I have lived in the neighborhood about 3 months and needed a good burger. I came in and the store was super clean! Cody, who served me at the bar was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me choose a burger as well as a beer. He even convinced me to try a cocktail and I haven’t had liquor in years. The entire staff was engaged that evening cleaning and raking sure everything was taken care of. Cody was very knowledgeable in the menu and filled me in on the family’s history and even as a manager was cleaning and bussing tables. Will definitely be back and bringing more fitness!

Definitely coming back! Scott was incredibly helpful with assisting me and my lady through the menu. They make their sauces in house and that chipotle ketchup is a MUST TRY! I ordered the Ooey Gooey stuffed burger and will be back to get it again!!

If I could give it ten stars I would. Excellent customer service with smiles. Polite clean staff delicious food hot served fresh tasty not over salty. Tried a Bison Liberty Burger 🍔...large onions ring full order and tea [peachy! 🍑] fabulous dining experience !! Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌 😀

I was in the area with some time to kill and decided to try this restaurant. While the parking lot is somewhat cramped, it's worth the hassle. The restaurant reminded me of a modern 50's diner. The restaurant was very clean, with contemporary music playing. The staff was very friendly and explained the ordering process. You order your food, pay, then find a table. I did not like this process, as it takes away from the personality of the establishment and made me feel like I was at a fast food facility. The menu is à la carte, which made the meal a little pricey. There was a great beer selection to fit any palette. The staff made great suggestions and were very personable. When the food arrived, it had a great appearance and a good-sized portion. The food was top notch, and I would absolutely recommend dining at this restaurant.

The burgers were cooked to perfection. The onion rings were awesome, not greasy, and big. They have their own flavors of soft drinks, and were good.

First time visiting here and I enjoyed it. The skinny fries are so cute and yummy. Only problem is I felt the patty was a bit thin compared to other burger spots. The employees are very helpful and welcoming. They repeat the entire order and get nothing wrong. Lots of burger options including vegan. The price is fair. The inside is nice and clean majority of the time. Making this a monthly spot.

This is my second trip to Liberty Burger.  This time I brought my family.  My son loved the Nooner Burger with it's bacon, hash browns, and fried egg, as well as an order of Sidewinders.  My wife and daughters liked the sweet potato fries, as well as their burgers. I loved the Napa burger (olives, gorgonzola, oven roasted tomatoes, arugula).  The Torches are really big stuffed jalapenos with great breading.  I could only eat one and it had a strong bite to it.   It was also nice having a selection of non-GMO, non-HFCS soft drinks at the fountain.  I didn't get beer this time but they had a good selection of Dallas-area craft beers on tap.  It's pretty pricey for a family of 6, but it was really good food!

I'm rewriting this review nearly 2 years later and I still think this is one of the better burger places you can go that fits that middle ground between being fast food and a traditional dining restaurant. The prices are reasonable, even during inflation and what not compared to the portions

The Colorful Vegetarian

I loved this place I’m a vegan and they had an impossible burger that they can put into any of their burgers and sub and remove to make fully vegan. The Person Who checked me out Scoot was very knowledgeable of what had dairy in it and what didn’t. And the GM Scott was very nice he checked in on us made sure we enjoyed everything and made the experience all the better. And the food is sooo good I ate it before I could take a pic 😅 but highly recommended.

We ordered sweet potato fries and was caught off guard with cinnamon and possibly sugar dusted on them. However, everything else was very commendable. Really good burger that's worth your money!

The food, fries & ice cream was delicious. They have different options for local beer and even have Root beer for non-drinkers. Friendly service and clean location parking can be fun if you drive. Great experience overall!

There are certain mysteries in life that we may never know the reason why they are that way. For example, if most people have two feet why do I only find one shoe in the road? But there's no reason to wonder why the burgers at Liberty Burger taste so good. It's written on the wall: Liberty uses a combination of tenderloin and brisket in their meat. Also, I was asked how I wanted my burger cooked (medium-rare) when ordering. The sandwich itself is served on a warm brioche bun with your choice of toppings. I opted for no cheese so I could savor the beef and a side of shoestring potatoes. But the best thing I had during my last visit was some of my friend's onion rings. Wow, fried perfection. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because Liberty is a little pricey. The bill was over $30 for our party of two(for burgers!). Is it worth it? Don't take my word-experience Liberty Burger for yourself.

Onion rings were good, burger good. The jalapeños were good but you only need 1 and that's to share with someone. I couldn't even finish half of one they're huge! The skinny fires SUCK!!! I'm a huge french fry person and these fries have to be the worst fried I've ever tasted in my life. DO NOT GET THE FRIES THEY ARE HARD AND NOT WORTH BUYING!! I won't come back cause I have to have fries with my burgers and these fries are not it pass......

Updating my review here. If it's been a while since you've been to this location... don't sleep on it. The service here is on point! Nikki's service is ah-mazing and the rest of the staff too! Can't give enough stars with the new management brought in. GM Scott has really turned this store around and elevated the experience! Will definitely be a regular!

I had the displeasure of eating here. Found a HAIR in my sidewinder fries. (See photo) It was so disgusting I couldn’t eat them. They also put Bacon all over it which I do not eat and did not request for as it is extra $. It was the worst burger I’ve ever eaten. The taste was so bad that it was inedible. I do not recommend
