Opinions de White Rock Alehouse & Brewery Dallas
Such a great spot! They have a ton of outdoor seating - a very unsuspecting beer garden from the front. Tons of parking because you’re in a shopping center. We went on a Friday night and there was PLENTY of seating. I love a reliable place where you don’t have to wait for a table. The food and beer options are good - nothing insanely special in my opinion but a great place nonetheless. We got the pretzel bites and the $8 burger special (Fridays only) - what a steal! We’ll be back!
What a cool place to hangout in the heart of Dallas with quality taps and craft beers. Beautiful interior with high chairs, tables, patio, and pet friendly area. Service was excellent with knowledgeable servers who were prompt to take orders and bring food/beers out. We had burgers and grilled cheese with queso/chips. All were quality restaurant food. 4 pack to-go beers are a bit pricey but worth it. Location is prime with plenty parking. Keep it up.
The beer they brew is so good. I also LOVED that the side salad has fire roasted cherry tomatoes along with the margarita pizza. They give it a great Smokey flavor.
I have been coming here for years whenever I'm in the area, and I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, their beer is great, and the food comes out quickly. Their BLT is exceptional and I like thier variety of beer. I would recommend WhiteRock Ale House to anyone
I love this place! Me and my crew come here often for brunch. The Kegs and Eggs are the shit!!! Best breakfast I’ve ever had! Just fantastic! I’ve also several other brunch items and all were very good. Service is good, can be a bit slow occasionally but we’re never worried about to cuz we are socializing anyway! Good atmosphere.
Great place for some brews and grub! They have an indoor area, a covered patio area and even an open picnic table style area. Family friendly as well. The beers were great and I can't get over how good the spread on my BLT was! Need the recipe! Will try to come back when we are in town! Highly recommend this place!
Very good atmosphere for any reason. We just stopped by for a quick bite and something to drink before our concert near by. Had a delicious jalapeño margarita. Also had the ahi tuna nachos. Those were so good. I should have ordered one each. Then we finished it off with the brownie bites. Very sharable but you will not want to. It was like biting into a brownie filled funnel cake with vanilla ice cream.
Easy to find restaurant with a great laid-back atmosphere. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! We started off with the Tater Kegs for appetizers and then chose the Texas Heat and Alehouse Burger. My husband is really picky about his burgers but had no complaints tonight. The Texas Heat did have some heat but not so much that it wasn't enjoyable. There was a pretty good selection for the flight.
I've loved everything I've ever tried here. Their in house brews are amazing and they still have a wide variety of other beers and cocktails. We've eaten here for both brunch and lunch and thoroughly enjoyed both. Their food menu is innovative, delicious, and well portioned! Plus, they have the coolest atmosphere and decor here, a dog friendly patio and games! Definitely worth a visit!
Sat out back enjoyed a Blackberry Bramble, he had a Shadow Cat. Beautiful day. Thanks for having us.
I used to come here often and had pretty good service Tonight i biked over with my family and tae service experience was sad. The outdoor seating was being busy, but tables still got menus and acknowledged. But our table was completely ignored. My husband had to go to the bar and I mentioned we did so bc no one was able to come by. I had to go to the bar to order food, and then bring them back to my own table. Not once did any of the servers check in on us or offer to hold the door open for me while I served my own table.. When I politely mentioned to the staff that I had to do this myself, no one seemed to care, and the issue added to my frustration. Luckily when closing out my tab, Crystal the manager learned of my experience, comped some of bill and apologized for the mishaps.
Stopped here on our way from the Botanical Garden. We got the beer list but it turned into a yes/no game as they ran out of half of the beers. The ones they had made great two flights accompanied by delicious tater kegs and Brussel sprouts. Seemed like a lively place with a blend of locals and passers by in the beergarden. The energy there was amazing. Definitely will return.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is very chill and laidback. I would make sure you check in with the host when seating on the patio so they are aware to send out a server. If not, you’ll be sitting a while before anyone notices you’re waiting for service. Once our server did come out, he was very nice and make good beer recommendations. He also let us know they are about to open another location in Trinity Groves. We including my dog enjoyed our visit to ale house. If we come back, definitely for the beer and environment. Their menu options were just okay.
Waitress was very friendly and provided good service. Food was average but not bad. I did like the music, the patio, and the service! They do have a dog friendly patio. Mimosa carafe was a bit expensive at 20$, but I can definitely attest, they are a little more potent than most of the buckets I’ve had elsewhere. I’d definitely come again, and that’s the most critical thing in my opinion!
We’ve been going to White Rock Alehouse for many years. A few weeks back I got an email asking for business because they said the construction at their intersection was hurting their business. It is a mess right now, they’ve always had good food. To be frank, we stopped going because the female bartender was always really rude. But whatever, we went back tonight to help them through this rough spell because it’s a nice place to stop in at when we’re riding our bikes around the lake. So we’d like to see it survive. We had wings and two Alehouse Salads. The wings were good but the salad was quite bad. The lettuce was badly browning that it was hard to find enough green salad to eat (just to be nice and not leave a complete salad uneaten). Seems like this rough spell isn’t just hurting their business… it also seems to be hurting their judgement. Not sure why the kitchen would send that salad out or why the waiter would deliver it to our table. Very disappointed. The picture shows portions of the salad to badly wilted/browning to eat.
Don't order after 10.. by 930 all you hear is shuffling chairs and the angst of employees ready to leave on a Friday. Inside/Outside it doesn't matter. If you're a patron please don't waste time and just leave. 30 minute's passed before asking if "are you guys okay?" Yeah we are definitely okay at this point- direct me to the exit.
I’ve been here multiple times and the issue remains the same. This place is empty and the service is slow for no reason. I asked for a chilled drink twice and it’s still serviced hot. Again still not busying. Bartender is walking around listening to AirPods. My drink has been empty for 20 mins now. I didn’t know I needed to flag down a bartender at a local brewery for a drink after she walked passed my drink 3 times to see it’s empty. Nothing has changed since my previous experience.
The food was not very good. I got the turkey burger melt. It did not have any taste and was greasy. My husband got the fish and chips, it was greasy and the coating was very hard. We both also got sick after we got home. This was our first time here, don't think we will return.
