I called this location to see if they had spicy lamb meatballs since it was later in the evening and the other Cava location told me they were out for the night. Ms. Joanne answered the phone and told me that they were also out for the evening but she would be happy to request that some were put on the grill to be cooked. I was so grateful that instead of just saying "were out" she went the extra mile and offered to have some cooked for us. She said it just takes a few minutes. 2 other employees simply told me they were out and did not offer to have some made. I was so very impressed and grateful at Joanne's kindness and service. We drive from Red Oak to downtown for Cava because of the fresh and whole ingredients. Joanne, you truly made the difference and we do not take your kindness for granted!!!!

Me and my coworkers come here every Wednesday. Javier and the manager (i can not think of his name, he is taller) always treats us so nice. We are always taken care of. The whole atmosphere is great. The food is always fresh. Sometimes there is a line from the lunch hour rush, but the whole crew works so fast. I choose this Cava over all of the other Cavas by me.

This is my favorite Cava. The food is amazing, the people are great and fun, and it’s always so clean. I’ve been to Cavas all over, but this is really the best one in Dallas and definitely the best out of Dallas or Houston. Javier is so much fun; he’s personable and so professional. His recommendation for the lamb was so on point. Ask for him! lol they’re all great people though. Work had taken me out of Dallas for a while; it’s nice to be back.

I just recently moved to Dallas and a friend I just met decided to go to Cava she had never gone and I had a coupon for free pita chips. Javier was a breath of fresh air! Javier! Javier! Javier! Javier! I'm from Chicago and my friend from Baltimore and Javier made us feel like Dallas was such a good place to call home in this season of our lives. The dishes he recommended was perfect. We will definitely be back. I can totally see us frequently visiting to grab a healthy lunch and to definitely swing by to see Javier for a good pick me up he's a gem.

Wow, the environment there is beautiful and very welcoming! This was my first time trying Cava and the staff made sure my experience was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had help going over the menu and I was very impressed as they have so many good options to choose from. I ended up ordering the Harissa Avocado bowl (no modifications) and it was delicious! I see why it’s a fan favorite; the bowl was flavorful and packed with just the right amount of spice(not too shy and not too obnoxious). Shout out to the team and a special shout out to England and Sonia for your kindness and generosity ✨🌻.

Basically Mediterranean Chipotle. Food was awesome. I recommend getting a build your own bc it’s the cheapest and you can make it just as good as their pre build meals which for some reason are more expensive.

Everything about this location is 5 stars first impression will tell you all you need to know , I came on my lunch and it was literally the best customer service I experienced my whole 5 years in Dallas so far , IVAN did an amazing job and so sorry if I spelled his name wrong but literally sending love to the whole CAVA team everyone was sweet and had amazing energy , I’ll never forget IVAN 🤘🏽🫶🏾 LOL oh by the way my food taste highly fresh and amazing thank you all 🫶🏾✨

This is the cava to go to! Super clean with friendly and attentive staff. I love Cava and dont get to go as much as id like since i moved out of DFW! The food was fresh and tasty. I ordered the harrisa chicken with supergreens and harrisa dressing (i like it spicy), and they provided the perfect amount of sauce ❤️. The young lady and the gentleman who assisted were really nice! When i want something super tasty and healthy this is my go to place! I will definitely be back again when i am back i town for work ^_^

I get a bowl here about once a week. Sometimes it’s great. Sometimes it’s almost inedible. Today for the second time the lentils are like tiny pebbles. Several times the chicken has been burnt and so dry!! I keep going back because the dips are great as are the toppings. But dang. I wish they’d get the chicken and lentils figured out.

My first time to Cava....This place was just filthy. Trash over flowing, condiment area was just gross, no ice. My salad was good but based on the lack of standards here I would not go back. This place was way more focused and concerned with driver pick-up than the in-store dining experience. This is the next Chipotle listeria outbreak waiting to happen!

Today I can say was the worst experience I’ve ever had at cava. The food is usually great. But today, I’m just not sure what was going on in there. The first bowl Was very skimpy as you can see. We literally counted six pieces of meat in that bowl. The person making the food look like he did not want to be there at all today. He threw it in their very sloppy, which really wasn’t a big deal but after finally getting into the house and opening the ball and seeing that there was only six pieces of meat and as you can see from the picture a quarter of the bowl food and that is everything that comes on the harissa power chicken we didn’t take anything off. And that’s exactly what we got. The other bowl was a little more full, but of course I had to pay for extra meat just to get a decent portion of me. And then after eating it, it was terrible. This is the only location I’ve ever been to and every time it has been perfect except for today.

I went there on Thursday 26th, I got in line at 12:45. When it was my turn to get the food the person who was serving me put very little food. She would make sure she measures the food. I kept asking her to add more and she said it would be extra, I said that’s ok because she serving very little for me. I noticed on the other people around me who were not black, they were served a lot of food, they would fill up the bowl for them. Even when they didn’t ask for extra. Honestly, that threw me off. I’m not sure if it’s because of the color of my race or I don’t know what it is. But that made me sad.
