North Italia at the Dallas Galleria was such a great dining experience! The chicken parmesan was perfectly crispy and full of flavor, and the pepperoni pizza was incredible, the crust and sauce were just right. The ambience is stylish but relaxed, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s the perfect spot for a nice dinner out or a casual get-together with friends.

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing! We were seated promptly. Our server went above and beyond, the atmosphere and food were incredible. My daughter and I had the Caesar salad and we ordered pizzas. After we ate we enjoyed a day of shopping in the mall.

We went to the family dinner on June 11th. The food was delicious, with eye-catching presentation and quick service. For only one thing, I give 4* in the atmosphere: It was so noisy because it was a full house, but the ambience was wonderful.

My family and I recently went to North Italia and it was an unforgettable experience! Everyone absolutely loved the food - every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything tasted authentic and fresh. The service was exceptional. Our waiter was incredibly nice, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. She provided great recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very chill and inviting. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends. I ordered the margarita pizza and it was the best pizza I've had in a while. Everyone had a wonderful time and we left with happy stomachs and big smiles. I highly recommend North Italia to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience. We'll definitely come back.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at North Italia! First I walked in and the hostess, Sophie, was so friendly and started off the visit on a great note! Then my server, Alejandro was just the best, helping recommend my meal to me and oh my gosh thank god he did because it was some of the best food I’ve ever had! So yummy! Great time and, if you’re in the area, I highly recommend!

A Memorable Italian Dining Experience — Delicious Food, Great Atmosphere, and Friendly Service! Had an amazing evening here! The Seasonal Anolini was easily one of the best pastas I’ve had — rich and flavorful. (Anolini is a type of stuffed pasta, quite similar to ravioli but even more delicate.) The Margherita pizza was delicious, fresh, and well-balanced in flavor. Although it wasn’t wood-fired, which you might expect at this price point ($20+), the taste still delivered. The truffle garlic bread was a standout, served with whipped cream cheese that tasted absolutely divine — highly recommend it as an appetizer. Service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was lively yet cozy — a perfect vibe for a relaxed dinner or even a birthday celebration. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but given the quality of food, drinks, and experience, it felt worth it. You couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere at a restaurant. Everything seemed very well planned and thought out. The view of the kitchen will hypnotize you. It’s so intriguing watching the cooks do their thing behind the giant walls of glass. It feels elegant but not off putting. You want to dress up but they won’t judge you if you’re popping in with a t-shirt and shorts. I’ve done it both ways. The appetizer was phenomenal. We got the White Truffle Garlic Bread. I swear I could have eaten that for the entire meal. I wish I would have gotten a photo but I’m sure another review has it. I got the Chicken Parm as my main dish and that was also five stars. It was seasoned great, it had a wonderful crust and it wasn't over sauced to make the dish soggy. The noodles are fresh and it was a great choice to go with Alfredo sauce for those. Great balance.

We were looking for a place to eat at the Galleria that was not fast food type and came across North Italia. We had a really nice dinner there. First and most important for a restaurant, the food was delicious. Amazing flavors: dressing on the salad, pizza, fish, pasta. We all enjoyed the quality of our food. Second, the atmosphere is just perfect. It is intimate, but not to the point where you need a flashlight to see what you are eating. One of the rare restaurants where I found they got the lighting just right! And even though it was crowed, you can hear people at your table speak. So very good insonorisation. Our waitress was very kind, smiling at all time even though it was a busy Saturday night. Overall very pleasant evening. I am glad we found this place.

Alejandro was an amazing waiter! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He explained the menu clearly, gave great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times. Our drinks were always refilled, and the food came out perfectly. Alejandro truly made the experience enjoyable, and I would definitely come back because of his excellent service!

I was with a group so I got to try a lot of things. From the charcuterie board and focaccia to the calamari and meatballs, the apps were outstanding. I had the bolognese entree and loved it too. I can't wait to go back!

The aroma captures you as you walk in. The food was good but I probably should have tried the seafood pasta. Lots of wine, beer, and spirits to choose from. I sat at the bar and had a fantastic bartender. The espresso at the end was just what I needed.

I enjoyed the starters Shrimp scampi and Burrata. the salmon entree was Perfect. The vibes and service was also really good.

We waited at the bar for our seating to be ready, once our table was ready we tried signaling the bartender to close our tab but, they never paid us any mind, the host had to ask someone to come and close us out. Once at our table, our waitress came by to get our drink & appetizer orders but didn't return for the longest time & we never received the water she was supposed to bring us, kitchen staff delivered our Meatball appetizer and once we finished, we were just sitting and waiting for our server. I tried to get her attention a few times but, she didn't make any type of contact with us or checked on us. After approximately 20-25 minutes, she came over to ask if we were ready to order entrees but, at this point I was feeling ignored so I said, "No, I've lost my appetite!" & my husband placed an order. I refused to spend another dime at an establishment where I was left to feel ignored. My husband was just too tired to go somewhere else so he decided to eat there. He waited 20 minutes for his food to arrive and ate it, he said it was good. From the time I told her I lost my appetite until she brought us the bill she was a bit more attentive but, to my husband because I refused to engage with her any further. The food and atmosphere was good but, I'm a bit hesitant to return to this location because of the service. I recommend trying this location out & I pray your experience is better than ours was.

I’m hesitant to try Italian chains, as I love that style of food so much, I fear than chains will be nothing more than varying degrees of Olive Gardens, thus not being very nicely done, very authentic, worth visiting. I recently came to this location one evening for a large business dinner and they proved me right. Our service was friendly and great! The menu was decent. Execution was mixed though. Those who were part of my party who talked about the food (and most all did) mentioned how they got the wrong thing, meaning they wish they tried something else. The people who tried those things said the same. Basically, no one was happy with their choices for entrées, me included. I tried their Chicken Scarpariello and though the chicken had a nice flavor from being stewed in the mixture of sausage and veggies, it felt bland overall. I can say that we all enjoyed the Zucca Chips though – those things we so good! The salad was just OK as well. Overall, I wasn’t impressed and can totally see why the reviews are mediocre at best for this chain. My single experience has proven what I suspected and I probably won’t be back as a result.

I had the lasagna wife had the bolognese and we split the zuco chips. Food was amazing. While the service was good, it took them forever to get around to serving us. Took them a while to get us to our seats then to bring us drinks the to bring us our food order then to bring us our check and boxes for the food. The restaurant was not that busy. It was after the lunch hour. At one point I watched three employees just stand at service station talking. They were 10 feet away from us.

Will was our server for my daughter’s 16th birthday. He literally did nothing. We had to gather out dirty plates, ask for refills, not even suggesting taking plates or refilling drinks. We literally had to stake all the dirty bowls and plates and ask him to take them away. Another server just dropped my mothers food across the table and walked away after reaching her hands out to grab the plate. Our drinks from the bar were watered down because he left them up there too long. He forgot to put my husbands food order in and had to watch the rest of us eat. When the manager was brought over he didn’t show any kind of remorse for our horrible experience. My daughter was not happy. It really pissed me off but I made the best of it for her. We love to tip and take care of servers whom take care of us. This was not good all the way around. The environment was nice and relaxing.

She came back and mentioned it was a mixup and she'd put it to go. We basically paid for an expensive sit in order to go. Nothing was comped for the issue. Notes for management from a another food service manager. That pasta should've been replaced pronto....it should've been verified that replacement pasta was coming for the ricotta. $100 order and nothing was comped for the inconvenience. There should've been a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of. Our server was wonderful but she only has so much ability to fix things. This was a management delegation issue with kitchen communication especially since she went to confirm with the manager and the manager could've made a ticket adjustment then and there and came and apologized for the matter. We wont be back!

Normally we don’t like giving bad reviews unless we feel like is bad! We came to eat here it was out first time. But never again. We had an issue with out food I wish I had taken a picture we found a hair on the food! We did not make a big deal about this issue! The manager got close to us and he told us the 1 plate was going to be free. Come to find out when we pay they charge us for two of the same plate and that we still had to pay for one! LIKE WHAT!!! We paid for our food but NEVER AGAIN!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! 60 was not worth it!
