Opinions de Jarams Artisan Donuts Dallas
Even if you are not religious, then you must know that this is what heaven looks like! I’m a huge fan of their Plano location but happened to be in the neighborhood so stopped by. This is a family business and you can tell from the care of their customer service and freshness of all their donuts. And of course the DELICIOUSNESS. It’s hard to choose…but my favorites are anything with the fresh berries and of course the crème brûlée donuts. I love even their simple donut holes. Just melts in your mouth. I have to set my alarm now so I can wake up early to get some tomorrow!
This was my first time trying Jaram’s Donuts but I have been seeing their store for a while and today, they did not disappoint - this is officially my new donut store! Not only was everything delicious, their artisan donuts looked beautiful too and the service was kind. I don’t usually start my morning with donuts but once in a while it’s a guilty pleasure. For someone with a sweet tooth, their donuts are sweet but not too sweet (that’s sweet spot - pun intended). The Banana Pudding was my my favorite so far.
Fantastic artisan donuts! We had a special order on Thanksgiving and they delivered!
Omg best service ever. I was set to arrive a couple minutes after closing and the owner kept the shop open for us. I really appreciate it. Best donuts in Dallas
Very friendly staff and delish food. I have ordered them from Post mates, door dash, and I have been in the store - all of it has been good service. I also can't resist their donuts and pastries.
I’ve never stepped into Jarams, but my husband is my total enabler and that thrills me to death! He knows I love glazed donuts and Boston cream donuts and, like this morning, I get them as a surprise for breakfast. He’s discovered Jarams sausage rolls, and, boy, are those a nice warm tasty breakfast treat. My husband likes the old-fashions and apple fritters.
Gourmet donuts done properly! I’ve been coming here for years and they are consistent and have friendly, fast service. This is the new location and quality control is the same as the original. Standouts for me are always the Cronuts and Creme Brulee donut. The cronuts are so buttery and flaky, with a variety of toppings. The creme brulee has a crisp shell and cream on the inside of a yeast donut. The sausage rolls are also bomb, the dough is fresh, a little sweet and buttery. This can be a little pricier for an everyday donut spot, but it is absolute the spot for gourmet donuts. I highly recommend and will continue coming here.
Donuts are delicious, well presented. Must try!
Wow. I had to drive past several other donut options to get there but I understand why the kids are ok with a longer drive, it the best! The uniqueness of the selection of delicious donuts both sweet and savory. The kids of course go crazy for the candy topped selections like crushed candy bars or a pile of gummy bears on top of fluffy moist cake like donuts. I had a kolasche that I’m miss spelling here. It had a great savory and spicy taste. Had to get two. The staff is so well trained they told me to heat each one for 13 seconds in microwave. Not 10 or 15? I asked. They said perfection is at 13. They were right and the visit was both fun for me and kids and the staff was friendly and inviting. This may become a family tradition if we don’t get too far eating these amazing five stay donuts. Side note- it a shame most people only post reviews when there’s a negative experience. When a business goes out of their way to do a great job, help them prosper and let everyone else know about a great jewel such as Jarams. Great job Jarams!
Ordered via Uber Eats, called in to request a couple specific donuts to be included with the half dozen specialty donuts & the 100% accommodated & were super friendly. Received order timely & donuts were absolutely amazing. Absolutely give this place a try!
I hadn't had it done that in over 9 years and made the mistake of going into jarams. They have a beautiful selection of artisanal Donuts. My favorite is the maple bacon cronut. It's like the crack of donuts. Not only is it beautiful it's incredibly tasty. The cinnamon swirl donut is also a delightful classic and they have a decent apple fritter. They also have a variety of iced and filled Donuts in a rainbow of beautiful colors that seem to attract the children. And on the weekends you can see whole families in the small sitting area enjoying a donut or two and dads carrying out boxes to take home to their families.
Love the selection of donuts 🤤 I always get the s'mores an bacon donut. I really recommend u give them a shot . They have meet my expectations . Funnel cake donut 😋 🤘👌 .
They’re so nice here and the donuts are to die for! I usually do not like donuts but their specialty ones are so good. Their kolaches are delicious too
My first time experiencing these artistic delicious donuts and I would definitely recommend even the crisscross sausage~N~cheese breakfast sandwich was Pretty great the taste of the bread itself was sweet and really good !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My favorite place for mini jalapeno kolaches! The perfect bite for those craving a savory snack. They follow standard COVID social distancing procedures, can order ahead and online.
Forget the other flavors. I judge donuts on the Glazed, and Jarams certainly does a good job with the basic flavors. If you like more creative flavors or “artisanal”, they certainly have you covered.
I have visited this location a handful of times now. Donuts are always fresh, not too sweet, creamy for those of you that like the creaminess of certain donuts. If you do not come early you will not have much of a selection. Early as in 7:30 AM early. We have stopped by at 11 AM and most donuts were gone even though store is open until 1 PM which is why Im leaving 4 stars on my review. I wish they would make an extra batch for those of us who come in just a bit later. Otherwise I do recommend this location.

I came in on a Saturday morning about 6:10am, 10 min after opening. The donut case looked empty and didn’t have any of the specialty donuts on display, which was disappointing, but the kolache case was full. I had to wait a few minutes for them to finish making the specialty donuts I wanted, croissant donut and berry. The two apple fritters I got had good flavor, but didn’t taste fresh. The cream topping that goes with the berry donut was good, but I can tell the recipe has changed from a few years ago. It just didn’t taste the same as I remember. Overall, the donuts are good, but the quality has gone down. My biggest issue is the case not being full at the time of opening.
These donuts do make for a great presentation! Impressive flavors and beautifully crafted donuts. They are on the expensive side unless you are just coming in for a dozen glazed donuts. Nothing insanely delicious about flavor, but they’re donuts! What is there to not like? The staff is very quick to serve you and with their long lines, the wait is never overly long.

Donuts are ok, but workers have terrible attitudes. If you are a morning person, don’t go here interchanging with all of these negative energies!
I go in to get my order and the staff exhibited racist/ prejudice behavior towards black people but treated white people with the utmost respect and dignity. They made up a store policy that was only said to me. I asked to show me a copy of the written policy and they refused saying that I am the one who needs to follow the rules they set. I'm like wow, seriously?! This is how you treat people???? Worse place. Don't waste your money at this establishment unless you enjoy supporting prejudice and racist businesses. One of the Worst and most embarrassing experiences ever. Oh, I forgot to mention I was also threatened with a call of the cops but never was I asked to leave nor did I threaten anyone. Response to your reply: Upon my first interaction, I informed the representative of the platform I'm picking up for and then I gave the name of the person I was picking up for. Your representative treated me completely different that the white people she dealt with earlier and this was before my voice elevated. My voice only elevated after the discrimination and disrespect became blatant. You don't get to have your employees treat people like trash and then say, "hey accept that you are not this other customer because you don't like they look". I came in with no issues and it was my first time at the establishment. If you have a policy, a customer should be able to review it especially if it applies to them. You had no written document, which I requested to see. The so called manager was rude also because for some reason he thinks it okay to start over talking someone who isn't even talking to him. And then when I told him about his rudeness of how he cut me off in the middle of speaking with a different representative, he threatened me with calling the cops. At no time was I asked to leave. You are not an honest person to say that you requested that I leave. You obviously don't know that the law states that in the event that an owner/authorized personnel ask you to leave private property and you refuse, that's called trespassing and one can be arrested. So stop your lying. I'm not ignorant nor do I take kindly to your predjudice behavior that you want to downplay. I will call it like I see it. I'm not the first to have this experience at your establishment and I probably won't be the last, but you need to be reported until you learn what equality looks like.
The customer service environment here is extremely hostile. I feel so bad for the workers. The donuts also taste extremely poor.
