I had the Connecticut Lobster Roll with warm butter!! The bread is so buttery. It was delicious with crispy sweet potato fries. The fries could be bigger but over all yummy. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak, they forgot to give him a special ranch that comes with the sandwich but luckily the manager was walking around checking on everyone he got it for my husband right away which I guess made the sandwich for my husband. I had the watermelon cucumber lemonade... so so good!!

I got a chicken sandwich, which came with home made chips, and i ordered fries. The sandwich was well stacked with a plump chicken breast, spring mix lettuce, tomato and avocado on a nice sesame seed bun. The home made chips were good (how great can potato chips really be?), and the shoestring fries were salty but tasty. They also had a sprinkle of parsley for color which made for a beautiful presentation. Overall it was definitely a 5 star. My only (small) complaint, (which is the same one that I have for all sandwiches) is that the meat was a big plump ball right in the center of the sandwich which makes it look great but doesn't fill out the bun and it slides around like a hockey puck when you try to bite it. I would definitely recommend trying this place. The ingredients, presentation and taste were a step above the rest.

We ordered the Italian and the country club wrap. The wrap was delicious with very crispy chicken. The Italian, however, was extremely bland. Might return to try others. Updated from 3 to 4* Came back and ordered the burger and the cubano. The burger was ok, definitely not in the discussion for best burger in Dallas, but was very difficult to eat due to the chewy and hard bun…same for the cubano. The meat was delicious but definitely try and get it on a different bun.

All around solid sandwich shop. The food, service, and ambiance are consistently really good. The Cuban sandwich blended the pork, Swiss cheese, and spicy pickles just right. East Hampton is one of those places that doesn’t wow me, but I know I’ll leave there feeling satisfied.

We ordered from here again for 7 people. Everything again was correct nothing missing or messed up. All the ingredients looked fresh and had great flavor. Thanks for keeping up the good consistent service! We ordered lunch from here again today. Everything was spot on today, no issues from ordering, delivery, items received and items labeled. Everything was correct and in the correct bag. Food was again warm when delivered. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich, it was very good. If you decide to have lunch from here you will not be disappointed. Ordered lunch today and had it delivered. We ordered at 11:00 and did not get the food until 12:00. We had 9 orders total, the fries were cold by the time we got them, should have ordered chips. They had the bags marked by what the order was, but 2 sandwiches were put in the wrong bags. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich. It was very good, I really liked the flavor combination they did and the sauce. Good thing I noticed the sandwich in my bag was not the Cuban before I started eating so I could switch with the person that got my sandwich. Would order again, the food was good, they need to pay attention to detail when putting the sandwich in the right bags. Also knowing it’s being delivered make the fries last, but will probably just get chips unless dining in.

I agree with others. The food is good but a little overpriced. And the front counter staff are younger and not as attentive. I also noticed the tiles above the kitchen window were dirty like something had been splattered on a while ago and never cleaned. I ordered the green goddess in a wrap with sweet potato fries. All decent. My total was $14.05 after tax. No drink. I have also had the chicken sandwich and burger too. The burgers are pretty good. And the ranch chips are tasty. While the price is slightly higher than I like, it's convenient; I keep returning.

When I get to the front counter, the cashier had a laptop in front of her (with waiting customers) she said to “hold on” when it was my turn. I understand the need to take online orders, but maybe a little more politeness could be used. I ordered “The Cuban” with “house made ranch chips”. My order didn’t take too long, however the ranch chips are actually stringy French fries, and they came out lukewarm/cold. They taste like when you reheat fries in a microwave. I guess since they are complimentary I can’t complain too much. The Cuban sandwich however is really good, too expensive imho, but it’s very tasty with just the right amount of spice. The restaurant is clean with bright colors, with kind of a nautical “row team” decor. They have low tables with benches on one side and chairs on the other, and tall tables for two or eight, and a few round tables for two. Overall the $15.67 it cost was not worth it.

I was really looking forward to coming here. I ordered the Uncle Paulies chicken parm sandwich and didn’t love it. The chicken was not the right size for the bread and the bread was not the most flavorful. Both of these factors made the sandwich a not great meal for the price. I would consider coming back and trying something different but overall was let down by my experience.

Sandwiches: 5/5 Service: 2/5 Been having the Italian for lunch twice a week for a few months now. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially when the take out spot is taken by their own catering van. Love the sweet potato fries, but a dipping sauce should be included. The cashier pulled me aside to charge me $1 for 2 ranches after I ordered 3 fries.

As a visitor and staying at a nearby hotel, I was disappointed with the East Hamilton Sandwich Co. We called around 9:30 with a takeout order of 6 sandwiches, and the person taking the order was more concerned with us arriving before 10 pm when they closed. Needless to say, we arrived before closing. Everything was neatly packaged and stapled closed in white paper bags. Our cheese steak sandwiches, I thought were small, maybe close to 5 inches long. My sandwich was warm when I ate it, but I thought it was overpriced. The restaurant itself was bright, clean and roomy. The staff was fine when I arrived but I've had better sandwiches at better prices.

Do not even bother ordering the wraps. This is an Uncle Paulie’s wrap, it was very small, the chicken was chewy, it barely had anything inside and on top of that, they charge $2 for the wrap and everything ended up being over $17. Not ever coming back.

Came here about 2 weeks ago. Ordered a sandwich. It was ready by the time I went the the bathroom and came back. Sweet potato fries were completely stale and the food was poor, quality terrible, temperature cold, overall tasted like it had been made hours prior. I left the fries there and nibbled on the chicken and overall went somewhere else because it was unacceptable. The location was completely empty. Never been to this location, always went to snider plaza location and never had this horrendous experience. Whatever the staff plan is for preparing the food is atrocious, stay far away, super far. You will be disgusted.

Order a clam chowder soup. Received a COLD stiff cup of bland, overwhelming, unseasoned potatoes. No clam or chowder. Just thick cold cream and potatoes. It came with no spoon, even though it’s soup. To top it off its not in a microwave safe container so you’ll just be eating melted plastic and 1000 potatoes. Worst chowder I ever had.

I ordered the fried chicken Jack. Very disappointing. The sandwich was not served hot and the cheese was not melted. The fries were pathetic. More bread and lettuce than actual chicken. Fresh ingredients but very little much flavor. All of this for $14. What a waste. Will not go back.
