February 23, 2026 – 12:15 PM I came to In-N-Out today and the employees both upfront and in the back were so nice and well-mannered but in a genuine natural way that really stands out. Everyone seemed happy to help. One thing that really caught my attention was Miguel (the one with glasses) who was training today. He was such a gentleman and so helpful to everyone in the restaurant picking up trash, bringing condiments, taking peppers to tables, and even opening doors. What I loved most was hearing him tell the person he was training, “It’s the little things you can do to help give them a better experience here at In-N-Out.” I definitely appreciated the advice he was giving and the way he was leading by example. The restrooms were clean and so was the restaurant huge plus for me!!! Thank you for the great experience! 😊
Five stars for In-N-Out in Dallas! The burger was fresh, juicy, and stacked just right with crisp lettuce and tomato. The animal-style fries were messy in the best way. Fast service, clean spot, and seriously hit the spot.
Please have a manager reach out to me. I requested a protein style burger but inside the bun. Simple request. The order taker claimed they cannot do that. Then im assuming a manager jumped in and agreed. Cant be done. After simply asking why...I received no answer. Manager conceded and said yes we will do it. I get home and I have a normal burger. No protein style. I love this place but please...someone make this make sense to me. Make it protein style. Put bread on it. Simple. Manager says we will do it and lies. Disappointing.
There's In-N-Out & then there's all of the other burger chains. Top quality food thats always fresh & delicious & exceptional service. If you've never been to an In-N-Out...what are you waiting for
I come here and the line is wrapped around every time, quickly am reminded why. The service is always top tier, line moves fast and the food is always so good.
I tried the bunless burger, lettuce wrapped. It’s a very good choice for a higher protein, lower carb meal. I also love their fries made from fresh whole potatoes. The lines are usually long, but you’ll be greeted with courtesy and a smile.
In-N-Out Burger in Dallas never disappoints. The food is always fresh, hot, and made to order. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the prices are great for the quality you get. The staff is friendly and efficient, even when it’s busy, and the restaurant is clean and well run. This location keeps the classic In-N-Out experience consistent and delicious. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick, satisfying meal!
Went to this in and out around 11 pm and the service was incredible. A ton of people were in the store and the employees were on top often their game, friendly, and took care of everyone in a timely manner. Shout out to Jayden for being the real MVP and being aware of the numbers he was calling. He handled every order with respect and treated every costumer with honor even when it was late at night and the store was loud due to the amount of people. My friends and I were super impressed, Way to go!
The best of the burger chains, I sure wish there were one in Tulsa. They hand cut the French fries, and fresh never frozen makes a huge taste difference.
This In-N-Out Burger in Dallas, right by SMU, is hands down my favorite pit stop before class. It’s quick, consistent, and exactly what you want when you’re short on time but still want a solid meal. The burgers are always hot and fresh, the fries never disappoint, and the staff somehow stays friendly and efficient no matter how busy it gets. I love that I can swing through, grab my usual, and be on my way without stressing about being late. It’s clean, well-run, and feels like a little comfort stop in the middle of a busy school day at Southern Methodist University. Reliable, delicious, and clutch when you need it most—this spot never lets me down. 🍔🔥
Came here to try out a double double for the first time, and let me tell you, the way people recommended me In-N-Out Bueger knew what they were talking about. It's comfort food perfected. The buns, the patties, the vegetables, everything about the burger was impeccable. Won't mention the fries, though. Not a fan, pretty salty, but all in all, still a solid meal. Will definitely come back. Though, be careful, that drive thru is long.

The In-N-Out Burger in Addison is my OG location, and it always delivers. Like every In-N-Out, the food is consistently good. The staff is pretty cool--dare I say cooler than the ones at Chick-fil-A. The food might take a while to come out, but that just tells you how fresh it is. I got the Number One with animal-style fries, and it was fantastic. Make sure to check out their secret menu before you order; the secret menu items are often better than the regular ones. Five stars for this In-N-Out in Addison!

Being from California, I have to say I was pretty impressed with the prices. The food was OK not as good as California. I found a little bit of burnt cheese in my burger and a hair. The fries were fresh and the service was great. We opted to go in to order and not do the drive-through because doesn’t matter which In-N-Out you go to the line is always 100 miles long and could take hours Joking it’s usually very long and can take up to a half an hour sometimes 7 out of 10 recommend checking out this location
Fantastic as usual. This location is convenient to downtown and other outer area attractions. The service was great and the food can’t be beat. The only complaint was that the floors were super slippery like they mopped up grease and spread it all over when doing restaurant floor. It was pretty dangerous. Still a great experience nonetheless.

Laterally right now, I ordered through drive thru, and my order was two double double with no cheese and onion along with pink lemonade juice. After I received my food, I found out that they put cheese for me in both of the burgers, so I had to give them away to anyone who needs it instead of just throwing it in the garbage. I ordered AND paid for 2 double doubles and I ended up with 2 singles. Unacceptable. Aint find out til I got all the way home. And I had a friend from out of town who wanted to try In n Out for the first time...not a good first impression.
Ordered a double double with onions and chili peppers all the way. I got 2 burger patties and a couple buns plain instead. Asked for pepper and salt too and I didn't even get that. I felt taken advantage of being a Contractor rushing my food out, the lady even said back to me what I had but it was too late when I left I had to go back to work. They're not always like that though, I'm not sure what happened I was nice to them as usual. Sad times.

Love this place but we ordered a chocolate shake here and when it arrived there was absolutely no chocolate in it, just vanilla. We tried to ask for a new one and two separate people including the manager said this was normal and that it was just a "light" chocolate shake.
