The food was absolutely on point, the service was excellent and the pricing was beyond reasonable. Awesome Breakfast Place. Cynthia was excellent 👍 The restaurant inside was a clean, simple comfortable environment. With TVs showing Sunday Football. Great stop, not sure why this place isn't packed all day long.

This place is all around amazing! The food was great! Large portions and just delicious 😋 I got the pineapple malt and went into a taste bud dream land!!! To top it off, our server was the absolute best, probably the most kind person I've met since being in the area! This place is a must try!!! No food pics because I got too focused on eating...

Been living in Cypress a year now, and ran into this place by coincidence. My hubby wanted poke from the place next to it. Had to get something different for my granny and I, so I gave this a shot. I really enjoyed their tuna melt, and the granny’s pastrami sandwich looked good. I’ll update with breakfast & photos next visit.

We're so Happy to find this place.. If you remember Russell's in Lakewood or on 2nd street in Long Beach or Cafe Del Sol in Los Alamitos. And you missed those places.. Well, here is the cook from there with the same recipes! Same menu same great food and same great service!!

Party of 12 at 11:45 am we were seated within minutes in the patio. It was our first time there, and it did not disappoint. We had a mix of breakfast and lunch orders. We tried the buffalo wings, and they were excellent. I had the chicken avocado sandwich with onion rings. It was large enough to share. I'll definitely return. The inside of the restaurant is big with plenty of space. Don't take my word for it. Go check them out.

Perfect Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes. Easy to park, instant seating, friendly server, quick service, plenty of food, and inexpensive bill. What else could anyone ask for. 4.8 stars! I’ll be back.

We discovered this place last December and just can't stay away. Great food and fabulous customer service. Wonderful family owned business. Great variety of food. Everything we've tried has been great from the fried chicken to the burgers to the burritos and the salads. Really generous portions. And if you have room for dessert, those are great too.

I was craving fried chicken and really didn't know where to go. Tried here for the first time and pleasantly surprised. Although, I thought the pieces could have been larger, the crust was excellent. I ate the salad, fruit, 1 piece of the chicken and a few fries. Took the leftovers home which reheated very nicely in my airfryer. Lots of items on the menu. Will definitely go back when in the area.

We heard about their burgers and other stuff and that they were good! but we had enough burgers and wanted to try their Mexican food. We normally order a dish each and do family style so everyone can have variety and everything was so delicious!!! From the authentic made to order tortillas and salsa! (Came super hot from the fryer), to the very tasty guacamole to the refried beans! And the delicious refreshing fruit argua frescas! Service is great! Portions are great! Prices are great! Clean, and family run…I’d return again and again on future trips to CA to try their other known dishes! Mahalo for the great food and service! I’ll be back! For sure! Foodie 😋🤙🏼

Comes with a wide variety of side choices like thick cut crinkle fries (season salt optional (these were cooked to perfection), rice, salad, fruit, onion rings, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, hash browns, beans, chili beans or vegetables (for no additional charge). If anyone remembers Russell's Famous Burgers in Long Beach California, well Cobain's is a family owned and run business started by one of the cooks that worked at Russell's. Kept same recipe for burgers and the homemade thousand island dressing. Had to go for the thick chocolate malt as well and did not disappoint. They even give you the extra.

The fries, shake, and Agua Frescas we’re delicious. Everything tasted fresh. Nothing tasted frozen or defrosted. Just wonderful. On top of all that the service was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and pleasant to a fault. Parking is plentiful. Do go here whenever you have a chance it’s a great place to eat!

I’ve been coming to Cobian’s for years!! It’s family owned and operated. The food is always so delicious and fresh. Everything is homemade from their beans, condiments, Hash-browns. & the customer service is always the best!!

I'm not a fan of fast food/Hamburger type places but I must admit that this superceded any place of this kind anywhere. I had an Omelet and my wife had tacos. Everything was freshly prepared and the flavors were spot on. The staff was fantastic and the place squeaky clean. For those of you that like "Challenges ", there's a quadruple cheese burger and fries challenge. You must eat the entire burger and fries in "FIVE" minutes. My wife says she could do it. I'm putting my money on "The Burger". She is 130 soak and wet with concrete shoes. Very relaxed atmosphere and great service and food.

Had an excellent breakfast here with my family. My aunt treated us, as we were visiting from NY and it really is hard to find diners like this! Coffee was good, food was good, service was great, definitely a spot I'm looking forward to visit again! I'll be sure to take some food photos next time.

Stayed at a hotel near this two a couple of weeks ago. Ate at this restaurant twice during our 4 day stay. Food was amazing with generous servings. The service was outstanding. Everyone my family of 4 was very happy with their food.

I really enjoy going here with my uncle. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Being able to seat yourself is nice. I’ve had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Can’t really say which one was my favorite, because they have all tasted great! They speak both English and Spanish perfectly. I love their iced tea. It’s always fresh and they serve it in a large mason jar. If you ask, they will give you a “to-go” cup with a lid and straw so you can enjoy it after you leave.

Update: 2024 came here with the girls for breakfast. Service was just ok. Food was average. Ordered the chorizo & egg plate with beans & rice. Beans and rice were cold. Huevos Rancheros were ok but the sauce had no flavor, just spice. Service was just ok. They did give a cash discount though!! 2020: Tried this new place for breakfast. Menu looked good, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. I really enjoyed my food but my hubby did not. His steak was flavorless and we had to ask 3 times for his toast. We will probably try it again some day but it’s not tops on our list.

The food was pretty good. We had tacos, the beans were fresh and tasty, the rice was just so so. Al carbon and shredded beef .. one was greasy but I couldn't say which it was... The beef? Weird that one was rolled like a taquito... When we asked "why?" We were told so the chef could tell them apart. What? Anyway, it made it hard to eat when the taco was rolled with all the filling (salsa and lettuce) on top. Onion rings were very good. Ranch was good. Server and person who delivered the food to the table were very friendly. The seating was funky. One side of our booth fit two normal size people and then the other side of our booth would only fit two very slender people comfortably. Odd. We had the option of sitting at a table but who wants to do that. Menus were kind of tattered, but don't replace them if that will raise the already kind of on the high side prices. Oh! Pineapple shake was yummy!

You can tell this place has been around for a while. Amazing atmosphere, servers are not good at all. You wait at least 10min before you get noticed. They catter mostly to regulars and service men. Great food, just wish better service

I'm rating this restaurant 3 stars because, despite some glaring issues, there were redeeming qualities. Tony stood out with exceptional service, from seating us to resolving mistakes. However, our primary server lacked professionalism; she was inattentive, unhygienic, and made numerous errors, even neglecting basic tasks like bringing our sides and refilling our drinks. Although the food was delicious, it's clear that the overall dining experience was marred by inconsistent service. Without Tony's efforts and the tasty dishes, this review would be much harsher.

Tried the burgers and a few Mexican items. Everything was just decent but ultimately forgettable. You're not missing out on much because there are tons of other burger joints and taquerias that are way better and cheaper near this area. One and done for me.

Came in today and asked about the chicken wings. Waitress said they were really good. Considering they were $11.20 for a total of 6 small chicken wings. I thought about it and went ahead and tried them. Well, bad idea, not worth the price and they were NASTY and really regret coming here. First and last time!

This spot moved and wanted to try it. Started with very dirty glass inside the restaurant! Table and see seats were not cleaned( restaurantwas empty), booth was sticky even so we switched booths. Server took forever, got us 2 water chips n salsa.....they were not tasty at all. Menu was dirty n sticky. Not having it at all...... We left and will not go back ever. 1, 2, and 3 strikes on a single visit. No thank you !

35 minute wait for 3 Shredded Beef Tacos, Modelo🍺Burger 🍔 Coke🥤and Fries🍟$35 order was wrong and we had to wait another 10 minutes for waitress to correct our order. I've had better tacos 🌮 and burgers 🍔 from local street Vendors. Cobian's is overpriced, overrated and quality is poor at best. 👎
