The spicy chicken had a rubbery substance like a thin rubber band inside it and grossed me out. Lastly and least important of all there were no monopoly tags on the drink or fries which was the main point of visiting. I still feel nautious. I ordered through the app but never ever again!!

I have received food poisoning from this McDonald’s. I placed an order for the sausage, cheese and eggs breakfast burritos. I only ate one of the burritos. I went to the hospital after vomiting several times. Methodist hospital stated that I have food poisoning. This was on 8-14-2025.

The people that work at this McDonald’s are very lazy and only want the easy way out. They Had me waiting for a mobile order for almost 30 minutes. Sometimes when I come to order coffee , most of the times they say machine is down or also the ice cream machine be down also. They just don’t want to serve the ice cream and coffee.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service here. The staff was rude and acted like I was bothering them just for asking a simple question. On top of that, they charge for condiments — seriously? I’ve never been to a place where you have to pay extra for basic things like ketchup or sauce. It’s the principle more than the price. If you’re going to charge for every little thing, at least be polite about it. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I took my grandsons and bought them a happy meal. They were so excited I asked for apple slices instead of fries. Because my grandsons are allergic to fries. They say that you can't. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said her name was Norah she refused and said they couldn't. This has never happened before. My grandsons and I left disappointed 😞

Don't run out of coffee. If I'm paying you for a large coffee I would expect the amount of that size. Coffee is not free, you are paid for it. It's almost half full, what a joke is this. It's better not to repeat it.

How is this ok? Either this was bitten into before being given to me, or the bread was cut off beforehand, meaning they don’t care about their product presentation at all. SO disappointing to order drive thru, get home and open my food to look like this. If you’re reading this, think twice before visiting.

As I type this I’m in the drive through line waiting for my food. These people are slow as molasses and it seems like they don’t care. The little guy taking money kinda smirked when I asked him if the drive through was always this slow. I came to the reviews and they confirmed it. It’s almost as if they want to see how long they can make you wait before you drive off. Well, since I’ve paid for my food I’ll sit here until you get it to me, but better believe I’ll never come back and I will warn everyone against it. So far the wait has been ten minutes see my receipt with the time 1:53 and my dash clock that says 2:03 Finally got my food at 2:05, the fries were ice cold, so it’s safe to say that that it didn’t take 12 minutes because they were back there making my food fresh.
