Every time I come to this location the staff is friendly and attentive, this last time I went, I saw the manager greeting guests and checking with them and my table to ensure our experience was top notch. I was very impressed with the service offered. I usually get the tenders when I come, and they are melt in your mouth tender. Tossed with Nashville hot, they are delicious. Cut-them-with-a-plastic-spoon tender.

My boyfriend and I had our 1st visit here last night after our 6th anniversary date night road trip. It was a fantastic end to the night! The food was fresh and delicious! I loved their ginger lemonade! I loved that they bost of how they make their food by hand and support local farmers. Their facility was clean, and the staff had phenomenal customer service. Everyone was hard at work with smiles on their faces. They were friendly staff and seemed to work well together. All staff was happy to engage in conversation and crack a few jokes with us. You could tell that Mason was passionate about this business and the staff appeared to be happy with his leadership. It was evident it was a pleasant place for workers and customers alike.

This was our first time here and 10/10 highly recommended! The food was so delicious. The fries were so good and crispy. Then there is Dan! He is so sweet and an absolute gem! His jokes are hilarious! This will be our new go to spot when we visit Dallas from now on!

I went to Hopdoddy twice. Once I ordered take out, chicken tenders and fries. The second time I dined in, a burger and fries. Both times, I was very impressed. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was great. Overall, a definite recommend!

As delicious as they are gorgeous, one of the top Burgers in Dallas. The Magic Shroom or The Farmhouse are so tasty. So much attention to detail with every ingredient, well done

Some of the best burgers we've had so far in DFW! Not overly greasy, the toppings balance out the patty, and the sauce flavors really pull through. We think the truffle wagyu could use some more truffle to balance out the gaminess of the patty, but other than that it was all worth coming back to!

OK, I’m down in Dallas for a family reason and while I was here we came to our favorite place that we missed in Texas since we moved back to New York and it was absolute delicious! Truffle fries, on point, big Larry was on point and everything was amazing. The service was fantastic and the people were absolutely hospitable! If you’re ever in the area, be sure to stop by!

You don’t often mention service at a burger bar but it was outstanding here. They helped us select dinner, checked up on us multiple times and cleared right away. Factor in amazing fresh hamburger and hot chicken sandwich and you have a 5 out of 5 spot. Will definitely be back to enjoy a beer as well next time.

Haven't been to Hopdoddy in a while. They have some great salads now. Good burgers. Good fries. The Brussel sprouts were good as well. We had fantastic service. We were greeted by a very chipper door greeter who made sure we knew about the choices and how everything worked. She suggested two options for our group to sit together. Loved the salad and my burger was very tasty.

It was such a great experience! I’m so happy to come back to my favorite location and the management and staff were amazing! They checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! My only feedback is my fries were not as crispy. Rosemary is absolutely amazing! She has turned this location around. The staff the atmosphere was so positive! You can tell the food was made with care! Thank you so much! I highly recommended the Magic Shroom burger and the Parmesan Truffle Fries!

Man this was delicious!!!!! My kids had the regular chicken sandwich and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I had the chicken strips, Nashville hot and buffalo with fries. My kids said they loved their stuff. But mine was amazing. Fired to the gods and and the flavors were so good. The dipping sauces.were.even amazing. Its rare you find a burger place that has good chicken options. They do!

The French fries was good but the burger was not good, the wagyu smash has a good taste but a little salty.

I was expecting more of this Burger Joint.... We ordered 3 Classic Burgers and one Magic Shroom. The burgers are OK but small. We also added some Parmesan Truffle and a Green Chile Queso fries. The service of the staff was rude.

We ordered again from here for lunch to be delivered for 9 people. From order to delivery was within 30 minutes. Everything was packaged well, and all orders were correct, nothing missing or incorrect. This time I ordered the Goodnight/Good Cause. It was a great burger! Didn’t know what to expect from the caffeinated BBQ sauce, but it was great. Everyone enjoyed their lunch, and this time the fries arrived warm. We ordered from here today for lunch to be delivered for 5 people. Everything went smoothly with ordering and delivery. All orders were correct except 1 order was missing the drink. I ordered the classic, everything was fresh and tasted good. The burger was perfect, nice grill on the outside but still medium rare on the inside. The only thing was with the fries everyone got. Being delivered I know it will not be hot, sometimes warm if they are close, but these were really cold. I don’t mind fries being delivered a little cool since you’re not getting them for 15 to 20 minutes but these seemed like they were a lot older. Will order again, love the burgers, next time I should just through the fries in the air fryer and warm them up.

Let me start by saying the young lady that helped me had amazing customer service and she gave great recommendations. She was patient and informative. She wasn’t the cook, so the part of my review referencing the food is in no way a reflection of her. Everything is a la carte so be prepared to build-a-meal. Once I placed my order I couldn’t wait to try everything so here is my honest review: The hot honey tenders were dry beyond words. I don’t know how they claim that they are sauced tenders when it’s truly nonexistent and they give you ONE small sauce for five tenders. It might be best to inform customers that they aren’t wet tossed but dry rubbed. The green chile fries were decent, a little undercooked and poorly served as they did not come in a container but simply tossed in a paper bag. I found that quite unsanitary. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was the best thing I ordered. Tender, hot and juicy. Room for improvement but decent meal

Walk in and the atmosphere/decor is cool but that’s about it. They said there would be a wait for a table or could eat at the bar, after we’d been standing in line several minutes already. We get to the bar and order at the same time as others around us. An hour later we will didn’t have food. They bring fries before rest of the food so you don’t even get your burger with fries (unless you want them cold). The green chili queso fries are okay. The manager had to come apologize because they forgot to put our order in. Finally got the food (wasn’t even hungry anymore) and the burger was dry (no pink as requested) and it was very small. Bowl was okay, didn’t eat much of it. Won’t be going back!

I ordered the fries and only about half of them were fully cooked. Then my burger came and it was completely raw in the middle. The restaurant remade it and when the new one came back I can only describe it as vindictively salty. Just way saltier than the initial burger was and it was still raw in the middle. If you're looking for a spot to go for happy hour, there's far better deals at place that don't try to give you food poisoning then punish you for complaining.
