ordered a couple pizzas, took multiple hours to arrive, lazy employees refuse to answer the phone or deliver the orders with any amount of care for anyone else’s time. Tracking doesn’t work correctly, thought my order was delivered to wrong address. Someone needs to get it together whether it be the employees of the establishment trying even a little bit to make up for the shortcomings of the app or the multibillion dollar corporation making an app that actually works. Never thought ordering pizza would be this much of a headache and I hope that this review and the phone call that I gave (after waiting for nearly 15 minutes to be connected) can convey half of the headache i’ve had dealing with this establishment. Update: after finally recovering my food the boxes were mangled because the idiot driving the car had no care in the world for the orders everything was mixed up he could barely even figure out what I got compared to the others. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME YOUR ORDER WILL BE LONG AND TRASH AND YOU WILL RECEIVE NO REAL COMPENSATION absolute joke of an establishment.

Absolutely terrible. It’s a snow storm right now and i wanted to get dominos for my family. they close early but i had called around 4 to see if they were still open, they had told me it was still open until 5 pm and it was only for carry out. i had left the house at around 4:30 and i had walked 15 minutes from my house to go to this dominos location. Mind you it’s a snow storm, but the time i was around the corner, i had called them again to see if they were still open, the person i had spoken to on the phone had told me last minute that they were only taking card since they were closing soon. so by the time i got to the store, they told me that they were closed (even though it was like a few minutes before they closed) and that they couldn’t take my order. i told then i had walked here and if they’re was anything they can do and the cashier smirked and laughed saying “no i’m sorry”. i left the store but yet i still saw customers walking into the store to get their food. this establishment wasted my time. i had to end up walking all the way home. definitely don’t feel comfortable going back to this location.

Delivered to the wrong part of the building even though I specified on the phone where it was supposed to go. Girl who took my order was laughing and talking to other people in the background not paying much attention. Never even called to confirm delivery. Don’t waste your time or $$ here

More than half of my order was missing and wrong. Delivery driver said they would return with the correct items but never did.

I ordered a pizza for 8:00 PM on New Year’s, and it never arrived. The driver apparently came to my building but refused to leave the pizza at the front desk and didn’t want to come upstairs. After that, the order was marked as delivered even though I never received anything. They claimed they tried to call me, but I never got any call or message. What’s worse, they never resent the pizza, never followed up, and never contacted me to solve the issue. Very disappointing experience, especially on New Year’s. Poor communication, poor customer service, and zero responsibility. I honestly don’t feel confident ordering from this Domino’s again.

Ordered a pizza and waited over an hour and a half without receiving it. Every time I called, I was told the driver would arrive in 7–10 minutes, all the way until the store closed. To make matters worse, a representative hung up on me during one of the calls. Very poor customer service. Not recommended. ⭐️ If I could give -5 stars, I would.

Order pizza at 920 at 956 I got a call that it would be 10 minutes…..I informed them I only get a 30 minute break when I ordered at 920 for a 10:00 delivery…..929 they call and say my pizza is at the gate I told them to keep it……worst dominos in the country….very rude

I order Alfredo pasta with chicken, mushrooms and spinach and this is what i got. I called and they said they will not exchanged. I came for vacation and this is by far the worse food place

This location repeatedly lies and claim they cant deliver the food to your door until they are pressured to then there is no problem. The first time they lied and said it was no longer allowed by the company, which didn't make sense since "leave at door" is an option on the app and website. I typically order on my way home so it will be there when i arrive. I've ordered 5 times from this location the last 2 years and there has been an issue every time. Missing items, refusing to deliver, and yesterday i got the wrong pizza, and it took them almost 2 hours and me threatening to call my bank before the driver came back with my cold pizza and wings. I was so fed up with them i just tossed it out. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Placed order at 9:48 and it was delivered at 10:55 and after I called the store three times. The order was missing the sauces, which I had paid and to make things better the driver left the food on the floor at my front door. This is unacceptable!!!!!

Normally a great place but whenever I try to redeem my “free pizza” there is an error with the app. When you call, they are confused and say there is nothing they can do. Shady. You try to get a manager, they will put you on hold until you hang up.

I just wanna start out by saying the service in this place is good and the food is decent. I’ve never come into the store personally, but when I walked in there today, I was shocked to see that everybody except one person was wearing gloves there was people touching food all over the place I even saw a driver, not even a worker inside a driver making garlic nuts, putting it on the tray with no gloves you gotta be kidding me I can’t believe that this is accepted and this is not the fault of the workers. This is the fault of either the management or the owner. For this simple reason I definitely will not be eating at this establishment no longer

UPDATE 8/18/2023 IDK WHY I BOTHER ORDERED A CESAER SALAD THE WHOLE SALAD WAS ROTTEN LETTUCE. THIS SUCKS EVEN WORSE CAUSE I SAVED THE SALAD FOR LUNCH THE NEXT DAY AND I SAW THIS. WHEN I GOT IT DELIVERED I DIDNT LOOK AT IT. HORRIBLE DELIVERY ! My pizza was literally stuck to the box. And all crushed . I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

Very unsatisfied with the Service Lately. They used to be very good at delivery but now it takes longer then usuall. My order took 2 hours to get to me and it was cold and burnt! Disappointed. Used to love this place! They are falling a lot!
