I love the food at CAVA. That crazy feta is SO good!! I visit this location often, and keep visiting because the staff is always friendly. It’s conveniently located at The Shops at Park Lane. I like its aesthetic with large windows overlooking the green space and other shopping. It also has a patio if you want to enjoy your food outside.

I am a frequent cava uber-eats-er and the last couple times a lot of ingredients/ sides have been missing. I called ahead and gave the worker on the phone my feedback and asked if he could make sure everything was all good with my order before the driver picks it up. I'm not one to call ahead like that normally, so I felt very awkward doing so. But he was more than kind and reassured me all would be well with my order. Upon receiving it from uber eats, there was some extra goodies and a very sweet note from (what i think is spelled) Rau'l!! Huge shout out to them for being so attentive!!! 10/10 Thankyou thankyou thankyou :)))

I am a delivery driver and have been trying to come here at least once a week to get a bowl. Way better than the next door competitor in my opinion. I always build my bowl and take it to go. It tastes delicious all the time ! I have caught them 10 minutes before closing as you can see I opt in for double protein and they don’t disappoint. I have had chicken, spicy chicken, steak and even the braised lamb. All great options depending on the mood. It’s great tasting and filling. I look forward to this plus it’s on the healthier side based off the dressings you decide to add. As for the facility it’s always clean people seem happy when eating there and all types of backgrounds. The staff is friendly and treat me as if we have known each other for a while. I haven’t tried another cava because I look forward to coming out to this one. I highly suggest it, I have turned many of my colleagues onto Cava thanks to the great customer service and quality of food here. Pineapple mint drink is my favorite by the way. I think that’s what it’s called.

Service was very good here.Food was fresh store was a little dirty. Restrooms could be cleaned but other than that. Great experience friendly staff. I would definitely be going back there on my lunch breaks.

I was super surprised by the variety of options and choices of salads and sauces was nice. Better than Chipotle by taste 🌯🍲🥗 and price 🤑. My bowl was a nice portion left me full and completely satisfied. The drinks are not traditional and offer a very different approach besides regular soda and juice flavors. Example, I had the apple pineapple mint. 😶😏 even better when added with a mix of blueberry soda. The pics are the proof. I will definitely be recommending it to others and can't wait to return. Chipotle better watch its back.

I would have given higher scores but this is the third time going that something was left off the order. I tried calling but you can never get through to anyone. The food has always been great, it is very fresh and good large portions. With that being said they either leave off the sauces, the bread, or chips I actually paid for! It would be nice to at least get through to someone that could have taken care of the issues.

I've been to another Cava back in March and it seemed like I got much less food this time. Definitely less rice and the scoops of hummus seemed smaller. Got the chicken shawarma and truthfully it didn't taste like much of anything. I loved my first visit in March but this $20 meal was disappointing. Oh, and like $2.50 for a whole pita was ridiculous. I can buy a pack of them for maybe a dollar more.

A fancier version of Chipotle in Mediterranean style. Fresh veggies and well blended sauces. Not so many options for meals which make it easier to choose. My chicken bowl was great and i loved it. Kids did not like their kid pita very much but it was ok. Service was not so great and needed some improvement: no smile and greetings, rushing customers through the line, dirty tables and chairs, not alters and bowls piling up at the trash counter since the two trash bins are full, men restroom was out of toilet paper. Hope for better service next time.

So I came before 9:30 pm... they close at 10:30 pm. I know restaurants shut down at least 30 minutes before close so a hour is enough time to get what you want. First, they're out of white rice... they're not literally out of it. They ran out and chose not to cook anymore. I hate brown rice! Today only on the app, they had a reward for free pita chips. The worker tells me they don't have any...unacceptable because I know they have some... it's the cook who didn't fix anymore. So I said nah, I want my pita chips. There's no reason the fryer is shut down this early. The worker then says he was able to fix them then proceeds to hand them to me, instead of putting them in a bag because I'm also ordering a bowl that isn't finished. I ask the other worker to put the chips in a big bag...I don't wanna hold my food when it's going in a bag. Then she puts on the stuff so fast that she didn't put on the hummus and crazy feta...I found out later when I got home. And I didn't get a chance to tell her to put the dressing on the side because she was so fast. It was giving the workers are confused... nice but I rather they be competent. Won't be back to this location.

Purchased a bowl today 2/16/2026 -asked for ginger beer - the cashier showed me where they were. I go to get 2 put them on the counter with my bowl. Paid for my order snd I was asked if I wanted a bag- well yes. I drive home across town - because there are no Cava in my area, get home no ginger beers. No receipt. Just the bowl in the big bag. I called them the lady was very nice. She said they are right here on the counter. She offered for me to come back and get them. No, I live across town. Then she offered a refund, perfect. Then came back and told me I would have to get my refund from the app. Make the customer work NO!!!

Alright here we go. Ive had the food at this particular location 3 times. 2/3 I’ve gotten sick. Sick as in middle of the night pain. This is was due to poor service and sanitation. Granted i went near closing hours one time. But there’s zero reason that the scoopers look like they haven’t been washed all day and would have the audacity to put all of the scoopers in one trey. At the time the two employees looked at each other slightly and smirked because they knew the scoopers were dirty. And knew I was looking and grabbed a “less dirty one”. Long story short I didn’t finish the food and got sick that night. Personally idk if people even care enough to look at the details but since I’ve gotten sick. I don’t plan to spend any money in cava moving forward until they meet the standard of sanitation and making sure the food is fresh. Not just the early hours, all day while they are serving food

It was 1 person ahead of me, it took more than 10 minutes to get waited on, when the young lady DECIDED to help out she took my order and it literally took her two minutes to spread 1 flavor of hummus on pita bread because she kept turning to talk to the cook in the back. So I did her a favor, walked out and left her spending that hummus and went to Chipotle. Don't wasted your time!!!

I can't even believe I need to do this review, as I hardly ever leave reviews. But it’s necessary. On a nice Sunday evening, I decided to purchase from this location on-site. As someone who has worked in restaurants in my younger days, I wanted to ensure I was very kind to the staff— as always. While purchasing my meal, I noticed the cashier was subtly rude. She seemed very annoyed and didn't hand me my food, but slightly pushed it at me to get me out of the way. I was so confused, as there was no prior conflict. In addition, I didn't ask for much, as I keep my food selections very simple. I checked all the boxes in my head to determine what went wrong. I just couldn't ignore it. When I stayed briefly to get some napkins, I noticed a completely different encounter for the person who looked to be her same race, right behind me. She was extremely kind to him and properly handed him his bag. Her vibe was so different not to notice - great service. Now, I’m a person who tries not to make heavy assumptions, so I won't for her. But you can guess what the experience felt like. I was shocked, very confused, and disheartened that this had to be the one for me today. CAVA, love the food. But this…this was disappointing. Yes, as you can see, your customers not only purchase, they observe. And while this was my experience, I hope it’s taken serious enough to change for others in the future.

I thought Chipotle was next door, but no, cava just became one of them. Never coming back again This people is getting extra greedy with the portions every day even when we pay for extra protein. 🙄 Even the bag of chips only comes with 3?? Really??
