I never have considered eating plant based meat before until I found this place. The Unreal Reuben sandwich is better than the real thing. It’s so good! The lunch line was a bit long (sign of good food) so get there early if you have meetings at 1p. The whole area is under construction at the moment so a bit difficult getting there, but definitely worth the trouble. Parking is in the building garage in the back.

Great ambience and clean dining areas ! Also clean bathrooms ! I love my Thai chicken sandwich!!! Highly recommend this place. Pretty cute.

Great concept with many allergen accommodations but regardless of those food is fresh, quality and tastes great! I've only ever ordered lunch to go from here but we're repeat customers. They also have superb customer service and if you ever have any issue with your food, reach out and they will make it right. Highly recommend their Summer Heirloom BLT which is a LTO deal. They don't cheap out on the bacon (you know how other places will use tissue paper thin bacon or only put one strip torn in half) and thick cuts of heirloom tomato. They also have a tasty honey drizzle that elevates the sandwich. Their Impossible Taco Salad is great even if you're not avoiding real meat (and I'm not!). It has this good crunch and slightly spicy dressing. And their Mama Chen's salad is a big hit at my office too. Salad To Go containers are also good!

Normally I'm not impressed with chains or franchises. Mendocino actually offers some really fresh healthy options for lunch or dinner. If you're looking for a sandwich or salad to go this is most likely your place.

Wow! The hot honey and peach sandwich is THE best sandwich I've ever had. Messy, but absolutely delicious! The combination of the ingredients is chef's kiss! The customer service was excellent, as well!

A surprisingly extensive menu of delicious sandwiches and soups. It was hard to decide what to have but I loved the not quite a fried chicken sandwich. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining room was bright and welcoming. The restaurant is on a strip with dessert next door.

I loved this place! I wish we had one where I live. Mendocino Farms, please come to the Midwest! I came here for lunch and came back again for dinner! I had the chicken street corn sandwich at lunch, and the happy hippie for dinner. The happy hippie was the best veggie sandwich ever. So full of flavor, and packed full of veggies. The gouda macaroni salad was also so delicious. I typically don’t care for pasta salads, but this was so good that I’ve been trying to find a recipe. Also, employees were friendly.

Ordered again today for 5 people. Just like the other times everything that was ordered arrived, nothing missing or messed up. Everything was fresh and packaged very good. This time I ordered the Prosciutto & Chicken Ciabatta Panini. It was very good, would definitely order this again. We ordered again from here today to be delivered for 5 people. This time I ordered the Mendo’s Original Pork Belly Banh Mi with the Spicy curried couscous. It was very good no complaints at all. That’s for the great food and service. We ordered today to be delivered for 4 people, my second time to try. This time I ordered the Chinese Salad. Everything went great, ordering, delivery, packaging, and presentation. The salad was fresh, all ingredients were, and the chicken was tender and not dry. This salad had great taste, I got the miso mustard dressing (even though I only like a little mustard) and was very surprised at how much I liked it. Great job Mendocino farms for a great second experience. By the way, loved the dressing on the side in a little holder! First time to order from here. We had lunch delivered and was excited to try, the menu has some great stuff on it. I ordered the Hot Honey Peach and Prosciutto Sandwich and the Watermelon Street Cart Salad. The sandwich had Italian Prosciutto & sliced peaches with fresh mozzarella, crushed honey roasted almonds, Calabrian chili aioli, hot peach honey, arugula, on a toasted sesame roll. The salad was watermelon, cucumber, jicama, fresh mint, green onion, and chili lime vinaigrette. The flavor was amazing, by far the best sandwich I have had in a while. This place is a definite go to place, a must try.

Very fresh and healthy options. I had the beet and goat cheese salad and super greens juice with a little lemonade mixed in. By far the best fresh beets I’ve had! Highly recommend.

I will never not love this place. The Avocado and Quinoa salad is to die for and I'm literally obsessed with it. I absolutely LOVE that their meat is hormone free, and they have an abundance of GF options. The staff was really friendly and had great recommendations.

During a three-day stay in Dallas for the eclipse, our lunch here was definitely the highlight meal. I had The Happy Hippie sandwich, and my wife had the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada (we're vegetarian.) Both were great, but let me tell you...my sandwich was heavenly! Probably due largely to the white cheddar and dill cucumber ranch dressing, but pair those with the bountiful veggies and it was truly a superb sandwich. Not much else to say about the place; typical fast casual environment, but I would definitely go back, given the chance.

I’ve consistently had great experiences at Mendocino Farms — the food is fresh, well-made, and consistently good. What really stands out is how quick and kind the staff always are; service is efficient, and everyone is genuinely helpful. It’s an easy, dependable spot for a solid meal.

Earnest working the front makes each visit excellent! Try to talk to him and not smile, he’s got an amazing attitude and knowledge about his job. The food is great and makes me wanna go but Earnest makes me wanna go WAY more often. Keep up the great work (and do whatever it takes to keep him around).

Recently started using them for catering for bringing to surgeons offices for work. The sandwich, however, was delicious, with tangy vegetables pairing perfectly with the fatty pork. The bread was warm and excellent, though not traditional for the sandwich. Other experiences have been more mixed. The Thanksgiving sandwich had only one texture: soft, though, it was flavorful enough. The not-so-fried chicken sandwich had a pleasant crunch and was a good sandwich, though perhaps not quite as similar to the real-deal as it makes itself out to be. The turkey-avocado club sandwich was solid, with the sauce providing the needed punch. The vegetarian caprese sandwich was a highlight, with high quality ingredients and a good pesto. The peruvian steak sandwich simply didn't live up to its name and was rather one-note and flavorless, especially without the sauce. The vegan banhi mi was a total disappointment. The sandwich, it turns out, definitely needs the fatty pork to complement the other ingredients. The tofu was prosaic and didn't cut it. The service did, fortunately, improve after the first visit, with the time estimator generally being just about right. Final verdict? These sandwiches are above-average grab-and-go fair. Do they justify the price tag, which is often $3-4 more than comparable restaurants? Depends on the item and your budget. the menu is uneven, but several items were delicious.

They also toasted the bread (which I did not request) and it was burnt. To top it off, they never texted me when my order was ready so I waited over a half hour for no reason. I tried to call to get a refund but gave up after holding for so long. I have been here before and it was great but it obviously has gone downhill.
