Chili’s been my favorite restaurant for the last 9+ years. I lived in 3 different states in that time frame and I never recalled getting service better than this location. I ordered something mid because I was out of town and had just went 2 weeks prior. The door was opened when I entered and exited the facility and was greeted by 3 more staff members upon entry. I was seated immediately and the host instantly took my order which came out entirely in less than 10 minutes. This should be a leading location in all areas cause the service was highest of the high and I really hope the staff remains the same.

Quickly got seated and got some good food with good service. Food details: Basic Tenders 5/10 too dry and a bit hard to bite off. Corn 7/10 so sweet n flavorful but could use more of the toppings on it imo. Fries 8/10 good+ seasoned. Dry ribs 9/10 very soft, slipped off, hella seasoned, good all in all. Quesadilla 5/10 tried both not as savory, all you really taste is that fiesta blend cheese n they get cold / hardens quickly. Mozzarella 9/10 very bomb and big [ I'd prefer this over quesadillad].

Great place for the family and friends. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. They bring your food to the table fresh and tasty. The server is very attentive, polite, and helpful. This meal is good for two people. That's why we keep coming back!!

I like new container very durable I did curbside little few minute was worth waiting for. Food was excellent.. Waitress was very polite. 1/16/24 They have changed a lot inside Waitress attendances us was excellent she had headphones as soon she took I order drinks etc here comes are drinks from other young man and young lady brought are food great team … Thank you very much !!!!

I've been to a few chilli's restaurants. They are always great. Lots of choices on the menu,large portion sizes and the food is of good quality.Service is fast also. My favourite is the sizzling hot plate.

I went on a virtual date with my boyfriend yesterday on Face Time at this location and he of course went to a chilis at his location at the same time. As soon I walked up to the door I was greeted respectfully and was seated. I think maybe I was seated 3 minutes and my server came and brought me my silverware, and asked if I was ready, I got the 3 for $10.99, chips and salsa and Cajun shrimp pasta with the strawberry lemonade. At my boyfriends location it took them a while to bring him his food. I received my appetizer and my entree and he still hadn’t gotten his food. Y’all are very good on time management. My server, Javier was very respectful, enthusiastic and helpful, he brought me my food within 10 minutes. Anything I didn’t understand he very willingly and kindly explained it to me. He kept coming back to my table and made sure that I was okay. I ate so much of my chips and salsa that I got full quick, but it was well worth it!! It was so good. My drink was okay, the only thing I wished they did was add actual strawberries in the lemonade. My food came steaming hot and ready, i waited like 5 mins before eating and it was still nice and hot. Me and my boyfriend prayed and thanked the Lord for our food and I dug in. I highly recommend that shrimp pasta!! 10/10! My boyfriend actually recommended it to me. I later on added a cheesecake that I only had a nibble of since I was soo full!!! It was definitely good tho! I’m glad I got to save it tho I’ll finish the rest of the pasta and the cake today! I was in Dallas for a funeral recently on a Friday. I got to the airport early so I could have coffee and some food. For coffee, I first stopped at Jason’s Deli. You go in and place your order on the right side. They have a few tables and chairs but found plenty of seating in the terminal. Coffee was very good. BTW, they sell fair trade certified coffee so if that is important to you, then this is the place for you.

They have veg options, not sure if it’s 100% vegan (zucchini sandwich and a tomato-basil soup). I ordered a soup and it was barely warm. I asked to warm it up and the girl brought it back 10 seconds later (I’m not exaggerating just being honest) and it again was barely warm (maybe tell you want it to be hot)…

For being in an airport, Jason's deli was pretty okay, and the prices were not overly inflated, either. Before and after you eat you get to watch airplanes come and go. What other Jason's deli offers you such a great opportunity?

I mean.. it is in an airport. It's overpriced for sure.. but Jason Delis is awesome.

Above average deli food at Dallas, TX Love Field airport. Open until 10pm, so a decent place to stop when connecting through Dallas on a late night flight. I had a Ranchero which was basically a chicken and melted cheese wrap with a slight southwestern flavor and a couple vegetables inside. The sandwich was small for $8 but that's expected for airport food.

Quick service, friendly staff and awesome food. The sandwiches are about $8.00 but two people can share the sandwich and be satisfied.

Fresh deli sandwiches and salads served hot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are stinky and need a thorough deep cleaning. Some homeless show up and can add to the smells, but overall the place has great food and service and I recommend it.

My visit to this Chili’s was overall a very positive experience. The food was well prepared, flavorful, and met my expectations. However, the skillet chocolate dessert was excessively sweet — to the point that it slightly took away from the overall dining experience. That said, the restaurant was clean and well maintained, including the restrooms, which were spotless. The staff was respectful, attentive, and highly professional throughout my visit, making the service pleasant and efficient. Overall, I would rate this location 4 out of 5 stars. I would gladly return and recommend it, with the only suggestion being a slight improvement in balance of sweetness for the dessert.

We ordered lunch from here today for 7 people to be delivered. First time to try this location. Order and delivery was pretty smooth, no issues. Food arrived warm and everything that was ordered, nothing missing or messed up. Food tasted good, like any other chili’s, no issues. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crisps with fries and Mac & Cheese. Food was cooked just right, however my Mac & Cheese you would have thought would have been a little more, it was like a children’s order, otherwise it did taste good. We will order from here again, maybe next time I will try the triple dipper.

With a long layover, stop in to get two Santa Fe, bag of chips and a chocolate pecan brownies a cup of water all for $31.46 . The food was pretty good it to my amazement.

Food here is usually pretty good. I orders the Nashville hot crispers. My first piece tasted a little off I could not tell what it was. Also the loaded mash potatoes felt like it came out of an expired box very off putting. The service was a little slow but I understand she was busy so I can’t really complain. She was very friendly. This was an okay experience.

It's been a while since I've been in this location.. Food is good.. Service sucked. Looking around u can tell all the staff was helping each other. But our server was walking like he was was lost. We asked him for something he walked away said I will be back. He went to the kitchen came out and walked in another direction then when he passed by us u can hear him mumble oh off to the kitchen again and once again he didn't come back. We just have up. I asked for a plate to go. 😔 maybe next time service will be better🤔

I wondered around Love Terminal looking for a decent breakfast option. Based on the menu description and picture of Jason's Deli Croissant, fresh cracked Egg, Bacon, cheese; I thought I'd found a great breakfast option. However, see the picture to see what I got compared to the menu description and picture.

On the day I visited, the credit card system was down. I had to go out of the way to find an ATM so that I could pay with cash. I ordered the Club Royale. Being that this location is in an airport, I can say that the food I got was subpar to the same food that you would get in a normal Jason’s Deli restaurant. The sandwich was dry and the meat was weird. It wasn’t good so I didn’t eat the entire thing. I’ll most definitely skip Jason’s Deli the next time I’m at Dallas Love Field.

I purchased the Sunshine breakfast combo. The sandwich was dry but ok; the coffee was very weak. When I complained to cashier, she didn't say anything. I will not eat here again.

First I asked for sausage croissant w bacon added. Asked for the receipt and I couldn’t understand the cashier. She spoke so fast I had to ask her twice then ask her to slow down. I don’t mind language barriers or accents, but don’t have an attitude w me just bc I didn’t understand you. Then, they gave me a ham and bacon croissant, I wasn’t about to make them make another one, but I mentioned it to the cashier and she gave me a dirty look while snatching the receipt away from the bag and checked it. Sure the receipt said Ham, but that’s not what I asked for. I got a sandwich and an OJ and it cost $17

I'm used to getting a higher price at airports, but this Jason's Deli took airport price gouging from de rigeuer to an all out art form and their mastery was on full display. $37 for a wrap, sandwich & water with no chips. I crown the airport price gouging champions! With poor service to boot. Will not return. Sandwich was decently made so the champs missed the trifecta.

This place has gone downhill. Service here sucks! I live in O.C and the next time my family and I crave Chilis, we will be going elsewhere. We ate as a party of 5, came in very hungry after a day of Christmas shopping and found parking right in front, was greeted right away and sat down right away, this place was not busy at all. We took this as a good sign at first but now I know why. We then waited 20 minutes until my husband had to wave someone down so we can be attended to. A lady in a Grey collar shirt came over and apologize and stated she didn't know where our waiter was and asked other employees and no one knew. She then stated she will assist her by taking our drink orders and asked if we liked appetizers in which we stated of course! We are very hungry and have been waiting close to 30 minutes at this point. That still took another 10-15 mins to arrive. At this point I suggested to husband for us to leave, but my husband said let's wait a few more minutes because we were close to home. We then saw the lady talking to another waitress in a red shirt which she went over to another table beside us where others were just sat and started taking their orders ( I had no idea that was our waiter that we have been waiting on) After our drinks and appetizers arrived ( mind you we order 3 apps and lots of drinks, some being cocktails) the same waitress in the red shirt came over and then asked if we were ready to order. No apologies, no introduction, nothing! We ordered and we're checked on once towards the end. We spent good money here and it was a big regret. Yes I tipped her small because she really didn't deserve anything. I will never go back here, let alone take my kids. I will let everyone I know as well how bad this place has gotten. It was not busy at all as there where empty tables all around us to use that as an excuse. Don't waste your time or money!

Very bad server kept on asking for money for the chips I bought from elsewhere. Even though before I bought my chips inside the the restaurant. It’s an airport restaurant called Jason’s Deli. I bought 2 sandwiches and told the server that can I bring my own chips which I just bought it and eat in your premise as I didn’t know if they would have same chips. But she embarrassed me in front of my spouse and other customers in there. I thing she was not able to understand English at all. Will never visit another Jason’s Deli ever. The employers need to hire employees who understand English especially where there’s going to be all kinds of customers coming in.I would give zero star if for my experience as I didn’t enjoy my food because of that experience.

Wrong bread on my sandwich and the drinks in the cooler are warm. She also put my spoon on the dirty counter. Worst jasons deli ive been been to

My wife and I stopped in and ordered two sandwiches to take on our flight. They did not make either sandwich as requested, missing cheese, bacon, mayonnaise and more. We did not eat the dry sandwiches and certainly will not return.

Today 07/01/2025 we were on 2 hour wait and my son picked this place at the Dallas Airport as his pre birthday celebration. The cashier was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. I asked if we could sit on one side of the restaurant, and she said no, so we sat on the side with the chairs down. As we were eating 8:20 pm, she approached us and told us the lobby was closed and we asked at what time they closed. She said at 10 pm but lobby at 8:30. It wasn't even that time, we told her we would finish and leave. She came back cleaned the counter next to my husband, and as she picked up the chairs, she slammed it on the bench so aggressively and loudly. Not just one chair, two chairs next to him. I do not know how my husband kept his cool. We asked her for her name and said "Mayra".My son was very scared. I have time of incident and will be writing to corporate so they can see video.

What a disappointment. Even though I had ordered online with my car info, no one ever brought my food out, so I went inside. No one was at the bar so I waited - the takeout order wasn't manned as well. As I waited, I noticed how dirty the bar area was, the scum underneath and the can of chewing tobacco sitting by the well mixes. When someone finally did come to help me I checked my food in the car, and it didn't look great but I didn't want to deal with them again inside. The burger was OK but not great, the fries were cold, and the chicken was inedible - it had a very weird texture that didn't taste like chicken and got thrown out. This location is convenient, but a waste of money and time.
