I have been here SEVERAL times with my three year old, and we have never had this good of service as we have today, thanks to Christian. We are so happy to be here today. He’s smiling and friendly and efficient. He even left his duties to come out with a clean dry towel to dry off the playground for the few kids who are here today. This was a great lunch pick that our kids loved. All kinds of different burgers and shakes. The shoe string fries with the fry sauce was great. Very unique place with a playground for the kids and a lounge area for the adults. My son got a “dirt worm” shake.

I enjoyed this place. The burger and sweet potato fries were delicious. The food was fresh and hot. The place has inside seating, as well as a covered patio style seating with play area, that has a slide and more, and is great for kids. The restaurant was very neat and clean. This place is great for adults and kids of all ages. They have soda, water, beer, and wine to drink. Come check it out and see for yourself.

Typical do it yourself eatery. At least it is better than the other chains. The price is decent and the burgers were pretty good.

Atmosphere is great, especially for kids, obviously! The burgers go through phases of being great and being okay, but the chicken and fries are pretty consistently great! For a quick, out to eat, fully gluten free meal for me and my kids, we love it here!

Good food properly prepared. The chicken nuggets were so good. The play ground was exceptional. Great to have something for the kids to do to burn off energy (if there is such a thing).

This Dallas location feels a little more cramped than the Allen locale, but it still offers the same great food and fun. The outdoor covered patio that overlooks the playground has 15 picnic tables and even on a busy Saturday during spring break there were empty tables to sit down at. The indoor seating area was a bit cramped, especially when there is a full line waiting to order, but there was still room to refill drinks and get sauces. The burgers and fries were good, and I absolutely loved the mustard dipping sauce that I dipped my fries into. The kids burger meal is a decent value especially since your kids won't want to leave once they start playing.

Okay so I got a double burger with grilled onions and hat sauce. A little salt and pepper on the meat would go a long way. The only flavor I got from this burger was from the hat sauce and the cheese and the grilled onions. No I'm not surprised because most places don't like seasoning their meat for some reason and this is just another one to add to the list. The service was good though and the atmosphere was good

Two Classic Burgers one Lettuce Wrap, fried pickles, sweet potato fries and a Birthday Cake shake. The classic burgers were greasy, possibly from sauted onions or maybe grilled buns, but that doesn't explain it for the lettuce wrap. The patties were tender and juicy, still not a ton of flavor. The flavor came from condiments and cheeses. Shake was more a vanilla shake with sprinkles, and very small. Fried pickles were a tad salty, but the star of the meal was the sweet potato fries. Crisp, hot, very flavorful. It is hard to find a place that understands that swwt potatoes have a high water content, and MUST be cooked longer than regular fries in order to crisp up. This id definitely a family place as the tables and chairs were a bit sticky, and more tables outside by the play yard than inside. A better version of Micky Dee's play room. Oh yeah lots of kids under 13 were present. I remember the days fondly with my kids, but am gladly done with those days. Oh yes, don't be fooled by the pictures on the website...your food will NOT look that good.

Came in for the first time today. They were super busy which is understandable on a Saturday. However, we saw several people receive their order before us. When our food came, it wasn't hot and my burger was wrong; staff were not the friendliest when I shared this info. Overall, just not impressed and when my burger-loving-kiddo agrees...maybe we caught them on a bad day.

They have good burgers, where this place fails is in the over pricing of all their food. I can’t justify eating here anymore when I can go to a drive in restaurant close by and their burgers are in the $3 range….plus although the employees are friendly, they are just their and act like robots who don’t care how much you are spending on a burger. Anything for a sale, acting like total snots when it comes to price of their menu. I used to go every month since I have an appointment each month very close but I absolutely refuse to pay over $15 for a burger and a coke and I was there prob 5 months ago and the place was almost completely empty due to their overpriced menu.

This location has gotten to be well, sticky. It could use a deep clean. My feet stick to the patio and the furniture is grungy. Needs to be scrubbed and hosed off. It has a rustic vibe but IMO sticky is not rustic. (I’ve got kids so my standards are pretty low.)

Visited the restaurant on 11/15/25 at 12:45pm… there was not a single table open and people were not leaving. There was also a birthday party during that time and kids were running everywhere. I’m shocked they were still allowing people to order, they definitely exceeded occupancy. After we ordered, we waited about 15 minutes for an available table, with no luck I decided to cancel the order and leave. Unsurprisingly, two other families decided to do the same.

Any other burger joint is better than this one. It took them 30 minutes to make 2 burgers with fries and tots. No one in line either as shown on photo. When we finally got it the tots and fries were cold and the burger was burnt. $50 waste of time. Pass on this one unless you enjoy disappointment.

Burger was gross. Each burger only includes like 3-4 ingredients and cost about $9 for the burger only… additional $6 for small fries and small drink… so expect to pay about $16 for one meal. Crazy price for a mediocre burger. Not sure why I was expecting all the burgers to include the lettuce, and tomato plus what the menu shows. (But that’s my fault) Cashier girl was sweet.
