Chicken Express is a great place to stop by and get your stomach fed and happy... spicy or regular? thats the question! they are both delicious alongside fries and rolls... we really enjoy chicken express and greatly recommend it.

Ordered through drive through and sercice was exceptional. Downside was the biscuits were dehydrated and rock hard as if they've been sitting all day. Still, the spicy tenders are the best.

Restaurant was clean. Help was very quick and nice. Food came out 🔥 parking was easy to get in and out of. Make sure you lock your car. There is no Playland for kids woo hooo.

Ordered a 3-piece meal today, but only received 2 pieces. My wife picked it up and didn’t think to check inside until she got home. Disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. Food is fine, but the service was inaccurate this time.

first time trying. and i had the spicy tenders, my partner had the fish fillets. my spicy tenders were flavorful, downside is they were a bit over cooked and you could taste it. my partner had the fish , he stated that they were very thin and firm. but had a good flavor. the staff was very nice and patient with answering questions we had about the menu

*CHECK YOUR ORDER* This is two times in a row I’ve been here in the drive through ordering for my family. Both times they’ve forgotten to put fries in every box with my combo order. And this time the drive thru lady was waving me through when she didn’t even hand me our drinks this place has just gotten weird.

We got 2 of their tenders combo. Half regular half spicy. One order has cheese sticks and the other was with mashed potatoes and gravy. The food was not good. We got our food around 10:45am, they opened at 10am. No one was in line. But our chicken tenders were extremely dry. To make it worse the combo didn’t come with any sauce. If it was suppose to, they didn’t ask us what sauce we wanted. It was our first time there so not sure if sauce comes with the combo. Luckily I had ranch at home, but even with the ranch the chicken was terribly dry and bland. Even their Dr. Pepper tasted off. It was flat and just tasted like sugar water. Also, their gravy is bad. All you taste is black pepper and water. No depth of flavor. I have never tossed out mashed potatoes before because I love them, but I literally could not finish it after 2 bites. The only saving grace is their cheese sticks. That was good. Wouldn’t recommend this place for chicken tenders.

The food was cold and old!!! I didnt appreciate receiving cold tenders. The cashier was quick but not really friendly. Atleast she wasn't rude. The best part of my meal and purchase was the drink!!

I will NOT come back to this establishment ever again! I only asked for a #1 Regular with mashed potatoes and a roll. I was dinning-in and instead of being given a tray, I was given a to-go box with no napkins and no plastic silverware. I had nothing to wipe/clean my hands with and nothing to eat my mashed potatoes with. They did not have any napkins nor silverware out in the open for customers to take when necessary, so I had to speak to a cashier. Unfortunately, there was a group of construction workers that came in to order right as soon as I was making my way to the cashier. So it was either wait for several minutes for these guys to place their orders or bite the bullet and leave. So I took pics and left. Don't expect me to come back after this crap!

Does this look like normal chicken express fries? Or does this look like some walmart bought fries :( ? My bag was sealed so it Definitely wasn't the driver, also somebody needs to clean the drink machines they have a mildew/mold taste. Bet the main drink lines feeding the machines are filthy and barely cleaned. The chicken was good though hence the two stars.

I drove through and got food in the window I travel because I'm an Uber driver and got the worst cold food rubbery chicken and when I called back to tell him that my food was bad they hung up on me worst customer service I've ever had in my life when you get bad food and bad service you should at least give them their money back I paid $13 to eat two pieces of chicken they didn't listen to me about my tea and they weren't nice and had no customer service when I called them back I was very nice to them and told them if you don't do right by me I'm going to put a review in and here it is they suck Don't go eat there

This was absolutely horrible.. a chicken what's so dry you can tell it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours... Then I ordered okra it was hard as pellets... Oh my goodness the young lady at the drive-thru was unbelievably rude.. I won't be returning at all!

First time going here to try the food. I see this place all over Dallas. Needless to say, my first time was my last time! My food was made to order so it was fresh, hot, and RAW! I like my food with no blood coming out of the middle🤢. People, you have to do better in food service and you wonder why businesses get closed down. The workers playing around and loud... smh.

The lady w/the headset taking the orders is very Rude! There was no greeting & she was only able to force "anything else," out of her mouth as if there was a limit on what could be ordered. It irritates me to no end to be rushed while I'm placing an order. When I'm done I always say "That'll be it!" A person w/zero Customer Service skills should not be on the window or front counter! Won't be back to this location!!
