My first time having Poke, I love the service I'll receive from Tania. She explained to me all the different options and everything I ordered tasted fresh and so good.

I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name, but she was very helpful, and knowledgeable.

Jasmine was such an amazing help very nice and polite she recommended the Ramen base with shrimp and spicy salmon it was very delicious and comforting definitely will be back !

This was my first time being here and the food and service was great! Vivian was very sweet and helpful in explaining how ordering works and her recommendations were delicious!

Friendly environment and food has never disappointed! I try something new Everytime i come into town, everything has always been so flavorful. This is better than any fast food even tho it's fast to you! 😁

Pokeworks is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! If I could, I’d go every other day. I’ve ordered through their app every single time and picked it up to go. The best part? They are consistently generous with their portions—way more than I’d expect, which makes every order feel like a great deal. I’ve never been disappointed with a meal from here.

I was looking to grab food on the go before heading to work and found PokeWorks. I found the service to be quick and efficient. The food was fresh and delicious!

Kale noodles are yummy. I didn't get to try the spam musubi but so cool to see some in Dallas. Makes me home sick for Hawaii.

The most amazing Salmon bowls. I'm on the slow carb diet and the food here fits perfectly into my criteria. By far, my favorite Poke restaurant in Dallas. Highly recommend.

This is the best poke place in Dallas! The service was amazing. It was empty when I came, so I could look at all of the options. A large bowl ($16) comes with 3 scoops of protein. It is a great protein to rice combo so you don't feel cheated when paying. The best thing about here is that they ask you how much sauce you want (like light, medium, heavy) and I always have that problem when ordering poke in Dallas, is that the bowl always seems so dry. It is odd that you can get basically unlimited sauces, but if you want any on the side it's .50c, I guess that's to cover the price of the plastic containers, but you shouldn't need any extra, unless you second guess yourself like I did. There is so many toppings (mostly free but masago is .50 c extra) and it's a good portion you get as well. I did do the combo and got the delicious miso soup and a canned drink. I love it here! Finding it was a little difficult with Google maps, since I didn't realize that it was in the middle of a shopping center area, but walking there I was able to see some art and other restaurants I will be trying. Will definitely be back!

It was my first time ever having Poke and I was NOT disappointed at all. Everything was top notch delicious and the service was five star. We will definitely be back.

Fresh Poke every time, and a very clean! Prices are about the same as other Poke shop in Dallas, and worth it. You may have a little trouble finding the place, but keep looking between the buildings.

All washed down with a glass of their non sweet tea my meal was complete. I will definitely give this place a 2nd shot and hope the employees are more enthusiastic as maybe they were all having an off day.

Was so excited to check out poke for the first time and with Pokeworks options I was even more excited. However, this excitement diminished event more when I picked up my bowl. I ordered my food online as I had to get back to work quickly. I liked the various options that they had--shrimp, salmon, chicken, kale, pineapple, green onions, peppers, cream cheese, avocado, and so many others. I picked the two protein bowl with shrimp and spicy salmon along with an array of toppings and sushi rice. However, my bowl was mostly rice with just a sprinkle of toppings. I am not sure the salmon was even in the bowl. I likes that the bowl was a littlw warm, but that was it that I liked. I was not super impressed.

SUPER OVERPRICED. I paid for extra meat and they literally gave me 2 little pieces. I double checked. Oh, and I will not understand advertising a drink with boba but charging extra to actually add it in the drink lol

Jenny the manager is understanding and apologizes for my experience. However, the owner does not feel the same way and will not issue our money back on this last order we received. First tried this place back in February, then May and June everything was great. Last 3 orders, today’s and July and another order in late June have all had items missing made wrong. This is why I called today to ask for a refund. It was the continued screw ups. The owner stated that I need to leave my job - AGAIN and bring all the food back for a refund. Are you going to give it someone else??? This place has gone down hill and we will not be back. The owner must really need our 60 bucks! Placed looked a little empty today. 12/12/2024 - still haven’t heard back from anyone. I even sent an email like they asked. I don’t think they really mean what they say when they comment.

Look, I get it. Shrimp, salmon, tuna …… those aren’t cheap, so the dainty little scoops make some sense. But the chicken? Seriously? Since when did grilled chicken become a luxury item? I paid $20 for a “large” bowl with three proteins, and apparently that includes just enough chicken to feed a malnourished goldfish. It was almost performance art watching them scoop it — like they were afraid of tipping the economic balance of the free world if they gave me an extra piece. No avocado, no premium toppings, just the world’s most minimalist protein sampler over rice. If I wanted a bowl full of disappointment and vibes, I’d have just eaten at home in silence. Do better.

This is the second time that I eat here and the price they give me is altered after the fact. If you decide to go here definitely ask for your receipt.
