The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The waiter who attended us (Javier) is really kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place for going out with friends and family.

From the moment we walked in, the vibe was unmatched — great music, beautiful ambiance, and the perfect energy. The drinks were top-tier (Spirit Forward and perfectly crafted), and the food was Absolutely amazing. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and picture-perfect. But what truly made the experience was Mike. He was attentive, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. It’s rare to find service like that anymore in Dallas. Every time I'm in Dallas, I have to come visit Vidorra again. Every meal I've had there has been amazing. Great food and drinks. I still dream about the green salsa! Recently revisited and it was just as amazing as it was the last time I was there in 2024. Special thanks to our server Rodolfo, who was incredibly attentive and had great suggestions. First time going here and it was AMAZING. didn’t disappoint, everyone was so sweet and welcoming. Liv was so helpful and sweet and attentive. We never felt like we were bothering anyone or didnt belong. We came here after we were denied across the street at Palma. Thank you vidorra staff for making our first experience with our friends after a long drive after church so welcoming. The food was so fresh and authentic you can tell the kitchen puts love into it! And our drinks! Chefs kiss! It didn’t taste like a watered down margarita it was flavorful, fruity, with that small hint of tequila that’s not too little or too much. As an out-of-towner with a soft spot for dive bars, Deep Ellum seemed like the place to land. But on a Saturday night in December, the streets felt weirdly quiet. Maybe it was the cold, maybe the party packed up and split town. Hard to say. What’s left feels like a jumble of big-box bars and shiny spots trying way too hard. Then there’s Adair's Saloon, sticking out like a scar you’re proud of. Total holdout. No gloss, no BS—just grit and soul while the rest of the block sells out. Old school juke box, black marker graffiti everywhere. Tags on the walls, scribbles on the tables, names, dates, half-drunk philosophies scrawled by people who came before. Cold beers that don’t mess around, greasy burgers that soak up your bad decisions, and live music that couldn’t care less if you’re cool, rich, or Instagram-famous. Adair’s feels real in a neighborhood that’s mostly cosplay now. If Deep Ellum’s glory days are fading, this joint’s still flying the torn flag loud and proud.

Best burger in deep ellum. Yea i said it. This is also the oldest existing bar in deep ellum, so show respect when you're here, you're in a museum of dallas culture. And in dang good company. Transport yourself to a time forgotten of big city livin' without all the "bottleservice" lifestyle shenanigans, tip well, put a song on the jukebox and buy a pack of cigs from the vintage cigarette machine. You are your own cowboi.

I usually go for the Tuesday night open mic, they are very welcoming and open to all talent levels. Drink prices are fair, staff is attentive and friendly. You don't get to live in Deep Ellum as long as Adair's has without doing something right.

Fun bar with good drink and even food late night. Love music untill at least midnight when we went. You can sign the walls or tables which of course is something you have to do. Staff was awesome.

Delicious food and amazing burgers. I’ve been twice before. I came with sister in law who is 18. They refused us service cuz she was 18 even though we didn’t plan on drinking just eating. They looked like they needed the service. There wasn’t a soul in there. We were excited to eat there too.

Adair's Saloon has been a Dallas staple for decades. It's second incarnation is the current location at 2624 Commerce in Deep Ellum. The humble saloon has been a live music Mecca for many listeners. The Red-Dirt/Texas Music scene has always been strong at Adair's. Live music nightly are rarely is there a cover charge. A great time with good bartenders and friendly patrons. The kitchen is always ready to provide some sustainance whether the famous Adair's Cheeseburger and Fries or one of the "newer" items on the menu. Take a look at the schedule and pick a night to go hear some live music. It is a good time at Adair's Saloon.

Greasy spoon bar fare with all the charm grandma would hate. I recently enjoyed a shot of tequila, a cold Pilsner, and a TASTY (yet expensive) burger. Great live music on a regular basis. Adair’s is a Deep Ellum institution.

I went out with some friends to talk business and our companies. As soon as we walked in, the environment was nice — smelled good, good vibes, everything. I ordered the enchiladas because they looked amazing when they came out. But listen… 😒 Them enchiladas were trash. No flavor at all. Just nasty. You would think this would be a solid spot to order enchiladas, but nah. Save yourself the headache and don’t get them. Atmosphere was cool, food? Missed the mark. ❌

The food was okay, for $55 dollars, there were more vegetables than meat on the skillet. For them to not be so busy, the service was horrible. We were there to celebrate my nieces birthday and it was not a memorable birthday dinner. The waitress was more worried about taking away empty plates than filling up or empty cups.
