Stopped by Luna Grill at The Hill in Dallas and was seriously impressed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked – especially the chicken kabob plate. Super clean space and chill vibes. It was packed, BUT they turned out my order in a snap. Big shoutout to Jaci and Selena – they were incredibly kind, helpful, and honestly, total stunners. Their service made the visit even better. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving Mediterranean done right!

Great first visit to Luna Grill on Greenville Ave in Dallas! My wife and I were in town from Austin visiting family and decided to try it. We told Selena (the manager) it was our first time, and she was super patient explaining the menu and answering our questions. She even hooked us up with complimentary drinks and pita, totally made our night. Food was fresh and delicious. It’s no wonder why the place was packed at 6:30 pm. Excellent service from Selena and the team. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in Dallas!

I was looking for meal prep options and I found this spot! Overall food is really good, and the amount of food for the meal prep deal was excellent ($47) It even included bowls & lids so u can portion it how u want too 🤗 I've been twice- 1st for the meal prep (which I will def be ordering again soon) and again for lunch Rice is cooked perfectly , chicken still taste good after a couple days and shrimp are meaty nice size (tail on) Their chipotle sauce is THE BEST! And the spicy hummus is also great Curious to try the salmon soon and also the loaded fries 😋🤤 If u get the meal prep with salad make sure u ask to have the salad in a separate bag or they may put it in the same bag as the rice and meat- which will be piping hot and might wilt the salad, as it is cold. I love Luna Grill, it is one of my go-tos for lunch or dinner! The food is always super fresh and you can tell it’s made to order. Everything tastes clean and flavorful. The staff here are awesome too, always friendly and welcoming. It’s one of my favorite spots for a meal that feels both healthy and satisfying!

Thus is my go to spot for fast good food that is filling! The service is always top-notch and the food is delicious.

Jaci greeted me when I entered, and kidded about the open doors (something was over-grilled!) She got my order totally correct, the food arrived quickly and was delicious as always. I eat here weekly.

The service was amazing! Excess credits on ClassPass brought us to this place, but the amazing food will definitely bring us back! Kean was so helpful with explaining the menu and giving us the best recommendations. (Even letting us try some of the sauces!) I just recently discovered this place. I work near by and it’s very conveniently located. I’ve been in twice in one week. I had the Luna vida bowl with the minced beef. I went during lunch time around 1p. There was a bit of a wait ~15min or so. I went again for the second time and I got the sampler with the grape leaves, falafel and the hummus. The staff have always been so friendly and pleasant. Kenny served me both times. He’s so friendly and kind. He will def brighten your day. I think I met either the manager or the owner today she was very attentive and checked on us. I think I found a new favorite, I’ll def be back!

Jaci was great! She was attentive and very friendly. Food was fresh and flavorful. The only thing I would suggest is using romaine mixed with spring mix for the salads. Just spring mix is a bit too earthy.

This was my first time here. I had the Gyro plate shown here. It was okay but I have to say that the Gyro meat was really good. This restaurant is nice and clean with a good atmosphere.

This was my second visit to this particular Luna Grill location, and unfortunately, it was another disappointing experience. I ordered the Garlic Bonfire Shrimp Plate, and once again, the food was overcooked. The shrimp were tough and dry, with some pieces visibly burnt (see photos), and the rest of the plate was soggy, lacking the freshness and texture I expected. It’s disappointing to see a repeat of the same issue.

Usually I'm all about Luna Grill but the last time we went they forgot a few things and there were literal pecan shells in my salad 😔🥗 ouch. It was one of the first meals of the day so maybe I'll wait later like I usually do.

I keep getting the run around for a refund on an order they messed up and had to submit a chargeback with my credit card. Will not be back and suggest management gets retrained in how to deal with customer issues in a timely manner. November 3rd - Luna forgot my Gyro meat on my Gyro meat platter. I called in and was told a manager wasn't available and they will leave a note for them to handle it the next day. November 11th - Realized my credit card was not refunded so called them back and was not able to get through to anyone on 4 attempts. Called corporate and they were not able to get through either November 13th - Finally talked to someone else who also said manager was not available. Guaranteed me they would call the next day around 1pm November 14th - No call November 17th - Called again. Phone continued to ring and no one answered. Chargeback submitted. Tired of running around with them

Walks in being black and worker automatically assumes I’m door dash/uber eats…when there two meals also sitting in the online/app pick up! One with MY name on it! That type of atmosphere is inappropriate and awful customer service. Do better

If I could give zero star to this place I wouldn’t hesitate that . Staff and people working there specially the lady right at the front has such bad attitude and very rude . Never going back to this . Food wasn’t really good as well when comes to Mediterranean dishes. As a person who owns the business I never higher people with such bad attitude. Know the owner of Luna grill Shawn and Maria from their Carmel valley location in California. They need to creat a system that based on customer satisfaction not just higher anyone who doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

Food is good, but don’t order from the website. DoorDash took 1.5 hrs and they just let our food sit there on the counter. No communication. Called several times. Poor coordination between restaurant and 3rd party delivery services. No offer to remake it. Food showed up cold.
