I've been ordering pizza here for a while and absolutely get great service every time. Today, it just so happens they were preparing a big school order but the crew working handled everything fine and my order was also ready in a timely manner. Kudos to the manager of the place for keeping this location running like butter. 😊
I placed an order for carry out, it was ready to pick up in 15 mikes and was perfect! Cheese, light on the sauce pizza! Thanks 😊 09/25/22, still great!

Placed a delivery order. Pizza was steaming hot when it arrived. The order was correct, arrived in a timely manner. The food was good but it seemed like the medium pizzas were smaller than the last time that I ordered. Maybe it was just that the box was smaller? It had been a little while since I had last ordered.
Edit: This was previously a 1 ⭐️ review ——————————————————————— I called today about this situation here in my review. The manager on duty, Anissa, was so kind and helpful. She was really accommodating and her tone of voice was so calm and collected that I felt comfortable and heard. I explained that I received a coupon for a free pizza due to the order I placed which I couldn’t claim because of the order cancellation. This was the best customer service I’ve received in a while. Really made my day. Thank you so much, Anissa. Also, Phillip the delivery driver, thank you for being kind and appreciative. I was really short on cash, I didn’t have anything on hand except the $2 in my savings jar. Phillip has delivered here before and always gives outstanding customer service even in a short delivery interaction.❗️ He’s very polite and hopefully he gets the recognition and appreciation and pay he deserves❗️ I can tell he treats every customer this way, it’s his personality. Phillip, I appreciate you so much. I apologize that I couldn’t give you the tip you deserve, and I really hope that someone makes up for it tonight or that I can soon. Thank you. ——————————————————————— I was ordering food a little after 11pm. The top of the website said not to worry because as long as I ordered before midnight, my food would still be delivered. That little notification kept popping up at the top like it was reassuring me I’d get my dinner. I finished ordering food at 11:30pm. I was tired and had a long day and my car battery was dead. I can’t get a jump until tomorrow morning. I was really relying on this dinner. The worst part is if I had known that they would cancel my order 3 minutes before midnight, I would’ve saved the trouble of having my hopes up and walked to food for less to get food. This was just so hurtful that I was reassured that I would get my order delivered as long as I ordered before 12, I ordered 30 minutes before 12, and they cancelled last minute at 11:57. Food for less closes at 12 too. So I had absolutely no option. I trusted them and they left me with 3 minutes to find another option. That really sucked.
This franchise did everything right! The only problem I have was ordering on the app. The $7 large pizza offer got me there. The problem was the app. It asked about extra toppings on every item. But no mention of the exctra charge til I got to checkout and my $7 special was almost $20! Had the app indicated heavy topping meant extra charge, I would not have asked for it. Had to call the store where the team helped me finalize the order. Fix the app and you're gold!
We did a carryout order. There's food was all pretty good but they forgot the sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza. We checked the order to confirm that it wasn't an ordering error and it wasn't. The garlic knots were very good. The pasta stuck to the aluminum pan so we didn't get to enjoy all of it. The sauce was missing on one pizza. The regular pepperoni and the pepperoni and sausage were both delicious. I think the pricing was decent, but for $40, I'd prefer to go somewhere that got my order done right.
Asked for my Cheese pizza brooklyn style to be crispy and it was so so soft. Barely brown on the bottom. Buffalo wings were barely cooked. The wings were so so soggy. Not even crispy. Pizza hut wings are way way way better. Instead of the mango sauce i asked for they gave me icing.
Food is great but don't bother adding pineapple cause you won't get any. Every time I go there is barely any. One of my slices had one piece the other two had none. This is like every time too.
First of all, when I called to tell them that they got my order wrong, they gave me the runaround. They kept redirecting me to different dominos locations. After finding the dominos I had ordered from, they kept asking “do you remember the name of the person who took your order”? No one had told me their names. On top of going through that, I still had to wait an hour to only receive one out of the three pizzas I had ordered. They charged me fifty bucks for ONE pizza with a 20% discount already included.. worst part was the pizza I received was not even one of the 3 I had ordered.
Store #7774 on Ball Road in Cypress, California. I ordered two eight piece bbq wings tonight. When is drizzling bbq sauce over plain wings the final product. Also no dipping sauce. This particular location has gone downhill over the past 3-4 years and after tonight, I will take my business elsewhere. Seems like cutting corners to increase profit margins.
I give it one star because I love Dominos, but it would be 0, today's pizza is horrible, it looks horrible and I don't want to eat it at all, I ordered it with pepperoni and Green pepper, I paid for extra seasoning and they sent me this so ugly, 5 GP. And 10 pepperoni on the whole pizza, it's unacceptable for a Fan like me, this store is terrible, there is no quality control, bye
I placed a pickup order for a vegan pizza (clearly shown on the receipt). When I got home, I opened the box and it was a meat pizza (chicken/pepperoni). This is not a small mistake, it’s a serious issue. I immediately drove back to the store with the pizza and the receipt. Instead of apologizing and taking ownership, the employee argued with me and said, “I asked if this is your order and you said yes,” and basically blamed me for not opening the box at the counter. That is not acceptable. Customers don’t normally open and inspect pizza boxes at pickup. The store should verify the order before handing it over, especially when the receipt clearly shows vegan. Giving someone meat when they ordered vegan can violate dietary restrictions and personal beliefs, and the way this was handled made it worse. I’m attaching the receipt and the pizza as proof. I want this escalated, and I expect a refund and proper follow-up with the store staff.
The lady was extremely rude. Didn't get food. Went to El Pollo loco
I ordered some wings with buffalo sauce, and they were almost out of sauce. I asked the manager to add more buffalosauce, but he didn't want to put more . I bought an Alfredo pasta, and it didn't even have chicken. I bought a sandwich, and it didn't have any meat. The whole meal was awful. I don't really recommend dominos pizza
I hate writing reviews. But here we go. First I asked why am I paying $6.99 for delivery? Does it go towards the delivery driver? She didn’t answer. I asked again. Stayed quiet. When the driver got here he stated that that charge gos to the house. I tipped the delivery guy. The next thing was they delivered the wrong order. I would have called and have them fix the problem but I was hosting 6 little kids and wrong order. I will not be doing business with this location again.
We ordered 2 pizzas from this location online the previous night. When we reached the store, there were 2 employees working there, a woman & a man. The lady/employee denied giving us the pizzas, saying she had canceled our order. On the app it still showed the pizza ready to pick up, and nowhere it showed it was cancelled. We could see our pizza box on the shelf behind her. If the store was going to cancel our order, they should have informed us so instead of driving all the way here, we could have ordered from another store. We could see our pizzas sitting right there, & when we asked for them since it was not cancelled on our end, she very rudely & in an entitled manner refused to give us the pizza. In fact, she asked us to get “out of her store.” We have never been treated this rudely at any restaurant before. This was the most humiliating experience we have had during a conversation with an employee at a restaurant. As soon as we left, the app notified us of the cancelled order, meaning it was cancelled after we got there, not before. We then placed the same order at a different Dominos, & had to drive there to pick it up. Besides wasting our time by not informing us of the cancellation prior, the extremely rude way of talking to us & telling us to “get out of her store” as we politely asked for our order, was extremely humiliating & unprofessional.
I ordered 2 pizzas online. I selected drive up car side service but something told me to go in. I was informed that my pizzas were not ready even though the pick up window time indicated otherwise. I was told the pizzas were in the oven and coming out shortly. 5 minutes later, I was then told that my pizzas were mistakenly taken by their driver and they would have to remake the pizzas. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I asked how much longer. I was told the pizzas were coming out shortly. Once ready, I opened the boxes to find out that one of my pizzas was not what I ordered. When I informed the gentleman who was helping me from the get go about the issue, the rude and unprofessional manager Geraldine butted in- while she was supposed to be helping another customer. I explained to her that I wanted the gentlemen to help me because I did not feel like explaining the whole run around again. She insisted that I only speak with her and snapped at the gentlemen to go back to whatever he was previously doing. She then proceeded with her rude attitude to ask me what I wanted- a refund or to remake the pizzas because I was complaining. She held up the other customer and I told her to help the other lady first but she said no- she claimed the lady had agreed to wait and proceeded to say I was complaining , as if she thought it was outlandish for me to complain after being inconvenienced. Geraldine was tacky and unpleasant. Another male store associate brought a pizza out that happened to be my correct pizza and she closed the box and said "no, I can't give that to you- it's been sitting". The pizza had literally come out like 5 minutes prior- I watched it. She said you'll have to wait for the pizza to be re made fresh or get a refund. She wanted to push around her manager title and try and be in control- power trip. All of it was unnecessary and not professional work place behavior, especially as a manager. She then proceeded to say that I needed to respect her and that I was no longer allowed in the store and that they had cameras. She needs to be let go- this location already has low ratings and from reviews I can see she may have a bit of a reputation and a severe lack of professionalism. I walked out with my correct pizzas but a bad taste from the horrendous customer service experience.
Paid $23 for a large pizza 3 toppings with the bare minimum toppings. Super disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location or even dominos at all after this experience. Even Sam’s club, Costco, 7-11, Pizza Hut and little ceasers leave more topping quantity on their pizza. I might as well buy DigGiornos frozen pizza at this point.
Went in to store on Ball & Moody to order a fresh cheese pizza. Said I would be back in 10 mins. Wanted a fresh pizza. Didn't check the pizza, should have. It was so dry and stale. It must have been there for hours. Diffently not fresh. I should have checked, but in a hurry. Make sure you check or they will throw you a dry old pizza.
