Jose M, was a phenomenal server. Very attentive, and took very good care of us. Please come visit this location, don’t be shy. Dress as fancy or comfortable as you want, you’ll be welcome and in great company. One word of warning, if you sit around the stage area you will be roasted by two performers, they show no mercy. It’s all in great fun, and is very welcoming. We had the fried pork, and meat skewer. Both were great. Drinks were lemonade, mojitos and a Moscow mule. All great. Price? I’m honestly not sure what I paid, but it doesn’t matter because it was a fun time. The seating area is technically under a tiki hut style, but has plenty of fans so no bugs, and was not overly hot. Hope to visit Nando Grill again, thanks for a fun meal.

Went for the first time, and was delighted with the food, the service and the ambiance. Was pleasantly surprised by their Nando Beer. We went for a late lunch and will definitely make the trip to go again. The cherry on top was the "guayoyo" coffee, a true Venezuelan staple.

What an incredible meal! This place is an absolute gem, and I can confidently say it serves the best Venezuelan food I've ever had. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. We started with the ceviche, which was fresh and vibrant, and the croquetas de jamón were simply the best—perfectly crispy on the outside and rich on the inside. But the real standout was the guava sauce; it was brilliant and elevated every bite. For the main course, the picanha was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The food was only matched by the exceptional service. José Manuel (or Juan Manuel) was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. It's clear he takes great pride in his work. He even brought fresh water bowls for our service animals which shows how thoughtful he is. We are already planning our next visit and can't wait to come back for more. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience with authentic, delicious food and outstanding service, this is the place to go!

Our first time visiting and I can say 100% worth the price; the quality of meat was amazing so soft and tender. The best was sitting outside near the kids entertainment that was also reasonably priced including bounce houses petting zoo and pony rides. Best of all Leo our server made our experience the best he possibly could always checked up on us and made sure we were enjoying ourselves and the kids. Loved his recommendations of the passion fruit margarita!

It was my first time visiting, and for the price, I expected a smoother experience. When we arrived, there was no host at the front, which made things confusing. We eventually realized the host stand was located in the middle of the restaurant and had to ask where we could sit. Once seated, it took several attempts to get a waiter’s attention. I understand the place gets busy, but they could really use more staff—service is important to me. They also don’t offer complimentary water like most restaurants. When I asked, they brought out a small plastic bottle and charged $4, which felt a bit steep. On the bright side, the fish was delicious. The sides were okay, though I did enjoy the fried yucca. The ambiance was lively and upbeat, which helped balance things out. With a few service improvements, the experience could be much better.

We have been coming here for quite some time, and overall our experiences have consistently been positive. The service is attentive, and the food is excellent — both in flavor and presentation. It’s a place we have genuinely enjoyed visiting. However, during our most recent visit, there were a few concerns that stood out. First, we noticed that the prices listed on the menu did not match the prices on the receipt. While the differences were only a few dollars, it’s important for pricing to be transparent and consistent to avoid confusion. We also really enjoyed the live music — it created a wonderful atmosphere. However, once the band went on break, videos from the same artist played for over an hour. In our opinion, the content seemed directed toward one specific culture. Given that this is South Florida, where multiculturalism is such a big part of the community, it would be great to see entertainment that reflects and embraces a broader audience. Finally, while the food remains very good, the portion sizes feel small for the current pricing. It seems that prices have increased noticeably, and the value does not feel quite as balanced as before.

Good spot... but cant give this restaurant a 4 or 5 star because they did not have accessible bathrooms for disabled people. We asked for management and management never came. No help to get my father the appropriate area to use a bathroom.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to both the service and the food. The service was extremely slow from the beginning. I had to call the waitress several times just to get a menu, and eventually I had to stand up to ask for help. Ordering the food took just as long, with very little attention from the staff. In addition, the music was way too loud. It was difficult to have a normal conversation because you couldn’t hear the person sitting next to you at the table. The food itself was also disappointing. Based on their Instagram ads and social media, the food looked much better than what was actually served. The quality and presentation did not match how it is advertised online. The restaurant has potential, but the service, atmosphere, and food quality need significant improvement to meet expectations.

Let’s start with the good: - The service was excellent and they helped out whenever you didn’t get what you wanted - The food was serviceable, I just would not suggest getting the individuales. The best food seems to be the shared ones. Also, I ordered the carne en vara and I would suggest ordering it rare. I ordered it rare and it was still a tad bit overdone. Meat is definitely rough, you have been warned -Llanera was pretty good Negatives: -The big screen with the music videos. I don’t understand why torro loco and nando think this is any good. I don’t mind the music at all and think it goes GREAT with the vibe of the restaurant, but the music videos are always extremely explicit and just slop that is like putting an iPad in front of a kid. They aren’t confident enough for you to enjoy the food so they think watching tv with it will make you forget it. - They also display the sides to be really big when they are not - The sides come in carton containers and make the experience feel cheap Overall would not go again, it’s more of an appeal to a certain group of people that I am not a part of.

To start on the beginning, it’s hard to find a parking so you have to get valet parking, which is $8 then you walk in and the host is in the middle of the restaurant not at the entrance make a line to sign up for a table you wait a while before sitting then when you see an order, it’s like another 40 minutes to an hour when they bring your food. The meat was good, but the sides were all cold super cold very small for the price of the plate. The flies didn’t make it pleasant. They take you a picture which they charge $20 for if you want it we bought it. You can see the flies on top of the soda cans, but that’s to be expected since the place. It’s an open dining place. It’s a ranch if you have a migraine, I don’t recommend it because the smell of smoke is very strong for the portions that you get is very expensive. It was our first time there and definitely our last time. The music was nice if you wanna go and drink beer have appetizer and just hang out then go for it but if you’re very hungry and don’t not like to wait, this is not a place for you. They do need more bathrooms. We paid over $200 just my husband and I for two individual dinners two extra sides and three sodas. they have a place for the kids to be at jumping playing, but that’s extra. would I recommend it no, not at all?each plate was $49 the blood sausage was terrible smoochy tasteless we had chicharon they were good

30 minute wait before we got service, and we had to ask the hostess to take our order. Kids burger meal didn't come with cheese as advertised. Our daughter didn't want to finish her burger, which was a first. It tasted really bad. Food was bland. Service was the worst we have experienced in a very long time. We thought it would be great with the reviews, but we won't be back.

Over priced location, would definitely avoid coming here for any type of celebration, they charge 25$ just for singing happy birthday. Food takes forever to arrive and servers are rude and money hungry. And most importantly avoid ordering any type of SOUP 18$ for a really bad experience. And if your kid wants to use the bounce area it’s also an extra cost. Bad experience do not recommend.

To start off with, there’s no handicap parking for those in wheelchairs unless you pay $8. As Perth attendant “drop them off in the front and go park”. That’s how it started. We sat down and ordered drinks. Everything was super sweet and no way they were “natural”. Also there’s no water unless you buy water bottles for $4 . We ordered some apps that were good, but ordered two meals. Ordered on medium and came out well done with all sides cold. The other one with the ribs was good but we were already over it. Over hyped food and location. The place down the street that’s the same price had better food and more for your money. Won’t be coming back. Although the live music was nice.

Yesterday we dined at the restaurant and ordered the croquettes, but unfortunately they did not taste good. We did not eat them and brought our concern to the server’s attention. The only response we received was that the frying oil is changed daily, which we do not doubt. However, despite not consuming the dish due to the taste, we were still charged for it. We would have appreciated a different approach to the situation and a bit more accommodation, especially since the food was left untouched. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we simply wanted to share our honest experience.
