At this location I enjoyed "Medium" Sandwich, except tomatoes not edible- *Polite when you ask for decent tomatoes & sandwich is cohesive.. Beverage dispenser is fast & makes great carbonated beverage... Not a fan of their hard chips, prefer crisp. Their Sandwich is always fresh!!

Great food, great deserts and a great atmosphere. Food was awesome! Tried the brisket sliders and was really impressed. Was nervous to try, but glad I did. Store is super clean and the staff was really friendly. The owners were present during my visit and seem to be really good people. So happy we this location in Fairfield!

Out running errands, and stopped at the Fairfield location. Ordered a #1 combo for dine in. I asked for no tomato or onion. The sandwich temperature was perfect, and it was made exactly as ordered. Staff service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Thanks for a tasty, hassle free lunch!

Pizza is mostly bread these days. Deluxe is still good. But chips are better than most sandwiches. Decent drive thru service.

Good service...food came out QUICK. Good sandwiches on fresh bread. The place is clean and we'll maintained. Easy access.

The food was good, I did not wait long in the drive through and the person at the window was pleasant "Ill be back".

I haven't ever had a bad experience here. The sandwiches seem like they are always made fresh. I wish they still made the original in Large. Its hit and miss with customer service at the window. Teenagers aren't really taught that I guess.

Food came out quickly. Only issue was a few of tables hadn't been wiped down. Definitely plan on stopping by this location in the future 👌

But I wish, wish, wish that they would realize that they need to put fryers into their kitchens and start making french fries, fried mushrooms, onion rings, etc. I don't often go there, even though this location is right down the street from me, because I'm not a fan of eating a bag of chips as my side.

Needs a facelift. Tables were wobbly 2 of them. Service was spotty. Missed servings sides on two orders. I found the food to be ok. Nothing really unique to bring me back.

This is my second time to go thru drivethru before 9:00 and be told I can’t get chili, etc.” because they already put it away” well, my question is, “Are you open til 9:00 or not?” If so, you might want to keep food available until then and clean up after 9:00.😊

Kind of disappointed with the overall cleanliness. Sad that it’s still fairly new, but the upkeep of it is a little lacking. Dirty pans on display behind the register, chunks of pickles on the floor and most of the workers wearing dirty bleach stained t-shirts. Maybe some aprons or something would be appropriate when working the kitchen. If you’re looking for an average meal and a decent price, and can accept the sub par cleanliness, then this is a great option. Otherwise, there’s much better local options.

The soup was thick but not tasty or flavorful at all. My kids did enjoy their cheese pizzas. And the chocolate chip cookies are good.

Went through the line and was told that the large classic sandwich was meant for two people. So when I tried to order two of them I was shorted one because apparently ppl at home don’t deserve to eat. Called and talked to the “team lead” who refused to give me her name. Overall frustrated and insulted. Additionally, they are out of a ton of items as well.

This location is constantly closing earlier than its posted hours

We were told on our visit that we could only purchase one cinnamon roll. Staff stated they didn't have enough mini Cinnabons to purchase a full order. It was 3pm. I asked when would more be available, she said not today. I've never been to a Cinnabon that didnt have Cinnabon

Picked up an online order and every single item was wrong. Drove all the way back to have it remade properly and the teenage staff were snarky and belligerent. I do not know how it is possible but the salad was warm and the sandwich cold. Do not eat here!

Terrible Resturant, Orders always wrong, Coupon Codes never work, Owner is extremely rude and sarcastic treats customers badly even his own employees. They're mentally unstable and shouldn't be running a business. Never eating at Schlotzsky's ever again

This place has the worst customer service ever. The employees are rude and smirk in your face deliberately. And the sandwiches do not look anything in comparison to the menu. I do not recommend this place at all. FIREHOUSE SUBS is the place to be for all your sandwich and soups and they are very friendly and go out of their way to serve you the best!!

The drive thru person had a very bad attitude. When I told him the modifications of my child's sandwich he paused and said "seriously lady? Ugh hang on." He is an older Asian male. I am pretty sure he owns the place. Sorry to inconvenience you sir but we will not be coming back to either of your locations since your wife that runs the other Cypress location on Skinner rd. Acts the same way.

The Cinnabon there is always terrible. I keep giving them more chances since they opened but they taste like they are a couple days old. Or maybe really over baked? They are super dry and tough, not ooey gooey Cinnabon’s. They never get better just a bit worse each time. So if that’s why your going, skip it.

My wife and I have tried to come here a few times over the past month. Every time we come, they have different hours than what's posted online. We came to the store in the mornings and evenings and they are still closed. I tried to update the hours to what was there this time. Goodluck everyone else.

They don’t know their own menu!! Their description and website explicitly say they offer specialty pizzas and after ordering/paying online they said that we were lying and they don’t have pizzas. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

This Schlotzky's cuts corners. I ordered a chicken caesar salad to-go and it came with Italian dressing, less than 1 tenderloin worth of chicken, it was missing the croutons, and the "garlic breadsticks" were the bottom of a burger bun cut into thirds. This was clearly no mistake, this was a lack of concern for customers.

Does not close at 9pm like it says online. Lobby closes at 7pm and the drive thru closes at 8pm. This is why I am giving 1 star.

Terrible customer service, gave me the wrong order, when I did receive the right order it wasn't even made correctly. Very disappointing and sad. There are many other sandwich places in cypress that I would be going to.

Arrived at 8:02 in drive through and was refused service because they close at 8:00. No signs posted, employee came outside to tell us. They must not be hurting for business!

I had enough points to get a free medium sandwich and saw them on my app three days ago. I drove 15 miles to Schlotzsky's, and they had expired my point two days ago. Also, they got rid of the wheat bus and root beer. The bathroom was filthy, and the cashier ordered me a small sandwich when I asked for a medium. I am never going back to Schlotzsky's. After taking my points away, they are no longer worth the drive.

This is the 2nd time in a row I have had my order made incorrectly. I placed my order online for pick up 1 hour later and it still wasn’t ready! Get to the house to find the pizza is missing 2 pcs for my kid. Last time we ordered the pizza was made wrong! Tried to call and at least get compensated a free pizza or something because the food is enjoyable but no one answers!

All signs say that the drive through opens at 7am. I arrived at 730 to get breakfast for the family and no one responded at the drive through. I went to the window and knocked. An employee came to to the window and would not serve me and just walked away without an explanation. Unacceptable.

EWW! EWW! EWW! MAKE THE DRIVE TO THE SKINNER LOCATION NOT THIS ONE!!!! The food was disgusting and even worse customer service. The bread wasnt even crispy and tasted stale because it crumbled. It was thick as a loaf. The reviews are correct.The Asian guy is rude. I ordered from this location by mistake. I cld and asked if I would cancel . Instead he replies WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT AND WE MADE A CUSTOM SANDWICH AND NO ONE WILL BUY THIS. YOU HAVE TO SEE WHERE IM COMING FROM. OMG I'm a customer but he was right because he didnt want to lose $7. I did make the mistake and drove there and was ok with that. HOWEVER to give me nasty food was the issue. I took 3 bites and threw it in the trash.
