The waitress was very productive and the food was delicious I actually bought a plate to go.

Authentic Mexican food dishes, I personally like the pastor tortas, and pork chops in green sauce! Chips and salsa always good, tacos in handmade corn tortillas if you ask for them, and sometimes show sports games. Karaoke on weekends gets fun, request a song and the Dj will sing it or sing it yourself with confidence! (No shaming here) breakfast served from open to close!! You won’t regret it. Juana is a fantastic waitress!

Very nice restaurant, good service. I am a griller and I had the steak and enchiladas. I put this medium rare filet in my top 10 filets I’ve ever had. Never expected this Tex Mex restaurant to be this good.

This was our second visit in the last couple weeks found out they have nopalitos on their menu year round something hard to find here in town , love the place and their coffee is outstanding rich medium roast with a touch of cinnamon old school abuelita style we will be back , they do have a full bar also serve micheladas for those mornings after.

Great food ! I reccomend Lupitas Plate and Carne a La Tampiqueña, these two were delicious. Very respectul staff as well. Make sure to get those hand made tortillas too ‼️

Super chill authentic restaurant! My favorite is the Mole enchiladas and the chuleta ahumada. For side dish I always get nopales asados and the micheladas are also very good! They do have dj or Karaoke on Friday or Saturday nights ( can't remember) . But it's definitely a good place to have celebration party dinners . The wait staff is always very nice and food comes out relatively quick. Everything's always been fresh and yummy.

I was not disappointed, the food is delicious, the salsa, homemade tortillas, chorizo, all of our protein was delicious, and was served in the cutest pig molcajete! Our waitress was amazing. I liked all of the famous TV stars and singer’s pictures that were framed on the wall. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Just went today, on a Sunday. And luckily they had menudo. Hands down one of the top 5 menudos I have had in my 30 years of life!! Tasty, hot, full of tripa, and the hominy was delicious. My hubby got the mariscada, which was yummy again. Will have to come back another Sunday to get a delicious menudo caldo!

I recently dined at Lupitas and had the pleasure of trying their chilaquiles verdes and caldo de res. The chilaquiles were perfectly seasoned with a tangy verde sauce, and the caldo de res was rich and comforting. The flavors were authentic and the portions were generous. The service was amazing. Daisy was our server. I highly recommend Lupitas for a delicious and satisfying Mexican dining experience.

Food was excellent. Chips and Salsa was on point. Margaritas very good. Knowing Spanish would be a plus. Even though we don't speak Spanish and our waitress didn't speak English she did an awesome job. When in the area would definitely go back.

Tried Lupitas for lunch and was it was very good. I had Caldo de Res and was very pleased with the vegetables they used, good size and came with rice, onions and cilantro. The best part though are the tortillas, hand made and yummy. I'll be back!

Enchiladas Verdes de pollo are delicious-Chicken enchiladas in a spicy green salsa. My hubby had the Torta Cubana with Milanesa (breaded steak)-yummy! Love their natural Limeade-not all Mexican restaurants serve this.

I've never been to the restaurant but only eaten Lupita's at the Texas State Fair. I highly recommend the breakfast taco's with all the salsa and fresh veggies.

Very good food and a very complete menu. They have a very traditional Mexican food menu which includes everything from tacos to fish dishes. The only issue would be the wait. It took 20 mins to get food once ordered. But once it came, it was delicious.

This place may not have the look appeal that most may want and I know...we sat in the parking lot 10 mins debating should we leave or stay. We went in and the staff were open and nice to us. We were the only black couple inside but the service was GREAT. We ordered chicken enchiladas AND I MUST SAY THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!!!! I didn't expect that and we've been there 4more times since.

Service was slow. Food wasn't that good. Menudo smelled bad.

Dark and dank atmosphere I went on Sunday evening and the place was empty but they had a karaoke crew trying to live. The place up but it was empty. I ordered red enchiladas with cheese and they were mushy. I was the only one there. Cook had plenty of time to make good ones. Servers act like they don't care. My bill was $20 for bland enchiladas and a lemonade drink. Maybe i went on the wrong night. If I go again and it's better then I will update my review. Maybe you will have a better experience.

I stopped by for breakfast, ordered the verde chilaquiles with fajita. Friendly service. Overall it was a good authentic meal. I feel the plate was missing a few items. It could use Cheese and eggs would have been a nice touch. The plate was about $14 which is a little high for a breakfast plate. I was thinking about trying there breakfast tacos but they were $7 each. So I passed on them this time. I plan on returning to try some of the lunch/dinner options. Inside could use some renovations as it does look a little outdated.

0 STARS!!!!!!!!They gave me an expired orange juice and the waitress knew about it ,& still charged me for it after I asked for another one & told her about it and completely ignored me when I said it was expired , only way I knew she knew because I looked at the exp date when she gave it to me and she walked away without caring . Food was also cold this place WAS nice ,but not anymore seems like the place it’s crashing more and more each time .

We went to this place because of the reviews, but do yourself a favor and look for another Mexican place to eat. We order the Carne asada and beef fajitas and the meat was completely tasteless, food was awful. Terrible experience.

Do not order the pozole in here.. They used to have the best but now is nasty... it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get it and the hominy looks and taste like they just pour it from the can.... I asked why it takes so long and they said is because they have to warm it up....

They advertise beef stew, there's a huge sign on the window. Ordered beef stew, waitress said they didn't have any, had shrimp stew instead, and it tasted like water, it didnt even look good, had to send it back, ordered natural limeade got minute maid. Also no refills, noticed they use ingredients that do not go on that type of food it's supposed to be authentic mexican, price was outrageous, on top of that waitress added gratuity tip on a party of four. Waisted my money.

Used to like this place till one day when receiving my torta with very little meat on it, after I asked for extra meat which is a dollar extra. No problem. Well I told the lady hey, my torta didn't have extra meat. So I told her not to charge me extra. She went to talk to the cook and said he did give me extra meat just gave me a thicker bread so that's why I didn't notice it. Which was false. I'd order from here at least once or twice a week. The waitress was like, it's just a dollar. Pay for it. I wanted to go off but instead I just won't spend my money there

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Everything is extra at this place except the portions. They don't mention it, but the tacos are street tacos. The kids taco must be served on a tostitos chip. Bring your own bags of cheese and flour tortillas because you'll pay just as much anyway when they get through with you. Good luck!

Poor service!!! No body served us when we came in, legit had to ask for someone for help. Completely ignored when we needed drinks. No refills, asked a question in English and they will reply back in Spanish even if you don’t speak the language. Lucky I had my husband that knew the language. Restaurant was empty at the time but the cook will still take an hour with your food. Then proceed to forget my order all together. While the rest my family ate I was still left waiting. Then the molcajete that I ordered was just thrown together missing half of what came with it just because the cook forgot to make it. Then they will still charge you full price for something that’s half made and poor customer service. Thank you Juanita for still proceeding to ignore our complaints.
