first, then says you have to wait for 15 minutes. If there is a density in the current situation, you should say this before ordering and paying. with a disgraceful staff and a disgraceful attitude. Do not go there!

Just about ten minutes ago I went to pick up a pizza that I had ordered. The young lady told me the bill was $9.41. I gave her 10.01. She then proceeded to give me $.06 cents change and I said "it's not six cents, it's sixty cents" Her comment to me? "You don't need to be so rude" I asked to speak to the manager and she said "i AM the manager". I asked her name and she said "marilyn" And then had another worker use the calculator on her phone to figure out what she owed me. That person came up with .59!! When i went to my car to get my phone and came back to show her the mistake, she walked away!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will never go back there again.

Food is good don't have a problem with that... the problem with this place is customer service...some of the employees are nice one or two maybe. I ordered a pizza recently... when I walked in nobody was available to take my order... I was sitting there and after a couple of minutes I stood up and finally one of the employees took my order finally... I think he was one of the few nice guys... after such a long wait I had to ask them what happened to my pizza... my pizza had been sitting there for a while and nobody said anything... this is the second time I have this kind of experience in this store... these employees seem very lazy not all but some of them especially the guy who I think he's the second assistant manager or just an employee... he looks very lazy and lacks professionalism towards customers (e.g. hispanic guy wearing a ponytail) his attitude towards customers is very unprofessional... he looks idle slacker... these issues need to be addressed promptly because after reading all the bad reviews from customers most of them are related to carelessness and negligence... if you don't believe me... just give it a try...

Haven't ordered from them in awhile...ordered from them 3 times in last couple months and didn't get my order correct once ! Apparently the staff feels that a comp is better than getting the order correct the 1st time. I dont want a comp ! I want my order delivered hot and they say I ordered it ! I will be emailing corporate as well as Yelp. Iam not one to do this and always tip 20%...But this is the worst PPJ I've ever dealt wit !

This store claims they don't honor the coupons. The manager said we don't have those kinds of coupons and charged me regular price. So I went to Dominos down the street. Very Shady!

It was delivered by a door dash driver (that’s never happened before) 2. The box was different, it was like a plain box that just said”Papa John’s Team Pizza” on the top. I’ve never seen this box before 3. The pizza was like an elementary school cafeteria pizza. It was the weirdest pizza ever and nothing like the pizza we normally get Are there ghost kitchens making “papa John’s” pizza now? Idk what we just ate but it was NOT papa John’s (& it was $42 for 1 20 oz soda and a large pizza without tip)

This has occurred multiple times, and again tonight (Friday). Online orders were fully stacking up on the finished pizzas rack. There were only two staff working and both were so busy they did not know to timely check if those finished pizzas had people waiting to claim them, in the long queue bogging down the inside of the store and out the door. Some people in the queue had to yell out to remind the two staff to check those finished pizzas. My online order had shown me the baking was complete and ready for pickup, so I waited and after 35 minutes in line also had to call out to remind the staff to check the finished pizzas rack. Absolutely horrible staffing plan and poor training of staff, by this location's ownership and management. Please learn from another cheap pizza outlet called Little Caesars, by installing the finished pizzas dispenser cabinet with code access for online orders. That should alleviate alot of your horrific wait times and queue problems for online orders on busy nights.
