Tip: The large salad is easily enough for 4-5 people so I would suggest the small for 3 or less. Call before going to check if the AC is working.

Absolutely phenomnimal service from the moment I walked in the door. This place has the best hospitality. The hostess Stephanie, and my server McKenna were super helpful and recommended the bbq chicken pizza. The prefect mix of spicy sweet.
BEST PIZZA IN DALLAS The flavors?? spot on and accurate You get what you order, and it delivers in an unapologetic way. The atmosphere?? Phenomenal, close your eyes and you feel like you’re in NY. Right now their AC is out so call before going, BUT WOULD COME AGAIN EVEN WOTH AC OUT !! It was that good.
I’d like to start off by saying we came during lunch hour, and were seated immediately. Our drink and appetizer orders were taken shortly after. We had the bruschetta trio, and whilst all 3 options were good, the roasted pepper was my personal favorite and wish I had ordered 3 of those instead of the tomato & basil, and artichoke. In my opinion there were way too many tomatoes on the tomato & basil, and I wasn’t a fan of all the onion in the artichoke option. The pizza was fantastic!
First time here and I am satisfied with the experience. The staff is courteous. The food was prompt for a not so busy day. Garden ranch Salad small was a good portion for two people. 18 inch pizza was a also a good portion for two. I was hungry, she was too and still had two slices to go. Got the whisky on the rocks and it was a generous portion. Ordered a cannoli and was satisfying to the sweet after taste needed. Overall I recommend this pizzeria. 👌
Yum!!!! Pizza is amazing! Stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar. Server was so nice and was excellent. The top shelf margherita is delicious, although all the drinks were a little pricey. The restaurant itself had a very cool vibe with nice decor. We each had a 12 inch pie, his just the regular and I got the white pizza with garlic. They were both so delicious, we were so happily surprised! The thin, crispy dough made the pizza extra special. They offer a ton of toppings and appetizers and entrees. Can't wait to go back!
A place where you can customize your own dish is always a winner in my book. I made an entirely vegan pie and loved it. Make sure your phone is not on 2% because you will need it scan the QR code for the menu. The restaurant is in a mixed used development so ne prepared for a short walk because you might have to park a small distance away. Otherwise get in there and get creative. Prices are reasonable and they have Stella! The only beer worth drinking ha!
My wife and I love coming here. It is a great place to grab some fresh pizza and chill out. Since having the baby, we tend to try to go out a little earlier so as to not distract other customers. It was funny as we were in here about 5:30pm and so were a lot of other new parents with kids below 1 year of age. It was funny another guy and I were trading places taking laps around the restaurant to keep the little ones from crying too much. The staff was very friendly to everyone here even with a baby started to have a fit. The food is really great. My wife and I enjoy the Pepperoni Pizza (but love the BBQ Chicken that is available only in Summer even more). The pizza always comes out fresh and tastes great. We love splitting the small Caesar Salad as two people can eat off that bad boy. This means we will get to take home half the pizza for left overs the following lunch. The house wine they have here is awesome! We enjoy it so much, as it has such rich flavors that really compliment the pizza. Great place and we will continue to come here for many years to come.
Wow, the pizza was amazing. Baked well done in a coal fired oven. Man! So good. Salads were the freshest and brightest you can get. So delicious. We ordered jalapenos on the side and they warmed them in the oven. Such attention to detail. Service was excellent. Even the ice tea was great. Highly recommend this place .
Everything was so good. The large salad is easily enough for 4-5 people so I would suggest the small for 3 or less. The crust is so thin and crispy but if you get a pizza with a ton of toppings then the crust might not me able to hold up to it. The service was great, we had "grandpa" (that is what we were told to call him). Ask for him, he will make you laugh and make the slightly lengthy wait time when busy seem short.
Food= Liked it. I won't say I loved it. It was nice but lacks the "wow" factor. We had pizza. I don't remember what I ordered. It had thin crust but kinda dry. Service= It was nice. I tipped. Our waitress was also working the bar. There were not many people. Again, there was no wow factor. There are waiters and waitresses that actually make difference to your dinning experience. Atmosphere= It was cool. I felt a little out of place like we weren't wanted there. But I ignored it.
People are always talking about NY style pizza. This IS NY pizza. Welcome to Brooklyn. Menus is mostly pizza, but that's what you came for anyway. Appetizers and salads are solid but it's all about the pies, and these thin crust, coal fired beauties are near perfect. Please don't add ham and pineapple or commit other acts af sacrilege in this authentic NY outpost. Sit down, shut up and eat the pizza.
Definitely on the pricier side for pizza, but the quality makes it worth it—thin coal-fired crust, flavorful sauce, and generous toppings done right. Atmosphere is lively, service is quick, and portions satisfy. Not an everyday spot, but great when you want pizza that actually delivers on taste.
Visited around 8:30pm and indoor dining was full. Was seated at the bar, which I didn't mind. Staff were intentive and got our drinks and order in. Received our order at a reasonable time. Pizza was great and the wine was excellent. As we were done, we couldn't find our waitress or any staff to close out tab. We see staff cleaning up and getting ready for closing. We sat there for approx. 15 mins before bartender came to close us out. Would visit again, but not near closing time.
I went to Grimaldi's Pizza at the Park Lane shopping center hoping for a decent pie, but left pretty disappointed. The young bartenders act like they're still in high school—barely old enough to pour without spilling, honestly. Bar's a wreck, sticky floors and counters that haven't seen a wipe in days. Walked up for service and got ignored for ten minutes while they chatted amongst themselves. Even the food felt rushed, nothing special for the price. Skip this spot unless you love chaos. Grimaldis. Please don’t destroy your brand. Invest in good employees.
At least their salad was good Cons: -service is slow -pizza burnt -pizza was super chewy -pretty loud in there It did take a while for us to get served at first. The pizza took forever to come out and it’s not really worth the money in all honesty I won’t come back but the servers were nice so i wouldn’t be too mad to be there
We love Grimaldis as a family, good food, great family atmosphere but it's just insane how.much time they are taking this days to.have your pizza ready, it's not a one day thing, we come offen. Today they took 50min to have our pizza ready at the restaurant, a couple next table left because no one took care of them. The waitress was great and educated, but just working on a bad system.
Decided to go here after a friend posted some pictures of their visit. We were seated pretty quickly and ordered an Antipasto as an app. I was somewhat disappointed when it arrived. Bread seemed pretty bland and could have done with a bit of toasting. While the salami was average and the cheese nothing to write home about. When the pizza arrived i was pleased by the amount of toppings but knew almost instantly it was quantity over quality. The Don's sausage chunks were plentiful but overpowered the pizza. The pepperoni was decent. I tend to favor pepperoni that's thin and crisps up on the oven, as opposed to thick, small pepperoni found here. The pepperoni was by no means bad, but reminded me a bit of prepackaged pepperoni you can find in bulk at Sam's. While everything tasted good, it was just steps away from tasting wonderful. The sauce was good, the cheese was also just good. But for me a pizza lives and dies by the dough. And while definitely steps above your general pizza, it lacked the chewy/crunchy texture you might get at a higher end pizza place for relatively the same price. Dessert, honestly, hit me by surprise. The cheesecake was fluffy and one of the best cheesecake I've ever had. I'd go as far to say that it gives the cheesecake factory, found a few streets over, a run for their money. My partner had the chocolate cannoli, which only had filling at both ends, as opposed to throughout, which I found weird. All in all, I think if you're in the area, it's a great place to try if you're curious. Would l go out of my way to eat here? Unfortunately, there are better pizza places in the dfw if you want high quality pizza.
I placed an online order for pickup. Upon arrival, we were asked to sit and wait at the bar-understandable. My sister tried to place an additional order while we waited, the same items that I had just ordered online. She was told those items were not on the menu. After waiting over 20 minutes, we tried to ask someone to check on the order, but even though it was practically empty, it was impossible to get anyone's attention. When the order finally came out, I tried to ask for red pepper packets, but the staff proceeded to ignore me every time I said "excuse me." Overall, while it did smell delicious, it felt very unwelcoming. If you are someone who appreciates good customer service, I would not recommend this location.
The Grimaldis on Park Lane was horrible when I went. The so called GM named Jeremy was very rude. My friend and I were in disbelief about how unprofessional he was. The waitress went and talked to him and told him that we needed to talk to him. He didn’t wanna come over. It took him forever. He even went to the restroom and stayed for 10 minutes!! When he finally came to speak with us, he never made eye contact never apologize for the service or anything. I even offered to not get a refund and make it right and he said no!!! I can’t believe that store is still running with leadership like that. I asked for his car or a number to his manager, and he said he doesn’t have one that he’s the only person I can talk to about his behavior! It was crazy!
Overpriced, hard to locate and find parking, portable air conditioning units detract from atmosphere. Our waitress was fine, service was adequate, but my calzone, which cost $25 was the worst I've ever had! I paid for 3 additional fillings and there were maybe 3 pieces of sausage and 2 pieces of onion TOTAL! The ricotta tasted sweet. Don't waste your money!
The moment you walk in, it’s clear the restaurant is trying to channel some kind of New York–Brooklyn vibe—but it ends up feeling more like a caricature. Wine bottles used as light fixtures, generic stock photos of New York, and random “Brooklyn” signs make the space feel like the “American section” of a supermarket in another country. To me it just comes across as cheap and a little off. I ordered the Mediterranean salad, the Brooklyn Bridge pizza, and a glass of red wine. The food overall was fine—nothing bad, but nothing I’d go back for. The salad was very standard, something you could get just about anywhere. The pizza was solid, probably the best part of the meal, but still pretty forgettable. I’d rate it around a 6.6. The biggest issue was the service. The pacing was off: the salad came out in a reasonable time, but there was a long, awkward wait before the pizza arrived. On top of that, the glass of wine I ordered never showed up until I asked about it—after the pizza was brought out—and even then, I had to remind the staff what I’d ordered. The waitress wasn’t rude, but there was no real effort to be friendly or attentive. It felt careless. Would I eat here again? Maybe if I was nearby and didn’t have other options. But would I make a point of coming back? Definitely not. There are better places worth your time and money.
We can't come back to this place anymore because of the White Guy with Red shirt I think he is manager or team leader,we have visited almost 2 years this Grimaldi's Pizzeria but when ever he sees us we noticed he is mad and he is not respecting customers ! We ordered pizza to eat it there when we came in the lady was asking us to pay we paid it with no Tips on the cashier bc we had planned to pay the server cash as a Tip but this white guy just came asked us about the Tip he was talking fast we can't get we were chocked after that the lady who was at the cashier was expanded us. We told her that was misunderstanding in-between us we never say we can't pay a Tip we had $15 in cash for the server anyways we don't like to see this guy again he was disrespectful and unprofessional for his customers. He came to us
The host/server completely dismissed us, he did not check on us even though there were only 4 other groups in the entire restaurant besides us. He was not friendly or even interested in taking care of us. The pizza and antipasto salad were good. I guess there was a shortage on sodas because I did not get a refill and was left drinking watered down ice+coke mix. We were not offered dessert so I couldn't tell you if they have any or if it's good. This place has potential if they hire servers/hosts that are actually interested in serving their customers.
I usually love this place but my past two experiences have really ruined it for me. I work long hours and rarely have time to leave on time to eat here, I was able to leave and make it 35 minutes before they closed, I was so excited thinking I was going to be able to get some pizza! (I also work in the restaurant industry and 35 minutes is more than enough time) but upon entering, the girl at the bar saw us come in and just stood there.. We waited a couple moments until she finally came over and asked us what we needed, we specified we needed a table for two but she was quick to respond “you know we close in 30 minutes right” just the attitude and lack of customer service rubbed us the wrong way. We were aware what time it was and are usual fast eaters. She offered to get an order to go but by then her attitude really ruined our mood and we decided to go somewhere else.
