This is just like every IHOP you’ve visited before. The service was adequate, although I believe they are currently understaffed as our server seemed rather busy trying to juggle the influx of people. My mashed potatoes were cold and not done and I tried to get another bowl and those weren’t done either and it took 9 minutes before my server came but we stopped a waiter to help us and he did great from that point on! He couldn’t help how the food was brought out!

My waiter was Chris, who seemed like he was either tired or didn't want to be at work. Took my order when he brought it, asked then if i needed anything else. I asked for ketchup. He never came back afterwards to ask if i needed anything or if i was ok, until he brought my check. I wanted extra napkins to wipe the water from the table caused by the condensation from the glass of ice water. Finally when i was just about finished with my meal he brought my check, and i had to quickly ask for a to go container for my pancakes. I sighed when he brought it, he ask is that ok I said yes I'll just cut up my pancakes and put them in there, it was a small container. I left a tip, but his service wasn't worth it. And i frequent all the ihop's. Chris needs a bit more training of politeness and attentiveness to his customers. Maybe he had a bad day or experience?

I love this place, and I'm giving it five stars, because the food is really good. However, I will say the last time that I came there, the servers are sometimes very rushy when it comes to customers. You guys need to understand that visually impaired people are going to come in, and you cannot rush them. Moreover, whenever a visually impaired people needs help, you can't make them wait hours and hours to get the help they need. I understand they have other tables to serve, but when you are working with someone visually impaired, you have to be patient with it then.

Went for dinner. Place wasn't super busy and they were put of a lot of food and waiting for the truck to come. Wasn't able to order what I really wanted but what I did order was ok.

I’m a regular at IHOP, but last Saturday was my first time at this location. We never got our order after 35 mins of waiting. We saw new customers arrive and receive their orders but never ours, therefore we decided to leave. Manager apologized so they didn’t charged for the coffee we had. When we were heading out, a waiter gave us 2 dollars cash from management. I was feeling down for being ignored, but those $2 made me feel offended.

What a weird experience! To start my family and I were greeted by a man dressed in regular clothes wearing a red ball cap. At first we were not sure if he were a current employee. But the other employees seemed to treat him as an employee. It would have helped if he were given an IHOP apron and asked to remove his ball cap. He did not properly greet customers whatsoever. Please retrain!! He literally waved to seat us from across the diner. We’ve been to this location before and will return in hopes of a pleasant encounter. Our waitress however was nice. Food never misses!

Been years since I last had IHOP's T bone steak and whatever this is was definitely not it. Increased the price and went downhill taste and quality wise. All of the other stuff we ordered was the same. Chicken was really hard, Waffles blah, and the crepe tasted like it was made with Semolina. It also seem that majority of the employees in this location were very rude. Our server I forgot her name, was polite and friendly.

I came here late at night because it was the only place open while on the road. Their menu was tiny compared to the other ihops I have been to. For a gluten free diner, the large menu was already limiting, but this locations the lack of usual selection was particularly disheartening. I ended up ordering three sides because of the limited menu, they were alright. Overall it was an okay visit.

Our server, Noel, had an attitude the entire time we were there. From the moment we sat down, he seemed uninterested and dismissive toward me but polite to everyone else. When my daughter was choosing her breakfast, he made it sound like she could only have bacon or sausage until I read the menu myself and pointed out she could have both. He then said, “I already put bacon down,” instead of just fixing it. Throughout the meal, he only asked my man if his food was good and completely ignored me. It also happened to be Veterans Day, and even though my man is in the military, Noel didn’t acknowledge it at all. When I needed the manager to correct something, I told Noel I was waiting for a new receipt before paying, but he still grabbed my card. I had to ask him to hand it back. When the corrected receipt came, I tried to give him my card again, but he walked off to help someone else. Every other customer he served got friendly, respectful service — I have no idea what his issue was, but his attitude toward me was obvious from start to finish. Update- IHOP gave my family a free breakfast for my bad experience. It was better this time.

Food was bad and server was moving slow and had given us no utensils and we had to get it ourselves and waiter had called me a “chinese guy” and drinks were watered down the honest review it was uncomfortable the service was bad the server tried giving himself his own tip i would not recommend eating here at this location.

While I typically enjoy my experiences as a regular customer, I unfortunately had an issue during this visit that left me very dissatisfied. When paying my bill of $38, I provided two $20 bills and one $10 bill ($50 in total). I explained that I wanted to tip $5 and needed a $5 bill back. However, the server insisted that I had not given the $10 bill, leaving me shortchanged. I did not want to create a scene at the time, but I am certain of the amount I provided. This experience was disappointing, especially as a loyal customer who visits often. I wanted to bring it to your attention because I value this location and the service I usually receive, but this situation left a very negative impression.

We were seated quickly then sat there for 10 to 15 minutes no one came to take our drink order or food order then a group of people got seated and someone went right to them and too their order while we were still waiting on someone so we left do better ihop

If you’re lazy and too unequipped to handle basic customer service then go ahead and say that. Never in my life have I been told or told a customer I couldn’t take their order bc we’re short staffed. That’s a lazy excuse to wanting to do what you get paid to do. If you can answer the phone you can take an order. Horrible customer service I can only imagine what the inside is like let alone the food.

I went this past Sunday expecting to eat and enjoy a late breakfast but when we walked in there was no one at the front desk. And there was 1 couple in front of us who seemed to be waiting there for a while. The husband was standing in the front looking at all the workers hoping for them to notice him and they did but were basically ignoring him. Then he finally got seated. Then it was our turn and for a wait that long you'd expect it to be packed but it was empty, the parking lot was empty. You'd expect there to be no wait am I right?... while I also stood there waiting making eye contact with the workers and looking at lots of empty sections nobody came up to us and completely ignored us. While we waited and waited we just decided to leave without being seated. That was very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location and will not recommend others to come here. Very disappointing.

Angelay was great overall and very professional. The only downside was the long wait time before being serviced. I completely understand that things can get busy, but I feel it would have made a big difference if she had simply acknowledged us by saying something like, “I’ll be right with you.” Instead, she walked past several times without saying anything, and it wasn’t until I went to the front to ask about being moved that the situation was addressed. These guys refuse to have customer service. It’s like they are going out of there way to give the worst service possible. The amount of time you have to wait, you might as well go back to the kitchen and make the food yourself. Unbelievable waste of my time.

This may have been our worst post-service breakfast ever. We trier something new. The staff was so nice, but they didn't have even half the people needed to run the shift. We waited for over 30 minutes to get a seat and then another 30 minutes for almost inedible food. Pancakes were raw. Hash browns were underdone and tasted like onions. Eggs were not the ones we ordered. Crepes had so much cinnamon that it couldn't be scraped off.

Horrible experience took 2 HOURS for our food that wasn’t even good. NO UTENSILS BTW had to get them OURSELVES and the drinks were watered down. SIRVER DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOIN.

I tend to frequent the rockwall location and always have great service there. At this location I asked for my same order which was the $6 French toast meal. I specifically said I wanted the $6 meal and they brought out what I knew was right plus hashbrowns and I was confused because that isn’t normal but I asked to eat my wife’s since she didn’t want them and I thought that’s what it was. She comes to us with the bill that was $43. Which is WAY above what I expected. She had already swiped my card and didn’t even show me the bill. I asked why it was so high and she charged me $13 for what SHE thought I ordered which was the split decision meal that is only additional hash-browns to the $6 meal. She made no attempt to make it right whatsoever and I felt uncomfortable asking for a manager cause she was saying what she thought I ordered even though my wife heard what I ordered. I will never be back to this location. I eat at ihop almost weekly and NEVER spent that much. I should have just gone to Kiki’s but I didn’t want to spend $20 each but at least I know I would have gotten good food for that price. A whole rip off. Watch out for Stephanie and if you get her be sure you get your order right and point to it.

We came here specifically for the 24-Hour Fantasy Football Challenge that IHOP has been advertising with Malik Nabers. My friend is 8 hours deep into his "punishment," but the manager just cut him off saying it was only supposed to last one hour of getting bottomless pancakes. It’s disappointing to see a location not leaning into the culture IHOP is literally using in their commercials right now. We’re paying customers and he already tipped extremely well, but being told he’s "cut off" while the brand is promoting "bottomless" for this exact scenario seems unacceptable.

Everything was good when we finish eating we told one of the ladies can y’all please bring us the check and she was like yes, but she took like another 15 minutes to bring us the check but she was talking to another lady during those 15 minutes. It’s not a good service. We waited like around one hour for everything and it was empty it was a night you need to change your people. They’re not doing a good job.

Pancake half the size then anywhere omelet half the size then anywhere. Picked up for my kids to share and it's there's half to food ordered and the omelettes completely missing the white sauce and thereseven only half the syrup getting only one syrup. Im outraged! When I asked them to fix it they claimed that it was right and that they have no control over every other ihop giving bigger sizes. I said the pancakes are like the kids size pancakes and they then claimed they don't even have a kids pancakes! I must've never been to ihop before in my life! I guess me ordering ihop every other day for over a year at all these other ihops within Texas and Florida Georgia and North Carolina South Carolina Washington I guess EVERY OTHER LOCATION BUT THIS ONE IHOP IS DOING IT WRONG! RIGHT??! IF YOUR THE ONE SINGLE LOCATION DOING THIS WAY AND EVERY OTHER LOCATION WITHIN ABOUT A HUNDRED LOCATIONS BY NOW IS DOING ANOTHER HOW CAN YOU CLAIM YOUR THE ONLY ONE DOING IT RIGHT? HOW CAN YOU CLAIM YOUR TWO PUMP PANCAKES IS CORRECT WHEN THREE SEPERATE IHOP OWNERS HAVE CONFIRMED THAT NOT AND ITS SUPPOSED TO BE 3 PUMPS! HOW IS THE OWNERS CONFIRMED 3 SEPERATE TIMES THREE SEPERATE OWNERS THAT THE OMELETTES SHOULD BE TWICE THE SIZE THIS LOCATION IS SERVING AND YET THEY CLAIM NO ITS HALF THE SIZE THEN THE NORMAL ONE?! ITS MISSING THE WHITE SAUCE OH NO THATS HOW IT COMES THE LADY SAYS! IVE ORDERED THIS SAME THING SO MUCH FROM SO MANY DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND HAVE NEVER GOT IT HANDED TO ME LITTERALLY HALF THE PORTION FOR EVERYTHING! IVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM FORGETTING THE WHITE AND MAKING THE PANCAKES WITH TWO PUMPS A FEW TIMES BUT NEVER THIS BAD! NEVER EVERYTHING HALF! NEVER AN OUTRIGHT LYING LADY REFUSING TO FIX THE ORDER THEY SCREWED UP! I PAID FOR ONE THING AND GOT ANOTHER ITS THAT SIMPLE. I GOT SERVED A KIDS MEAL THATS NOT ON THE MENU RATHER THAN AN ADULT PLATE! WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION! IM SO MAD I CANT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR EVEYONES SAKE.

We attempted to place a to go order over the phone and the waitress was intentionally messing up our order. We finally gave up when we asked for “steak and eggs” and she kept asking us what that is. I don’t know if she’s drunk or what. Didn’t get her name but we will just go elsewhere.
